The character "/" generally indicates that the context-dependent object is an "or" relationship.
4) The "corresponding" may refer to an association or binding relationship, and the correspondence between a and B refers to an association or binding relationship between a and B.
The following explains the application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention:
fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of an intelligent water heater provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in a scenario that a user performs a bath through hot water provided by the intelligent water heater, the intelligent water heater collects ambient temperature data through a temperature sensor, determines a target temperature matched with the ambient temperature data, and performs water temperature heating according to the target temperature, and outputs hot water corresponding to the ambient temperature, so that the user has better water comfort level when using the water. More specifically, in this application scenario, the main factor that affects the comfort level of water used by the user during the bathing process is the actual body temperature of the user, which is affected by the ambient temperature, and the same water outlet temperature, when the ambient temperature is higher, the body temperature when the user uses water will also be higher, and conversely, when the ambient temperature is lower, the body temperature when the user uses water will also be lower.
In the related technical scheme, the intelligent water heater automatically adjusts the water outlet temperature by detecting the indoor environment temperature in the bathroom where the user is located, so that the water outlet temperature is matched with the indoor environment temperature, and the water use comfort level of the user is improved. However, in the actual use process, when the user uses the water heater to perform bath, the body temperature is not only influenced by the indoor temperature, but also influenced by the outdoor temperature, in different areas, the body temperature of the user is greatly different from the body temperature of the intelligent water heater, which is estimated only through the indoor temperature, for example, when the tightness of a bathroom is poor, the body temperature of the user is reduced due to the fact that the outdoor cold air rapidly enters the bathroom, and the indoor temperature is insensitive to the indoor temperature change caused by the fact that the outdoor cold air rapidly enters the room due to the limitation of the position of the temperature sensor, or has hysteresis, at the moment, the body temperature of the user is still estimated according to the indoor temperature, and the water outlet temperature of the intelligent water heater is determined, so that the problems of inaccurate water outlet temperature control and poor water comfort of the user are caused. Therefore, how to control the outlet water temperature of the intelligent water heater to enable the outlet water temperature to be matched with the actual body temperature of a user, and avoid the influence of the outdoor temperature on the actual body temperature of the user caused by factors such as poor indoor tightness or outdoor extreme environment is a problem to be solved at present.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present invention and how the technical scheme of the present invention solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an intelligent water heater control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to an intelligent gas water heater, as shown in fig. 2, and the intelligent water heater control method according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step S101, obtaining environment temperature information and temperature weight information, wherein the environment temperature information comprises indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, and the temperature weight information is used for representing influence weight of the indoor temperature and/or the outdoor temperature on the body sensing temperature of a user.
The ambient temperature information includes, for example, an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature, wherein the indoor temperature may be obtained by collecting ambient temperature data through a sensor unit provided in the indoor. The sensor unit may be disposed inside or outside the intelligent water heater, and may be in communication connection with the intelligent water heater through a wired or wireless manner, so as to transmit indoor temperature data to the intelligent water heater, and enable the intelligent water heater to obtain indoor temperature. In one possible implementation, the outdoor temperature may be obtained by collecting outdoor ambient temperature data through an outdoor temperature sensor unit, which is connected to the intelligent water heater in a wired or wireless manner. In another possible implementation manner, the intelligent water heater is connected to the cloud server through the internet, and temperature data of an area where the intelligent water heater is located, namely, outdoor temperature, is obtained from the cloud server, which is not described in detail herein, and a specific method for obtaining indoor temperature and outdoor temperature can be set according to needs.
The temperature weight information is information for determining the degree of influence of each of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the user's body temperature, for example. In one possible implementation, the temperature weight information includes a temperature weight coefficient, where the temperature weight coefficient may be a normalized coefficient used to characterize a percentage of the degree of influence of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the user's temperature. For example, the temperature weight coefficient is 0.8, the influence degree of the indoor temperature on the user body sensing temperature can be represented as 80%, and accordingly, the influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the user body sensing temperature can be determined as 20%. For another example, the temperature weight coefficient is 0.6, the influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the user body sensing temperature can be represented as 60%, and accordingly, the influence degree of the indoor temperature on the user body sensing temperature can be determined as 40%.
Of course, it can be understood that the temperature weight information may also be in other implementation forms, for example, a temperature weight matrix, which is used to represent the influence degree of the indoor temperature or the outdoor temperature at different positions on the body sensing temperature of the user, and is not described in detail herein, and the specific implementation form and the implementation content of the temperature weight information may be set according to specific needs, which is not limited herein specifically.
