Description

Preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for treating enteritis and diarrhea of laying hens
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for treating enteritis and diarrhea of laying hens.
Background
The intensive production mode enables the laying hens to be in a stress sensitive state, reduces the immune function, the intestinal function and the like of organisms, improves the sensitivity to pathogenic microorganisms, and causes the problems of enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens. In addition, mycotoxin contamination in the feed also easily causes enteritis, diarrhea and reproductive system diseases, and causes the morbidity and mortality of the feed to be increased.
The previous method for solving the problems of enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens is mainly to add antibiotics in feed and drinking water, but the long-term large-dosage addition of the antibiotics can cause a plurality of problems: such as the generation of drug-resistant strains and the overproof drug residues in eggs, and can cause serious environmental pollution and threaten the health of people. The use of antibiotics in a large amount in the brooding period can cause the problems of intestinal flora imbalance, intestinal digestion and absorption function obstruction, serious bacterial drug resistance and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for treating enteritis and diarrhea of laying hens, which can effectively treat the problems of enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for treating enteritis and diarrhea of laying hens comprises the following steps: soaking the Chinese medicinal tablet composition in water, boiling, concentrating to obtain water extractive solution, inoculating Lactobacillus plantarum, and performing anaerobic fermentation; the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece composition is composed of the following traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in parts by weight: 280-320 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 280-320 parts of purslane, 130-170 parts of giant knotweed rhizome, 180-220 parts of amur corktree bark, 90-110 parts of rhubarb, 130-170 parts of dark plum fruit, 90-110 parts of myrobalan, 180-220 parts of costus root, 550-650 parts of swordlike atractylodes rhizome, 90-110 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 90-110 parts of pomegranate bark, 90-110 parts of honeysuckle stem, 90-110 parts of common andrographis herb and 45-55 parts of liquorice.
According to the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece composition can enhance intestinal digestion and absorption functions and immunity of laying hens after the raw materials are combined, promotes the health of organisms, and has obvious curative effects on treating enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens; after lactobacillus plantarum fermentation, the absorption and curative effect of the Chinese herbal medicines are further improved, and the curative effect on enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens is enhanced.
The traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation prepared by the method utilizes the lactobacillus plantarum to carry out anaerobic fermentation on the traditional Chinese medicine, thereby enhancing the absorption and utilization of the medicinal components; in the metabolic process of the lactobacillus plantarum, a large amount of organic acids such as acetic acid, propionic acid and the like and digestive enzymes can reduce the pH value of the gastrointestinal tract, and are beneficial to activating and improving the activity of pepsin, and the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria can be effectively inhibited in an acidic environment; the lactein in the metabolite has the effect of inhibiting or killing escherichia coli, salmonella and the like; the lactobacillus plantarum and the metabolites thereof cooperate with the Chinese herbal medicine components, so that the intestinal microenvironment can be effectively realized, the development of intestinal immune tissues can be stimulated, the intestinal immune function can be improved, and the favorable treatment of enteritis and diarrhea of the laying hens can be further realized.
By adopting the traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation, the problems of slow action effect and low utilization rate of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine are solved; secondly, the application of antibiotics can be reduced, so that the problems of bacterial drug resistance, drug residue, mycotoxin pollution of feed and the like are solved; finally, the intestinal digestion and absorption function and immunity of the laying hens are enhanced, and the body is promoted to be recovered.
