Abstract
本发明公开一种环保UV贴合银反射片,包括银膜基材和PET基材,所述银膜基材与PET基材之间通过涂布UV固化胶水贴合,所述UV固化胶水中添加有二氧化钛,并在紫外光作用下固化形成光固化白胶。本发明将传统银膜基材与白膜基材加热固化贴合的方式,改为银膜基材与PET基材使用紫外光固化贴合的方式,其中贴合的胶水采用UV固化胶水,并在其中添加有二氧化钛,添加了二氧化钛的UV固化胶水可增加整体的挺性、键结强度以及拉力,且可减少光损,增加光反射回导光板,提升整体辉度,因UV固化胶水在固化过程中不会产生挥发性气体,所以无需进行排气处理,且因为无需烘箱烘烤及熟化工序,固化时间短,耗能部分也明显低于加热固化贴合方式。

技术领域
本发明涉及反射片技术领域,具体涉及一种环保UV贴合银反射片。
背景技术
反射片是背光模块材料的一部分,位于模块的最底部,导光板的下面,其作用是将导光板底下露出的光源反射回导光板再利用,来提高光的使用效率,并减少光损的作用。
如图1所示,传统反射片通常都是采用银膜基材1与白膜基材5加热固化贴合的方式,形成加热固化胶4,但因为热固型胶水中含有溶剂,所以需要烘箱烘烤固化及熟化工序,导致固化时间较长,而且在烘烤的过程中,会有挥发性气体(例如:甲苯,二甲苯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮)的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保UV贴合银反射片。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种环保UV贴合银反射片,包括银膜基材和PET基材,所述银膜基材与PET基材之间通过涂布UV固化胶水贴合,所述UV固化胶水中添加有二氧化钛,并在紫外光作用下固化形成光固化白胶。
其中,所述UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂5~20%、聚氨酯树脂5~20%、丙烯酸脂20~50%、光引发剂0.5~3%和分散剂0.3~0.5%。
其中,所述二氧化钛的添加比例为10%~60%。
其中,所述丙烯酸酯交联剂为聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、脂肪族氨基甲酸酯三丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,所述聚氨酯树脂为脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、脂肪族聚氨酯二丙烯酸脂、脂肪族聚氨酯四丙烯酸脂中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,所述丙烯酸脂为单官能基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、双环戊二烯丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮、2-甲基-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1-丙酮中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,所述分散剂为聚合物型磷酸酯的烷基铵盐、磷酸聚酯、改性聚氨酯溶液、含酸性基团共聚物的烷醇铵盐、结构化丙烯酸共聚物溶液中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,所述银膜基材的厚度为12~50um,所述PET基材的厚度为12~100um,所述UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为3~125um。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将传统银膜基材与白膜基材加热固化贴合的方式,改为银膜基材与PET基材使用紫外光固化贴合的方式,其中贴合的胶水采用UV固化胶水,并在其中添加有二氧化钛,固化形成光固化白胶,所形成的银反射片与传统加热固化形成的银反射片的外观一致,因在固化过程中不会产生挥发性气体,所以无需进行排气处理,且因为无需烘箱烘烤及熟化工序,固化时间短,耗能部分也明显低于加热固化贴合方式,此外,由于可调整整体厚度,可以增加整体的挺性以及耐折性,故可适用于各尺寸所使用的反射片对于平整性与挺性的要求。

请参阅图2,本发明提供一种环保UV贴合银反射片,包括银膜基材1和PET基材3,银膜基材1与PET基材3之间通过涂布UV固化胶水贴合,UV固化胶水中添加有二氧化钛,并在紫外光作用下固化形成光固化白胶2。其原理如图3所示,入射光a照射至银反射片内,经过反射得到反射光b至导光板,其中c为光损。
其中,UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂5~20%、聚氨酯树脂5~20%、丙烯酸脂20~50%、光引发剂0.5~3%和分散剂0.3~0.5%。
其中,二氧化钛的添加比例为10%~60%。

