after being output from the hopper, the metal materials are conveyed forwards through the conveying channel; the conveying channel is divided into more than two stages of conveying units, and the metal materials are conveyed forwards through the conveying units at all stages from one side connected with the hopper to the other side in sequence; the conveying speed of the front-stage conveying unit is higher than that of the rear-stage conveying unit; the conveying speed difference of the front and rear two-stage conveying units is utilized to increase the distance between the front and rear metal materials; after the distance between the front metal material and the rear metal material is increased, the feeding quantity of the metal materials is automatically detected.
2. The automatic counting and feeding method of metal materials according to claim 1, characterized in that: the rear end of the front-stage conveying unit is opposite to the front end of the rear-stage conveying unit and is positioned below the front end of the rear-stage conveying unit.

The automatic counting and feeding method of metal materials according to claim 1, characterized in that: a middle partition plate is arranged in the hopper, so that the hopper is divided into a cache space and a feeding space which are distributed up and down; a sliding-in channel is reserved between the middle partition board and the hopper on one side close to the conveying unit; a feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the hopper, and a stirring mechanism is arranged on the other side of the hopper; a feeding opening is formed in the joint of the middle partition plate and the hopper, and the middle partition plate is close to one side of the feeding mechanism;
the feeding mechanism adsorbs the metal materials in the feeding space one by one through the magnetic force action, is attached to the side wall of the hopper and moves, passes through the feeding opening and then outputs the hopper;
the stirring mechanism adsorbs the metal material close to one side of the feeding opening in the feeding space through the magnetic force and moves towards the middle partition plate, and the metal material is separated from the adsorption of the stirring mechanism and slides back to the bottom of the feeding space after touching the bottom of the middle partition plate to realize stirring; the stirring mechanism also adsorbs the metal materials on the middle partition plate one by one through the action of magnetic force and moves the metal materials to the feeding space so as to realize the gradual supplement of the metal materials in the feeding space.
