技术领域
本申请涉及造纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种双面离型原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
双面胶带是以纸、布、塑料薄膜为基材,再把弹性体型压敏胶或树脂型压敏胶均匀涂布在上述基材上制成的卷状胶粘带,一般是由基材、胶粘剂、离型纸三部分组成。双面胶带具有耐高温、耐溶剂,抗老化,粘性好等特性。广泛用于文具、办公、电子、汽车边饰固定、皮革、铭板、鞋业、制纸、手工艺品粘贴定位等方面。
离型纸是制作双面胶带必需的一种隔离材料,主要用于贴覆在胶带的表面用来保护胶带表面的胶粘剂层,既能防止预浸料粘连,又能保护预浸料不受污染。现有胶带用离型纸一般是在离型原纸的表面淋膜一层淋膜层(采用的材料主要是聚乙烯),然后在淋膜层的表面涂布一层离型剂层(采用的材料主要是硅油)得到离型纸。
目前行业中,大多采用普通离型原纸加工形成离型纸,普通离型原纸因透气性不良,易在复合加工过程中而起泡,而导致复合不牢产生脱层现象,同时也存在平整性差,涂布不均匀、防渗透力差等不足。
因此,如何提供一种离型原纸,满足市场需求,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一个目的为提供一种双面离型原纸;本发明的第二个目的为提供上述双面离型原纸的制备方法;本申请从浆料配比、打浆工艺、上网抄造的条件等方面进行改进,使得双面离型原纸的内在特性和外观质量标准更高,所制备的双面离型原纸具有较好的抗张强度和结合强度,原纸淋膜、涂硅加工过程中不易断头,起泡,用其加工生产出的双面胶带不脱层,满足使用要求。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种双面离型原纸,由以下组分制成:
漂白硫酸盐木浆,其中包括质量百分比为65-70%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆及质量百分比为30-35%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆;
每吨绝干浆料添加填料120-150kg、干强剂5-10kg、AKD型施胶剂12-16kg、阳离子淀粉8-12kg、聚丙烯酰胺0.7-0.9kg、改性皂土2.0-3.0kg、有机微粒0.2-0.3kg。
优选地,填料具体为碱回收白泥精制碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙中的任意一种或多种。
优选地,干强剂具体为两性聚丙烯酰胺类纸用干强剂。
优选地,改性皂土具体为改性膨润土。
优选地,有机微粒具体为有机阴离子微粒。
一种上述任一项所述的双面离型原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别打浆;
将打浆后的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆配比,组成原料浆;
向原料浆中加入填料、干强剂、AKD型施胶剂,混匀,然后除渣除气;
向除渣除气后的原料浆中加入阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺,混匀,然后筛选;
向筛选后的原料浆中加入改性皂土、有机微粒,混匀,得到上机浆;
将上机浆上网抄造,然后脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光,即得双面离型原纸。
优选地,将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆至浓度3.0-4.0%,叩解度为42-46°SR,纤维湿重为3.0-6.5g;
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆至浓度为为3.5-4.5%,叩解度为40-44°SR,纤维湿重为16.0-25.0g。
优选地,上机浆的浓度为0.6-1.0%,叩解度为35-50°SR,纤维湿重为4.0-8.0g,上网pH值为7.5-8.2。
优选地,将上机浆压榨三次,第一次压榨的线压力为55KN/M,第二次压榨的线压力为85KN/M,第三次压榨的线压力115KN/M;和/或,
压光的线压力为40-60KN/M。
优选地,制得的双面离型原纸定量为70-80g/m2,分层力≧1.8N/25m,内结合力600-620J/m2。
本申请从浆料配比、打浆工艺、上网抄造的条件等方面进行改进,使得双面离型原纸的内在特性和外观质量标准更高,所制备的双面离型原纸具有较好的抗张强度和结合强度,原纸淋膜、涂硅加工过程中不易断头,起泡,用其加工生产出的双面胶带不脱层,满足使用要求。

上述技术指标中,内结合强度、分层力等是关键指标。本申请采用100%化学商品浆,以漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)为主,占浆料质量的65-70%,掺配部分漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP),占浆料质量的30-35%。其中,针叶木浆单根纤维强度高,纤维结合力大,可使纸张具有较高的强度;而阔叶木浆可改善纸页匀度,改善淋膜复合适应性,通过长短纤维混配,提高双面离型原纸的性能。
此外,本申请提供的双面离型原纸,还加入填料、干强剂、AKD型施胶剂、阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺、改性皂土、有机微粒复配,其中,添加填料能提高纸张平滑度和降低生产成本;添加干强剂、阳离子淀粉可以提高纸张强度;添加AKD型施胶剂的作用为提高纸张抗水性;添加聚丙烯酰胺、有机微粒能提高浆料留着率;添加改性皂土能提高浆料滤水性能。
