In this embodiment, the support frame is a planar frame structure formed by welding 7 angle steels, and 4 short angle steels are arranged along the longitudinal direction and 3 long angle steels are arranged along the transverse direction. The platform body comprises 4 steel pipes (as the stand of platform rail), checkered plate (as the platform board), keeps off the sole (locating the long limit bottom in one side that the platform body was equipped with the rail), angle steel, billet and 4 flat tub of constitutions, and angle steel and billet are connected and are formed between the stand and enclose the fender, and 4 flat tub of welding of root are used for pegging graft with the socket groove on the braced frame in the bottom of checkered plate.
The lifting device is composed of 4 lifting pieces, a flange plate on each lifting piece is provided with a structure matched with a flange plate on the stand column, a lifting lug is welded at the center of the flange plate and is a semicircular plate, a lifting hole is machined in the lifting lug, and a steel wire rope penetrates through the lifting hole during lifting.
In the embodiment, 4 layers of platform templates are arranged, and the ladder stand is divided into 4 sections corresponding to the platform templates; wherein, the section at the lowest part is not provided with a ladder stand protection cage, and the rest 3 sections are provided with ladder stand protection cages. The cat ladder is formed by 2 angle steels and a plurality of ribbed steel bars in a welding way. 2L-shaped hooks are welded on the surface of one side, close to the platform supporting frame, of the angle steel and are used for being plugged with sockets on the supporting frame, and the L-shaped hooks are arranged at the height position of the ladder stand 2/3. The ladder stand protection cage is composed of a plurality of ferrules, each ferrule is formed by welding plain steel bars or flat steel bars after bending, reasonable space is kept between the ferrules, a certain space is reserved at the top of the ladder stand, and a person can conveniently enter the platform.
In this embodiment, the base is made of 2 long angle steels, 2 short angle steels and 4 vertical rods, the length of the long angle steel is 4500mm, the length of the short angle steel is 1500mm, and the specification of the angle steel is L100 × 100 × 10. The 4 angle steels form a rectangular reinforcing structure and are welded and fixed with the 4 vertical rods.
The pole has an outer diameter of 133mm, an inner diameter of 120mm and a length of 3830 mm. The socket plate is welded at a position which is 5mm away from the bottom 2115 of the vertical rod, the outer diameter of the socket plate is 300mm, the thickness of the socket plate is 10mm, and 4 socket holes with the diameter of 30mm are uniformly formed in the socket plate along the circumferential direction. A flange plate with the thickness of 20mm is welded at the top end of the vertical rod, the outer diameter of the flange plate is 300mm, the inner diameter of the flange plate is 120mm, and 4 flange holes with the diameter of 30mm are uniformly distributed on the flange plate along the circumferential direction.
The support frame is formed by welding 2 long angle steels and 4 short angle steels, the specification of the long angle steels is L100 multiplied by 10, and the length of the long angle steels is 4500 mm. The short angle steel has the specification of L100 multiplied by 10 and the length of 1500 mm. After the support frame is manufactured, 2 strip-shaped holes are cut in 2 short angle steels at two ends of the support frame respectively, and the size of each strip-shaped hole is 300mm multiplied by 30 mm. And 4 short shafts are welded at the bottoms of the four corners of the supporting frame, the diameter of each short shaft is 30mm, and the length of each short shaft is 50 mm. 2 ear seats with bell and spigot are welded on the outer side of the short angle steel at one end of the supporting frame, the thickness of each ear seat is 50mm, and a rectangular through hole (bell and spigot) with the diameter of 30 multiplied by 30mm is processed on each ear seat.
The platform body comprises 4 steel pipes, 4 billet, 2 angle steel, 2 fender sole, checkered plate and 4 flat pipes. The steel pipe used as the fence upright post is a DN32 steel pipe with the length of 1200mm, the lengths of the steel bars are 4500mm and 1500mm respectively (corresponding to the long side and the short side of the platform body respectively), the cross-sectional dimension is 60 multiplied by 6 (the steel bars are used as the middle enclosing structure and the distance is 400mm), the length of the angle steel is 1500mm, and the specification is L40 multiplied by 40 multiplied by 10. The size of the pattern plate is 4500mm × 1500mm, and the thickness is 4.5 mm. The external dimension of the flat tube is 300mm multiplied by 100mm, and the wall thickness is 2 mm. The dimension of the foot-blocking plate is 400mm (height) multiplied by 0.7mm (thickness), and the lengths are 4500mm and 1500mm respectively (corresponding to the long edge and the short edge of the platform body respectively).
The overall dimension of the upper flange plate of the hoisting part is consistent with that of the upper flange plate of the upright stanchion, but the center of the flange plate is provided with a hole, and the flange plate is of a solid structure; the height of the lifting lug on the flange plate is 130mm, and a round hole with the diameter of 30mm is processed in the center of the lifting lug.
The cat ladder is formed by 2 angle steels and a plurality of ribbed steel bars in a welding way, and 3 ferrules are additionally arranged on the cat ladder with the protective cage. The specification of 2 angle steels is L100 multiplied by 6, and the length is 3440 mm. The length of ribbed steel bar is 580mm, and the cross-section diameter is 20mm, arranges the interval and is 200 mm. The sectional dimension of the L-shaped hook is 30mm multiplied by 30mm, the length of the straight section is 119mm, the length of the vertical section is 130mm, and the distance between the bottom surface of the straight section and the bottom end of the ladder stand is 2255 mm. The interval of 3 lassos is 800mm, and the distance of the lasso of below and cat ladder bottom is 800mm, and the lasso is formed by welding after the bending of phi 20 round steel.