其中,丙烯酸脂为单官能基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、双环戊二烯丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮、2-甲基-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1-丙酮中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,分散剂为聚合物型磷酸酯的烷基铵盐、磷酸聚酯、改性聚氨酯溶液、含酸性基团共聚物的烷醇铵盐、结构化丙烯酸共聚物溶液中的一种或二种以上混和物。
其中,银膜基材的厚度为12~50um,PET基材的厚度为12~100um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为3~125um。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例1
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂14%、聚氨酯树脂10.5%、丙烯酸脂43.8%、光引发剂1.4%、分散剂0.3%,二氧化钛30%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为3um,银反射片的总厚度为66um。
实施例2
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂14%、聚氨酯树脂10.5%、丙烯酸脂43.8%、光引发剂1.4%、分散剂0.3%,二氧化钛30%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为13um,银反射片的总厚度为76um。
实施例3
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂11%、聚氨酯树脂8.25%、丙烯酸脂34.2%、光引发剂1.1%、分散剂0.45%,二氧化钛45%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为4um,银反射片的总厚度为67um。
实施例4
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂11%、聚氨酯树脂8.25%、丙烯酸脂34.2%、光引发剂1.1%、分散剂0.45%,二氧化钛45%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为16um,银反射片的总厚度为79um。
实施例5
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂10%、聚氨酯树脂7.5%、丙烯酸脂31%、光引发剂1%、分散剂0.5%,二氧化钛50%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为5um,银反射片的总厚度为68um。
实施例6
本实施例中UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂10%、聚氨酯树脂7.5%、丙烯酸脂31%、光引发剂1%、分散剂0.5%,二氧化钛50%。
银膜基材的的厚度为25um,PET基材的厚度为38um,UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为16um,银反射片的总厚度为79um。
以上实施例包括以下测试方法:
厚度量测方法:
用精密度可至小数点第三位(0.001mm)的厚度规来量测膜片,每次量测三次,取其平均值。
色度量测方法:
使用分光测色仪来量测膜片会得到各反射片的亮度L,,色度a,色度b,其中亮度L的值越大,代表反射片越明亮,反之则越灰暗。色度a的值越大,则反射片越红,反之则越绿,色度b的值越大,则反射片越黄,反之则越蓝。
辉度量测方法:
采用尺寸大小115*67mm的银反射片,使用量测仪器为CF600,量测9点取平均值。
拉力量测方法:
采用尺寸大小150*25mm的银反射片,使用量测仪器为HH-1065B,量测反射片的剥离力(gf)。

综合以上实施例和测试结果得知,本发明的银反射片随着二氧化钛浓度比例的增加,其反射片的色度b值会随之降低。在辉度方面,得知添加了二氧化钛的反射片量测的辉度均高于传统银反射片。在拉力方面,也发现添加了二氧化钛的反射片量测的拉力均高于传统银反射片。因此,添加了二氧化钛的UV固化胶水可增加整体的挺性、键结强度以及拉力,且可减少光损,增加光反射回导光板,提升整体辉度。

Claims (9)
1.一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:包括银膜基材和PET基材,所述银膜基材与PET基材之间通过涂布UV固化胶水贴合,所述UV固化胶水中添加有二氧化钛,并在紫外光作用下固化形成光固化白胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述UV固化胶水的组成成分及重量百分比为丙烯酸酯交联剂5~20%、聚氨酯树脂5~20%、丙烯酸脂20~50%、光引发剂0.5~3%和分散剂0.3~0.5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述二氧化钛的添加比例为10%~60%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯交联剂为聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、脂肪族氨基甲酸酯三丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或二种以上混和物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯树脂为脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、脂肪族聚氨酯二丙烯酸脂、脂肪族聚氨酯四丙烯酸脂中的一种或二种以上混和物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸脂为单官能基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、双环戊二烯丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂中的一种或二种以上混和物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮、2-甲基-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1-丙酮中的一种或二种以上混和物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚合物型磷酸酯的烷基铵盐、磷酸聚酯、改性聚氨酯溶液、含酸性基团共聚物的烷醇铵盐、结构化丙烯酸共聚物溶液中的一种或二种以上混和物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保UV贴合银反射片,其特征在于:所述银膜基材的厚度为12~50um,所述PET基材的厚度为12~100um,所述UV固化胶水的涂布厚度为3~125um。
