Abstract
本发明公开了一种VOCs的催化降解方法,在介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器的等离子放电管下游位置的砂芯上放置锰基类水滑石催化剂,待降解的VOCs与氧气混合后通过反应器,被介质阻挡放电低温等离子体与锰基类水滑石协同催化降解。本发明采用介质阻挡放电低温等离子体与Mn基类水滑石协同催化降解VOCs;能量效率提高了20%~30%。Mn基类水滑石催化剂稳定性好,另外由于介质阻挡放电与催化剂相距比较近,放电产生的大量活性物质与下游催化剂表面吸附的VOCs和未反应的中间产物发生反应,在净化VOCs的同时,还可以达到催化剂再生的目的,因此催化剂能循环使用。

背景技术
低温等离子体能够产生O、OH、O3等强氧化性粒子,且没有很大选择性,广泛用于废气中VOCs的降解。然而,等离子体降解VOCs时,会产生中间产物及副产物,导致单独等离子体降解后的废气还无法达标排放。另外,传统等离子体降解有机废气时,降解不彻底导致产物中还存在一定的气溶胶颗粒物,这些颗粒物结焦在反应管内壁,影响放电的稳定性。
水滑石类层状材料,又称水滑石型阴离子黏土,是一种重要的阴离子型层状材料。典型水滑石结构为Zn6Al2(OH)16CO3•4H2O, 因其具有独特结构和性能,在光催化降解领域具有广泛的应用。
类水滑石即层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)是带正电荷的层板和层间阴离子构成的一类离子板层状化合物,化学组成通式为[M2+ 1-xM3+ x(OH)2]x+(An-)x/n•mH2O,其中M2+和M3+分别为层板上的二价金属阳离子和三价金属阳离子,A代表嵌入层间的阴离子,m表示层间含有的水分子数。
层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)种类多样,其主体层板上金属离子组成、主体层板电荷、插层阴离子种类以及数量都可以改变。LDHs的双层结构有助于提高比表面积,为活性物质提供更多的附着位点,比常规合成方法的催化剂表现出更好的催化性能。
例如中国专利文献CN 110653004A(申请号 201910839179.2)公开了一种捕集催化VOCs降解的催化剂及其制备方法与应用,该催化剂为类水滑石-分子筛复合型催化剂,通式为Mg(M)(Al)O-N,其中,M选自Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Ce、In、Cd、Zr、Mo或Sn中的一种或多种;N为分子筛,以金属氧化物和尖晶石同为活性组分。该发明的改性后的催化剂协同臭氧常温处理含苯VOCs。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与Mn基类水滑石协同催化降解VOCs的方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种VOCs的催化降解方法,在介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器的等离子放电管下游位置的砂芯上放置锰基类水滑石催化剂,待降解的VOCs与氧气混合后通过反应器,被介质阻挡放电低温等离子体与锰基类水滑石协同催化降解。
所述介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器包括高压电极、低压电极、绝缘介质和砂芯,高压电极为实心金属棒或金属粉末,低压电极为铜箔或铝箔,绝缘介质为石英管;石英管与高压电极同轴放置,低压电极设置在石英管的外部;砂芯设置在等离子放电管下游10~15mm的位置,砂芯上放置锰基类水滑石催化剂。
作为可选的,所述锰基类水滑石催化剂是Ni、Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂,或者是Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂。
进一步的,锰基类水滑石催化剂为Ni、Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂时,锰基类水滑石催化剂为NiCoMn-LDHs、NiCo2Mn–LDHs或者NiCoMn2–LDHs。
所述锰基类水滑石催化剂的制备方法如下:将镍盐、钴盐、锰盐和尿素溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液;将混合盐溶液搅拌,将得到的澄清溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于130℃~150℃的烘箱中18小时~24小时;将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物洗涤、干燥得到得到含镍、钻和锰的锰基类水滑石催化剂。尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