本申请还提供双面离型纸的制备方法,通过控制打浆工艺条件、上网条件,制备得到定量为70-80g/m2,分层力≧1.8N/25m,内结合力600-620J/m2的双面离型原纸,达到了制作双面胶带用高性能双面离型原纸的要求。其中,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别打浆,并且打浆浓度、叩解度和纤维湿重要求不同;将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.0-4.0%,叩解度为42-46°SR,湿重为3.0-6.5g;将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.5-4.5%,叩解度为40-44°SR,湿重为16.0-25.0g;然后再进行配比,与其他原料混匀,最后上网抄造,然后脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光,即得双面离型原纸。
优选制备过程中,填料、干强剂、AKD依次添加。填料加入前需要过滤,干强剂加入前需要过滤、稀释,AKD加入前需要过滤。阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺也依次添加。阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺加入前需要过滤、稀释。改性皂土、有机微粒也是依次添加。改性皂土、有机微粒加入前需要过滤、稀释。
本申请提供的制备方法,加入阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺混匀后,进行筛选主要是除去粗大杂质,采用的是压力筛,筛缝为0.25mm。
本申请提供的制备方法,前干燥具体是:湿纸页从压榨部出来后进入前干燥进行干燥,控制出前干燥水分在6.0-7.0%;后干燥:纸页通过表面施胶后进入后干燥进行干燥,控制出后干燥水分为5.0-7.0%。表面施胶:原淀粉通过蒸煮糊化后得到胶料,在胶料里按每吨纸添加2.0-3.0kg的AKD型施胶剂,再通过计量棒涂在纸张表面,表面施胶量3.6±0.4g/m2(此处的AKD型施胶剂为权利要求1配方外用量)。其可以改善纸张表面性能,提高纸张表面强度。表面施胶采用的膜转移施胶压榨,可以在线两面同时施胶。
本申请提供的制备方法中,纤维湿重是根据GB/T 37858-2019《纸浆纤维湿重的测定》国家标准进行检测。纤维湿重是指在规定的条件下,框架从装有纸浆悬浮液的肖伯尔-瑞格勒式打浆度仪滤水室的底部上升到顶部后,留在框架上的湿纤维的质量。纤维湿重其单位为g。
本申请提供的制备方法中,压光的线压力为40-60KN/M是指压光压区间的线压力,压榨压力指的也是压榨部各压区间的线压力。

实施例1
一种双面离型原纸,由以下组分制成:
漂白硫酸盐木浆,其中包括质量百分比为65%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆及质量百分比为35%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆;
填料(碱回收白泥精制碳酸钙:重质碳酸钙=60:40)每吨绝干浆料添加140kg;
干强剂(两性聚丙烯酰胺类纸用干强剂)每吨绝干浆料添加8kg;
AKD型施胶剂每吨绝干浆料添加14kg;
阳离子淀粉每吨绝干浆料添加12kg;
聚丙烯酰胺每吨绝干浆料添加0.7kg;
改性皂土(改性膨润土)每吨绝干浆料添加2.5kg;
有机微粒(有机阴离子微粒)每吨绝干浆料添加有机微粒0.2kg。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.6%,叩解度为44°SR,湿重为3.8g;
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆至浓度为4.2%,叩解度为42°SR,湿重为19.0g;
将打浆后的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆按照65%:35%配比,组成原料浆;
向原料浆中加入填料、干强剂、AKD型施胶剂,混匀,然后除渣除气;
向除渣除气后的原料浆中加入阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺,混匀,然后筛选;
向筛选后的原料浆中加入改性皂土、有机微粒,混匀,得到上机浆,上机浆的浓度为0.8%,叩解度为46°SR,纤维湿重为5.6g,上网pH值为7.8;
将上机浆上网抄造,然后脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光,即得双面离型原纸;其中,压榨进行三次,第一次压榨的线压力为55KN/M,第二次压榨的线压力85KN/M,第三次压榨的线压力115KN/M;压光的线压力为60KN/M。
所制得的双面离型原纸,生产定量为70g/m2,内结合力为618J/m2,分层力为1.86N/25m,纵向裂断长6.92km,横向裂断长2.71km,横向伸缩率为2.7%,水分6.0%,吸水性值25.7g/m2,平滑度43秒。
双面离型原纸在加工时需要在原纸的两面淋上一层PE膜,要确保PE膜覆盖在原纸表面平整,粘接牢靠,同时又不分层、不起泡、不脱层,需要控制好内结合强度与分层力两个指标。一般为保证在使用时能够顺利剥离,要求分层力平均大于1.4N/25mm,如果分层强度低,纤维内部容易揭开造成使用麻烦。为防止离型原纸在使用过程中被粘胶剂等撕裂分层,因此需要较高的内结合强度。假若因为离型原纸内结合强度差,出现原纸分层,会导致胶带复卷或使用时因纸张分层而无法正常使用,故要求内结强度大于450J/m2。
而本申请实施例1制备的双面离型原纸,内结合力为618J/m2,分层力为1.86N/25m,性能优异,可以充分满足双面离型原纸的需求。
实施例2
一种双面离型原纸,由以下组分制成:
漂白硫酸盐木浆,其中包括质量百分比为70%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆及质量百分比为30%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆;填料(碱回收白泥精制碳酸钙:重质碳酸钙=65:35)每吨绝干浆料添加135kg;
干强剂(两性聚丙烯酰胺类纸用干强剂)每吨绝干浆料添加9kg;
AKD型施胶剂每吨绝干浆料添加13kg;
阳离子淀粉每吨绝干浆料添加12kg;
聚丙烯酰胺每吨绝干浆料添加0.8kg;
改性皂土(改性膨润土)每吨绝干浆料添加2.5kg;
有机微粒(有机阴离子微粒)每吨绝干浆料添加有机微粒0.2kg。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.8%,叩解度为46°SR,湿重为3.6g;
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆至浓度为4.3%,叩解度为41°SR,湿重为19.3g;
将打浆后的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆按照65%:35%配比,组成原料浆;
向原料浆中加入填料、干强剂、AKD型施胶剂,混匀,然后除渣除气;
向除渣除气后的原料浆中加入阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺,混匀,然后筛选;
向筛选后的原料浆中加入改性皂土、有机微粒,混匀,得到上机浆,上机浆的浓度为0.76%,叩解度为45°SR,纤维湿重为5.2g,上网pH值为7.5;
将上机浆上网抄造,然后脱水、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光,即得双面离型原纸;其中,压榨进行三次,第一次压榨的线压力为55KN/M,第二次压榨的线压力85KN/M,第三次压榨的线压力115KN/M;压光的线压力为60KN/M。
所制得的双面离型原纸,生产定量为70g/m2,内结合力为610J/m2,分层力为1.81N/25m,纵向裂断长6.30km,横向裂断长2.52km,横向伸缩率为2.7%,水分5.6%,吸水性值24.9+g/m2,平滑度46秒。

Claims (10)
1.一种双面离型原纸,其特征在于,由以下组分制成:
漂白硫酸盐木浆,其中包括质量百分比为65-70%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆及质量百分比为30-35%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆;
每吨绝干浆料添加填料120-150kg、干强剂5-10kg、AKD型施胶剂12-16kg、阳离子淀粉8-12kg、聚丙烯酰胺0.7-0.9kg、改性皂土2.0-3.0kg、有机微粒0.2-0.3kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面离型原纸,其特征在于,填料具体为碱回收白泥精制碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙中的任意一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面离型原纸,其特征在于,干强剂具体为两性聚丙烯酰胺类纸用干强剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双面离型原纸,其特征在于,改性皂土具体为改性膨润土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双面离型原纸,其特征在于,有机微粒具体为有机阴离子微粒。
6.一种权利要求1-5中任一项所述的双面离型原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别打浆;
将打浆后的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆配比,组成原料浆;
向原料浆中加入填料、干强剂、AKD型施胶剂,混匀,然后除渣除气;
向除渣除气后的原料浆中加入阳离子淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺,混匀,然后筛选;
向筛选后的原料浆中加入改性皂土、有机微粒,混匀,得到上机浆;
将上机浆上网抄造,然后脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光,即得双面离型原纸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.0-4.0%,叩解度为42-46°SR,纤维湿重为3.0-6.5g;
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆至浓度为3.5-4.5%,叩解度为40-44°SR,纤维湿重为16.0-25.0g。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,上机浆的浓度为0.6-1.0%,叩解度为35-50°SR,纤维湿重为4.0-8.0g,上网pH值为7.5-8.2。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将上机浆压榨三次,第一次压榨的线压力为55KN/M,第二次压榨的线压力为85KN/M,第三次压榨的线压力115KN/M;和/或,
压光的线压力为40-60KN/M。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,制得的双面离型原纸定量为70-80g/m2,分层力≧1.8N/25m,内结合力600-620J/m2。