Further, the temperature weight information may be obtained by, for example, storing the temperature weight information in a configuration file in a local storage medium of the intelligent water heater, and obtaining the temperature weight information by the intelligent water heater by reading the configuration file in the local storage medium; for another example, the temperature weight information is stored in the cloud server, and the intelligent water heater obtains the temperature weight information through communication with the cloud server, wherein the temperature weight information can be requested by the intelligent water heater to the cloud server as required or can be sent by the cloud server to the intelligent water heater as required, and the temperature weight information is not repeated here.
Step S102, determining the target temperature according to the environmental temperature information and the temperature weight information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a process of determining a target temperature of an intelligent water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, according to temperature weight information, an influence degree of an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature in environmental temperature information on a user body temperature may be determined, further, according to temperature weight information, indoor temperature and outdoor temperature are respectively weighted and calculated to obtain an indoor weighted temperature and an outdoor weighted temperature, and then, a corresponding target temperature may be obtained by calculating a sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature. Further, a target temperature corresponding to the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is determined according to a preset mapping relation, specifically, for example, if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be less than or equal to 13 ℃, the target temperature is determined to be 75 ℃, and the water outlet temperature of the water point is determined to be 30 ℃; if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be more than 13 ℃ and less than 23 ℃, determining that the target temperature is 65 ℃, and the water outlet temperature of the water point is 27 ℃; c. if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be larger than 23 ℃, the target temperature is determined to be 55 ℃, and the water outlet temperature of the water point is 24 ℃.
The target temperature may be a heating target temperature of the intelligent water heater. The target temperature is used as a heating parameter to control the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature, and the specific implementation form of the target temperature is not particularly limited.
Step S103, controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature.
For example, after determining the target temperature, the target temperature is used as a heating parameter of the intelligent water heater, and the heating unit of the intelligent water heater is controlled to operate so as to heat the water temperature. Specifically, the heating unit of the intelligent water heater comprises a water temperature sensor, the water temperature is collected through the water temperature sensor in the water temperature heating process through the heating unit, closed-loop control is carried out according to the water temperature, the heating power of the heating unit is adjusted, the heating power capable of enabling the water temperature to be consistent with the target temperature is finally determined, and the heating power is used for heating, so that the water temperature is controlled. Optionally, in this process, in order to compensate the heat loss in the outlet pipe in the hot water output process, the intelligent water heater can carry out temperature compensation on the basis of the target temperature in the heating process according to preset temperature compensation parameters, and the heating power of the water heater is increased, so that the outlet water temperature of the intelligent water heater is consistent with the target temperature.
In this embodiment, by acquiring environmental temperature information and temperature weight information, where the environmental temperature information includes indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, the temperature weight information is used to characterize the influence weight of the indoor temperature and/or the outdoor temperature on the user body sensing temperature; determining a target temperature according to the environmental temperature information and the temperature weight information; and controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature. Because the intelligent water heater is when confirming the target temperature of water, has consulted indoor temperature and outdoor temperature simultaneously and has felt the influence of temperature to the user's body to carry out weighted calculation with the weight that matches to the two, thereby the actual body that the target temperature that makes when making the acquisition is more close to user's water and feel is felt the temperature, thereby improves intelligent water heater's water temperature control accuracy, improves user's water comfort level.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an intelligent water heater control method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the intelligent water heater control method according to this embodiment further refines the step of obtaining temperature weight information on the basis of the intelligent water heater control method according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and then the intelligent water heater control method according to this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S201, obtaining preset heat exchange information, where the heat exchange information is used to characterize an exchange rate of indoor heat and outdoor heat.
Illustratively, the heat exchange information is information determined according to the tightness of the room and the characteristics of the outdoor environment, wherein the greater the outdoor air flow rate is, the higher the exchange rate of indoor heat with outdoor heat is when the tightness of the room is worse, and thus the heat exchange information can be determined by the tightness of the room and the outdoor air flow rate. Further, the heat exchange information may be determined by at least one of the room tightness and the outdoor air flow rate, and the specific determining method is various, and the heat exchange information may be a heat exchange rate value or a coefficient between 0 and 1, which is not described in detail herein.
Optionally, the heat exchange information includes a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, as shown in fig. 5, and step S201 includes two specific implementation steps of steps S2011 and S2012:
in step S2011, environmental temperature information in a preset time period is collected, and a temperature change rate of indoor temperature is determined according to the environmental temperature information in the preset time period, wherein the temperature change rate is used for representing a change amount of a temperature value in a unit time period.