作为可选的,锰基类水滑石催化剂为MnCo-LDHs。
所述MnCo-LDHs锰基类水滑石催化剂的制备方法如下:将钴盐、锰盐和尿素溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液;将混合盐溶液搅拌,将得到的澄清溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于130℃~150℃的烘箱中18小时~24小时;将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物洗涤、干燥得到得到含镍、钻和锰的锰基类水滑石催化剂。
VOCs与氧气混合气体中,氧气的体积分数为2%~20%。
进一步的,VOCs与氧气混合气体中还含有水蒸气,水蒸气的体积分数为2%~30%。本发明具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与Mn基类水滑石协同催化降解VOCs;能量效率提高了20%~30%。
Mn基类水滑石催化剂稳定性好,另外由于DBD与催化剂相距比较近,DBD放电产生的大量活性物质与下游催化剂表面吸附的VOCs和未反应的中间产物发生反应,在净化VOCs的同时,还可以达到催化剂再生的目的,因此催化剂能循环使用。
(2)本发明催化剂选择Mn基类水滑石,相比传统的锰氧化物催化剂,Mn基类水滑石催化剂具有多孔结构混合价态的Mn离子、温和的表面酸碱性和优良的交换性,比常规MnOx具有更多的氧空位;等离子体放电产生的臭氧可以在Mn基类水滑石催化剂表面的氧空位上被转化为活性氧物种,促进VOCs和中间产物深度氧化,减少了结焦,副产物浓度显著下降,提升CO2选择性和矿化度;同时等离子体产生的O3在催化剂表面有足够的停留时间分解产生活性氧,适合高气体流速、大气体流量下工业VOCs的催化净化。
(3)对于Mn基类水滑石结构,添加Co和Ni后,不仅能够提高催化剂的比表面积,而且能够暴露出更多具有催化活性的Mn活性位,进而调控Mn元素价态和分散状态,使其对VOCs的催化能力得到极大提升。
与Mn-LDHs相比,Co,Ni的加入增加了水滑石的层间距,减小了禁带宽度Eg。Eg越小电子容易被激发,越能从价带跃迁到导带产生光生空穴和光生电子,使得光催化活性也越好。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs。
本实施例使用的反应器为等离子体催化反应器,结构见图1,为一体式后催化反应器。
等离子体催化反应器为同轴双介质阻挡放电反应器,包括高压电极、低压电极、绝缘介质和砂芯。
本实施例中,高压电极为外径9 mm的实心金属棒或金属粉末,低压电极为10 cm长的铜箔或铝箔,绝缘介质为壁厚为1.5~2mm的石英管,与内电极(高压电极)同轴放置。低压电极设置在石英管的外部。砂芯设置在等离子放电管下游10~15mm的位置,砂芯上放置NiCoMn-LDHs催化剂。
在绝缘介质石英管壁厚不变的情况下,可以通过改变石英管的内径、外径改变放电间隙大小,通过改变外电极(低压电极)的长度改变放电长度。
本实施例中,等离子体电源为低温等离子体实验电源,输入电压为220 V、50 Hz的交流电,搭配接触调压器,输出电压调节范围为0~30 kV,输出频率调节范围约为5~25kHz,一般在最大输出功率的中心频率处(9.7 kHz左右)工作。在等离子体实验中,保持放电频率在中心频率不变,通过改变输入电压来调节等离子体反应器的输入功率和能量密度。
NiCoMn-LDHs的制备方法如下:
将称取的硫酸镍(0.0067mol)、硫酸钴(0.0067mol)、硫酸锰(0.0067mol)固体和尿素(0.066 mol)溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液。在合成过程中,保证尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
将混合盐溶液在磁力搅拌器下剧烈搅拌30分钟,然后将澄清的溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于150℃的烘箱中18小时。
将反应后物料冷却至室温(10℃~35℃),过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物用去离子水洗涤5次,并在105℃干燥5h,得到NiCoMn-LDHs,研磨待用。
本实施例制备的NiCoMn-LDHs的XRD衍射图见图2,XRD谱图与PDF卡片库中类水滑石结构PDF#40-0215吻合度高。本实施例制备的NiCoMn-LDHs具有典型的水滑石层状结构,显示典型的水滑石斜方六面体结构的衍射峰,在 2θ 为 11.5°、23.1°、34.2°、38.7°、出现的四个特征衍射峰分别对应(003)、(006)、(012)、(015)晶面,反应了 LDHs 的层状结构。