A movable and modularly assembled mounting frame is characterized by comprising a plurality of layers of platform modules and a lifting device; the platform module consists of a platform support frame, a platform body and a ladder stand, wherein the platform body is arranged in the platform support frame, and the ladder stand is arranged on one side of the platform support frame; the platform support frame and the platform body, and the platform support frame and the ladder are in socket connection; each layer of platform module is detachably connected through a platform support frame; the platform support frame is formed by connecting 4 upright posts and a support frame through a socket joint; and a hoisting device is arranged at the top of the uppermost layer platform module and used for hoisting the mounting rack integrally.

The movable and modularly assembled mounting frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein said supporting frame is a rectangular frame structure, 4 columns are respectively provided at four corners of the supporting frame; the middle part of each upright post is provided with a socket plate, the socket plate is provided with socket holes, four corners of the bottom of the support frame are respectively provided with bolts, and the bolts are correspondingly inserted into the socket holes one by one; flanges are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the upright post, and the upright posts corresponding to the adjacent 2 layers of platform modules are fixedly connected through the flanges and matched bolts.

The movable and modularly assembled mounting bracket as recited in claim 2, wherein a socket is provided on one side of said supporting frame, an L-shaped hook is correspondingly provided on one side of said ladder stand, one end of said L-shaped hook is welded and fixed to said vertical rod of said ladder stand, and the other end of said L-shaped hook is inserted downward into said socket corresponding to said supporting frame.

A removable, modular assembly mount as claimed in claim 2 wherein the lowermost platform module is provided with a reinforcing structure at its lower part, the reinforcing structure comprising tension rods connected between 4 uprights; the bottoms of the vertical columns in the lowest platform module do not manage to be flanged.
5. A removable, modular, and assembly mounting rack as recited in claim 1, wherein said platform body comprises a platform plate and a rail; the platform plate is a rectangular platform plate matched with the support frame, three surfaces of the platform plate are surrounded by the fence, and the other surface of the platform plate is an open structure; bearing slots are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting frame, inserting plates are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the bottom of the platform plate, and the inserting plates and the bearing slots are correspondingly inserted one by one.
6. The movable and modularly assembled mounting frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein except the lowest platform module, the ladder stand of the other platform modules is provided with a ladder stand cage outside, and the ladder stand cage and the ladder stand are welded and fixed.

The movable and modularly assembled mounting frame of claim 1 wherein said lifting means is comprised of 4 lifting members located at the top of the uppermost platform module column; each lifting piece comprises a flange plate and a lifting lug, the flange plate is fixedly connected with the flange plate corresponding to the top of the upright post through bolts, and the lifting lug is fixed to the top of the flange plate.
8. The construction method based on the movable modular-assembled mounting frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) when the coke oven protection iron piece is installed, 2 groups of mounting frames are adopted, and the components forming the mounting frames are conveyed to a front platform of the coke oven side and the coke side by a plate car to assemble the mounting frames;
2) installing the platform module at the lowest layer; 4 stand columns of the platform module at the lowest layer are connected through a reinforcing structure to form a base, the base is horizontally placed on the platform in front of the furnace, and then the corresponding supporting frame and the vertical rods are inserted and fixed; hoisting the platform body, pushing the platform body onto the support frame, and inserting and fixing the platform body and the support frame; inserting and fixing the corresponding ladder stand and the support frame;
3) installing the rest layers of platform modules; firstly, butting upright rods in an upper-layer platform module and a lower-layer platform module, aligning corresponding flange plates and then fixedly connecting the flange plates through bolts; inserting and fixing the corresponding support frame and the upright rod; hoisting the platform body, pushing the platform body onto the corresponding support frame, and inserting and fixing the platform body and the corresponding support frame; finally, the crawling ladder with the crawling ladder protection cage is fixedly inserted into the corresponding supporting frame;
4) after all the platform modules of each layer are installed, a lifting device is installed at the top of the platform module of the uppermost layer; then, the assembled mounting rack is righted by a travelling crane above the steel structure greenhouse of the coke oven and pushed into a construction position;
3) a group of mounting frames are respectively arranged on two sides of machine coke of the coke oven, and installation personnel enter the mounting frames for construction; the lowest layer platform module is used for mounting the regenerator cross beam, the small furnace column in the center of the cross beam and the small springs on the large furnace columns on two sides; the platform modules as layers are used for installing small springs on large furnace columns on two sides; after the regenerator beam, the small furnace columns and the small springs at all positions are completely installed, synchronous pressurization operation is carried out;
4) constructing 1 large furnace column for every 2 large furnace columns, removing the mounting frame by an installer after all accessories on the large furnace columns in the 1 st construction unit are installed and pressurized, penetrating the mounting frame into lifting lugs of each lifting piece through a steel wire rope by using a travelling crane at the top of the steel structure greenhouse of the coke oven, and integrally lifting and moving the mounting frame to the construction position of the next construction unit;
5) repeating the above steps until all construction contents are completed;
6) and after the construction is finished, the mounting frame is dismantled, and the platform modules are dismantled layer by layer from top to bottom.