In step S2012, heat exchange information is generated according to the temperature change rate of the indoor temperature.
The environmental temperature information includes indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, and the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature within a preset time period are collected for analysis, and the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature have certain correlation, namely the indoor temperature can be influenced by the outdoor temperature to generate temperature change, so that according to the temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate can be determined, wherein the heat exchange rate is the heat exchange information, further, when the tightness of a house is better, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate is lower, the temperature change rate is lower, otherwise, the tightness of the house is worse, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate is higher, and the temperature change rate is higher. Thus, in one possible implementation, the heat exchange information is information that characterizes the tightness of the house.
Step S202, determining a temperature weight coefficient according to the heat exchange information.
Optionally, the heat exchange information includes a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, as shown in fig. 6, and step S202 includes two specific implementation steps of steps S2021 and S2022:
in step S2021, the temperature change rate is input into a preset thermal model, and a corresponding temperature influence coefficient is determined, where the temperature influence coefficient characterizes the degree of influence of the outdoor temperature on the user body temperature.
In step S2022, a temperature weight coefficient is determined according to the temperature influence coefficient.
Specifically, after the temperature change rate is input into the heat model, the heat model can output a corresponding temperature influence coefficient according to the input temperature change rate, and the temperature influence coefficient is exemplified to indicate the influence degree of the outdoor temperature and the body sensing temperature of the user, when the temperature influence coefficient is large, the corresponding actual condition is that the house tightness is poor, at the moment, the influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the body sensing temperature is large, otherwise, when the temperature influence coefficient is small, the corresponding actual condition is that the house tightness is good, at the moment, the influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the body sensing temperature is small. Further, according to the temperature influence coefficient and a preset mapping relation obtained through testing, a corresponding temperature weight coefficient can be determined, wherein the temperature weight coefficient comprises a first weight coefficient corresponding to the indoor temperature and a second weight coefficient corresponding to the outdoor temperature by way of example. The larger the temperature influence coefficient is, the larger the second weight coefficient is; the smaller the temperature influence coefficient, the larger the first weight coefficient.
In this embodiment, through gathering indoor outer temperature data, confirm the temperature change rate to according to temperature change rate and heat model of predetermineeing, confirm temperature influence coefficient, thereby confirm the degree of influence of outdoor temperature to user's body temperature, realized the evaluation result to user's body temperature is more accurate, and then can improve the control accuracy of outlet water temperature, improve user's water comfort level.
Step S203, carrying out weighted calculation on the indoor temperature according to the first weight coefficient to obtain the indoor weighted temperature; and according to the second weight coefficient, carrying out weighted calculation on the outdoor temperature to obtain the outdoor weighted temperature.
Step S204, determining the target temperature according to the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature.
Specifically, after the first weight coefficient and the second weight coefficient are determined, the first weight coefficient and the second weight coefficient are used for carrying out weighted calculation on the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature respectively, so that quantitative characterization of influence of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the body feeling temperature of the user, namely the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature, is obtained, and further, the target temperature obtained through the calculation of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature can be more close to the real body feeling temperature of the user when the user uses water, so that the water using comfort level of the user is improved.
Step S205, controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature.
The implementation manner of step S205 is the same as that of step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and will not be described here again.
Optionally, in one possible implementation manner, before step S203, the method further includes:
step S200A, sending configuration request information to a cloud server, wherein the configuration request information is used for acquiring outdoor temperature and/or temperature weight information;
step S200B, receiving outdoor temperature and/or temperature weight information sent by the cloud server.
In one possible implementation, the configuration request information includes location information of the intelligent water heater. After receiving the position information of the intelligent water heater, the cloud server determines outdoor temperature information corresponding to the position information and sends the temperature information to the intelligent water heater.
In another possible implementation manner, the configuration request information includes the location information of the intelligent water heater, after the cloud server receives the location information of the intelligent water heater, the cloud server invokes the temperature weight information of other users in the location area corresponding to the location information according to the location information, because one important factor for determining the temperature weight information is data determined by the characteristics of the house itself, such as the tightness and the wall thickness of the house, for the house in the same cell, the temperature weight information has a certain similarity, therefore, the cloud server can invoke the temperature weight information of other users in the same location and the same cell after receiving the location information of the intelligent water heater, and send the temperature weight information to the intelligent water heater, so that the intelligent water heater can quickly obtain the correct temperature weight information.