本实施例制备的NiCoMn-LDHs的SEM图见图3,由图3可知,本实施例制备的NiCoMn-LDHs催化剂具有典型的片层结构,非常符合类水滑石的表观形貌特征。
本实施例制备的NiCoMn-LDHs的能谱分析图见图4。
采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs的步骤如下:
①常温常压下,将0.5g NiCoMn-LDHs(NiCoMn类水滑石)催化剂装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上,形成两段式等离子体催化反应器。
②调节等离子体放电输入功率,本实施例中设置的功率对应的等离子放电的输入能量密度为210 J/L;向反应器的进气口通入待降解的VOCs(本实施例中是甲苯,初始浓度为1000 mg/m3,气体流量lL/min,O2体积分数为2%~20%),开始对VOCs进行协同催化降解,经过催化降解的气体从反应器出气端流出,完成等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs的过程。
在协同催化降解过程中,气体流量越高,催化剂的装填量越高。
(实施例2)
本实施例采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与MnCo-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs。
MnCo-LDHs的制备方法如下:
将称取的硫酸钴(0.01mol)、硫酸锰固体(0.01mol)和尿素(0.066)溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液。在合成过程中,尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
将混合盐溶液在磁力搅拌器下剧烈搅拌15分钟,然后将澄清的溶液转移到水热釜中,并置于150℃的烘箱中18小时。
将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物用去离子水洗涤5次,并在105℃干燥5h,得到MnCo-LDHs,研磨待用。
本实施例制备的MnCo-LDHs的XRD衍射图见图2,XRD谱图与PDF卡片库中类水滑石结构PDF#40-0215吻合度高。
采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与MnCo-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs的步骤同实施例1,不同之处在于,将0.5g MnCo-LDHs催化剂装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上。
(实施例3)
本实施例采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs的方法,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于NiCoMn-LDHs的制备方法如下:
将称取的硫酸镍(0.01mol)、硫酸钴(0.01mol)、硫酸锰(0.01mol)固体和尿素(0.099mol)溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液。在合成过程中,保证尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
将混合盐溶液在磁力搅拌器下剧烈搅拌15分钟,然后将澄清的溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于130℃的烘箱中24小时。
将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物用去离子水洗涤3次,并在80℃真空干燥5h,得到得到含镍、钻和锰的NiCoMn-LDHs,研磨待用。
(实施例4)
本实施例采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCo2Mn -LDHs协同催化降解VOCs,使用的反应器与催化降解方法同实施例1,其中NiCo2Mn -LDHs的制备方法如下:
将称取的硫酸镍(0.0075 mol)、硫酸钴(0.015 mol)、硫酸锰固体(0.0075 mol)和尿素(0.099mol)溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液。在合成过程中,尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
将混合溶液在磁力搅拌器下剧烈搅拌15分钟,然后将澄清的溶液转移到水热釜中,并置于130℃的烘箱中24小时。
将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物用去离子水洗涤3次,并在80℃真空干燥5h,得到含镍、钻和锰的NiCo2Mn-LDHs,研磨待用,使用时装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上。
(实施例5)
本实施例采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCoMn2 -LDHs协同催化降解VOCs,使用的反应器与催化降解方法同实施例1,其中NiCoMn2 -LDHs的制备方法如下:
将称取的硫酸镍(0.0075 mol)、硫酸钴(0.0075 mol)、硫酸锰固体(0.015 mol)和尿素(0.099mol)溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液。在合成过程中,尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1。
将混合溶液在磁力搅拌器下剧烈搅拌15分钟,然后将澄清的溶液转移到水热釜中,并置于130℃的烘箱中24小时。
将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物用去离子水洗涤3次,并在80℃真空干燥5h,得到含镍、钻和锰的NiCoMn2-LDHs,研磨待用,使用时装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上。
实施例3制备的NiCoMn-LDHs、实施例4制备的NiCo2Mn-LDHs、实施例5制备的NiCoMn2-LDHs的XRD衍射图见图5,符合 JCPDS 40-0215 标准卡片;在 2θ 为 11.5°、23.1°、34.2°、38.7°、出现的四个特征衍射峰分别对应(003)、(006)、(012)、(015)晶面,反应了 LDHs 的层状结构。此外,在24.33°和 31.43°处出现了MnCO3的特征峰,这可能是由于催化剂合成过程中,空气中含有的CO2引起的。
(试验例1)
本试验例比较介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs、介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体与MnCo-LDHs协同催化降解VOCs、介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体降解VOCs的降解率,试验过程如下:
VOCs气体配置如下:压缩钢瓶过来的氮气经过质量流量控制器(MFC)控制一定的流量后,作为载气或平衡气通过外径为3 mm的聚四氟乙烯管后进入装有液态VOCs的不锈钢罐(不锈钢罐采用低温水槽控温或水浴锅控温),载带出VOCs蒸汽,与另两路通过质量流量器控制的氮气、氧气在混合器中充分混合,形成稳定浓度的VOCs气体进入DBD放电反应器中,进行等离子体催化VOCs降解实验。
常温常压下,0.5g 锰基类水滑石催化剂装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上,形成两段式等离子体催化反应器。通入甲苯初始浓度为1000 mg/m3的待降解气体,气体流量lL/min,O2浓度为6%,调节等离子体放电输入功率,对应的等离子放电的输入能量密度分别为105, 156, 210, 258 和295J/L, 开始进行甲苯降解实验。
用带FID检测器的气相色谱测定甲苯浓度,色谱柱为HP-5ms型毛细管柱(30 m×250 μm×0.25 μm),计算甲苯的降解率,同时,用烟气分析仪(MGA6型烟气分析仪,德国MRU公司)测定出流气体中NO,NO2,CO和CO2的浓度,采用臭氧分析仪(106-M型号,美国2B 公司)测定放电产生的臭氧浓度。试验结果见图6、图7和图8。
见图6,实验结果表明,DBD+NiCoMn-LDH催化降解甲苯与单独的DBD相比,输入能量密度为210 J/L时,甲苯降解率提高了20.1%;DBD+CoMn-LDH催化降解甲苯与单独的DBD相比,能量密度为210 J/L时,甲苯降解率提高了14.2%,NiCoMn-LDHs的催化效果好于CoMn-LDHs。
另外,等离子体后催化时,由于催化剂能够有效利用O3,副产物NO和O3极大地下降了,如图7所示。
图8记录了不同能量密度下的CO2选择性,CO2选择性与能量密度成正比。
(试验例2)
本试验例考察不同因素对等离子体与NiCoMn-LDHs协同催化降解甲苯的影响,试验过程如下:
常温常压下,将0.5g NiCoMn类水滑石催化剂装填在等离子体催化反应器下部的砂芯上,形成两段式等离子体催化反应器。
VOCs气体配置如下:压缩钢瓶过来的氮气经过质量流量控制器(MFC)控制一定的流量后,作为载气或平衡气通过外径为3 mm的聚四氟乙烯管后进入装有液态VOCs的不锈钢罐(不锈钢罐采用低温水槽控温或水浴锅控温),载带出VOCs蒸汽,与另两路通过质量流量器控制的氮气、氧气在混合器中充分混合,形成稳定浓度的VOCs气体进入DBD放电反应器中,进行等离子体催化VOCs降解实验。
通过改变湿度、氧气含量等因素考察VOCs的降解效果及对副产物的影响。具体操作时外加另一路一定流量的氮气通入水浴锅中装有去离子水的洗气瓶后,与VOCs在混合器中混合进入等离子体反应器。通过湿度计测定VOCs相对湿度,实验过程中通过改变水浴温度来调整湿度大小。通过控制O2流量控制氧气含量,一般体积分数为2%~20%。
通入甲苯初始浓度为1500 mg/m3的待降解气体,O2浓度为4%,改变气体流量分别为0.2 L/min, 0.5 L/min, 1L/min, 2L/min和5L/min, 调节等离子体放电输入功率,对应的等离子放电的输入能量密度分别为105, 156, 210, 258 和295 J/L, 进行甲苯降解实验。
用带FID检测器的气相色谱测定甲苯浓度,色谱柱为HP-5ms型毛细管柱(30 m×250 μm×0.25 μm),计算甲苯的降解率,同时,用烟气分析仪测定出流气体中NO,NO2的浓度,采用臭氧分析仪测定放电产生的臭氧浓度,采用配置甲烷转化炉的气相色谱仪,色谱柱为长度1m的TDX-01型填充柱测定产物中的碳氧化物(一氧化碳和二氧化碳)的浓度。
结果如下:
1、气流流速对甲苯降解的影响。
实验结果表明,气流流速对甲苯催化转化的影响很大,气流流速越小,甲苯在反应器中停留时间越长,甲苯转化率越高。0.5 L/min时,210 J/L时,甲苯转化率高达95.2%,流速升高到5 L/min时,降解率下降到42.1%,生成的臭氧浓度也下降了约30%。
2、气体湿度对甲苯降解的影响。
空气相对湿度由0%增加到 40%时,甲苯降解率随湿度增加而升高,但湿度继续从40%升高到70%时,甲苯降解率反而下降。
同时,湿度对副产物臭氧有一定的抑制作用,这是因为水分子为电负性分子,不仅能够对放电产生的高能电子进行捕获,而且还能降低电子的平均能量,减弱放电生成的活性粒子数量减少。此外,放电过程中生成·O 和水分子发生化学反应,导致·O 的浓度降低,臭氧形成减慢。
建议VOCs与氧气混合气体中水蒸气的体积分数为2%~30%。
3、氧气含量对甲苯降解效果和副产物的影响。
氧气含量越高,副产物O3形成的量越多。
Claims (4)
1.一种VOCs的催化降解方法,其特征在于:在介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器的等离子放电管下游位置的砂芯上放置锰基类水滑石催化剂,待降解的VOCs与氧气混合后通过反应器,被介质阻挡放电低温等离子体与锰基类水滑石协同催化降解;
所述锰基类水滑石催化剂是Ni、Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂,为NiCoMn-LDHs、NiCo2Mn–LDHs或者NiCoMn2–LDHs;所述Ni、Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂的制备方法如下:将镍盐、钴盐、锰盐和尿素溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液,尿素与总金属的摩尔比为3.3:1;将混合盐溶液搅拌,将得到的澄清溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于130℃~150℃的烘箱中18小时~24小时;将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物洗涤、干燥得到得到含镍、钻和锰的锰基类水滑石催化剂;
或者是Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂,为MnCo-LDHs;所述Co、Mn掺杂的类水滑石催化剂的制备方法如下:将钴盐、锰盐和尿素溶解在去离子水中,得到混合盐溶液;将混合盐溶液搅拌,将得到的澄清溶液转移到水热反应釜中,并置于130℃~150℃的烘箱中18小时~24小时;将反应后物料冷却至室温,过滤,收集沉淀物;沉淀物洗涤、干燥得到得到含镍、钻和锰的锰基类水滑石催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所示的VOCs的催化降解方法,其特征在于:所述介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器包括高压电极、低压电极、绝缘介质和砂芯,高压电极为实心金属棒或金属粉末,低压电极为铜箔或铝箔,绝缘介质为石英管;石英管与高压电极同轴放置,低压电极设置在石英管的外部;砂芯设置在等离子放电管下游10~15mm的位置,砂芯上放置锰基类水滑石催化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所示的VOCs的催化降解方法,其特征在于:VOCs与氧气混合气体中,氧气含量为2%~20%。
4.根据权利要求1所示的VOCs的催化降解方法,其特征在于:VOCs与氧气混合气体中还含有水蒸气,水蒸气的体积分数为2%~30%。
