4) "correspond" may refer to an association or binding relationship, and a corresponds to B refers to an association or binding relationship between a and B.
The following explains an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention:
fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an intelligent water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in a scenario where a user bathes with hot water provided by the intelligent water heater, the intelligent water heater collects ambient temperature data through a temperature sensor, determines a target temperature matched with the ambient temperature, heats the water with the target temperature, outputs hot water corresponding to the ambient temperature, and provides a better comfort level for the user when using the water. More specifically, in this application scenario, the main factor that affects the comfort of the user when using water during bathing is the actual sensible temperature of the user, which is affected by the ambient temperature, and the sensible temperature of the user when using water is also higher when the ambient temperature is higher, and conversely, when the ambient temperature is lower, the sensible temperature of the user when using water is also lower.
In relevant technical scheme, intelligent water heater adjusts outlet water temperature by oneself through detecting the indoor ambient temperature in the bathroom that the user is located, makes outlet water temperature and indoor ambient temperature phase-match to improve user's water comfort level. However, in the actual use process, when a user uses the water heater to take a bath, the sensible temperature is not only influenced by the indoor temperature, but also influenced by the outdoor temperature, and in different areas, influenced by factors such as the outdoor environment and the sealing performance of buildings, so that the actual sensible temperature of the user is greatly different from the user sensible temperature estimated by the intelligent water heater only through the indoor temperature, for example, when the sealing performance of a bathroom is poor, outdoor cold air rapidly enters the bathroom, the actual sensible temperature of the user is reduced, the indoor temperature is insensitive to the indoor temperature change caused by the outdoor cold air rapidly entering the room due to the limitation of the position of the temperature sensor, or has hysteresis, the sensible temperature of the user is still estimated according to the indoor temperature, and the water temperature is determined, so that the control of the outlet water temperature of the intelligent water heater is inaccurate, the user has poor water comfort. Therefore, how to control the outlet water temperature of the intelligent water heater, the outlet water temperature can be matched with the actual body sensing temperature of the user, the influence of outdoor temperature caused by poor indoor sealing performance or outdoor extreme environment and other factors on the actual body sensing temperature of the user is avoided, and the problem to be solved is needed urgently at present.
The following describes the technical solution of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an intelligent water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to an intelligent gas water heater, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the intelligent water heater according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step S101, obtaining environment temperature information and temperature weight information, wherein the environment temperature information comprises indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, and the temperature weight information is used for representing influence weight of the indoor temperature and/or the outdoor temperature on the user sensible temperature.
Illustratively, the ambient temperature information includes an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature, wherein the indoor temperature can be obtained by collecting ambient temperature data by a sensor unit disposed indoors. For example, the sensor unit may be disposed inside the intelligent water heater, or may be disposed outside the intelligent water heater, and is in communication connection with the intelligent water heater in a wired or wireless manner, so as to transmit the indoor temperature data to the intelligent water heater, so that the intelligent water heater obtains the indoor temperature. In a possible implementation manner, the outdoor temperature can be obtained by acquiring outdoor environment temperature data through a temperature sensor arranged outdoors, and the temperature sensor unit arranged outdoors is in communication connection with the intelligent water heater in a wired or wireless manner. In another possible implementation manner, the intelligent water heater is connected with the cloud server through the internet, the temperature data of the area where the intelligent water heater is located, namely the outdoor temperature, is obtained from the cloud server, the temperature data is not described again one by one here, and the specific method for obtaining the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature can be set as required.
Illustratively, the temperature weight information is information for determining the degree of influence of each of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the user sensible temperature. In a possible implementation manner, the temperature weight information includes a temperature weight coefficient, and the temperature weight coefficient may be a normalization coefficient, and is used to represent percentages of influence degrees of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user. For example, the temperature weight coefficient is 0.8, which can represent that the influence degree of the indoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user is 80%, and correspondingly, the influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user can be determined to be 20%. For another example, the temperature weight coefficient is 0.6, which may represent that the degree of influence of the outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user is 60%, and accordingly, the degree of influence of the indoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user may be determined to be 40%.
Of course, it can be understood that the temperature weight information may also be in other implementation forms, such as a temperature weight matrix, for representing the influence degree of the indoor temperature or the outdoor temperature at different positions on the user sensible temperature, which is not described herein any more, and the specific implementation form and the implementation content of the temperature weight information may be set according to specific needs, which is not specifically limited herein.
Further, there are various ways to obtain the temperature weight information, for example, the temperature weight information is stored in a configuration file in a local storage medium of the intelligent water heater, and the intelligent water heater obtains the temperature weight information by reading the configuration file in the local storage medium; for another example, the temperature weight information is stored in the cloud server, and the intelligent water heater obtains the temperature weight information through communication with the cloud server, where the temperature weight information may be actively requested by the intelligent water heater to the cloud server as needed, or actively issued by the cloud server to the intelligent water heater as needed, and is not described here any more.
And step S102, determining a target temperature according to the environment temperature information and the temperature weight information.
Exemplarily, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a process of determining a target temperature for an intelligent water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, according to temperature weight information, the influence degree of an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature in environment temperature information on a user sensible temperature can be determined, further, according to the temperature weight information, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature are respectively weighted and calculated to respectively obtain an indoor weighted temperature and an outdoor weighted temperature, and then, the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to obtain a corresponding target temperature. Further, determining a target temperature corresponding to the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature according to a preset mapping relationship, specifically, for example, if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be less than or equal to 13 ℃, determining the target temperature to be 75 ℃, and then the outlet water temperature of the water consumption point to be 30 ℃; if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be more than 13 ℃ and less than 23 ℃, determining that the target temperature is 65 ℃, and the water outlet temperature of the water consumption point is 27 ℃; c. if the sum of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature is calculated to be more than 23 ℃, the target temperature is determined to be 55 ℃, and the water outlet temperature of the water consumption point is 24 ℃.
Wherein, the target temperature can refer to the heating target temperature of the intelligent water heater. This target temperature is used for as heating parameter, and control intelligent water heater carries out the temperature heating, to the concrete implementation form of target temperature, does not specifically restrict this time.
And S103, controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature.
After the target temperature is determined, the target temperature is taken as a heating parameter of the intelligent water heater, and a heating unit of the intelligent water heater is controlled to work to heat the water temperature. Specifically, the heating unit of intelligence water heater includes water temperature sensor, carries out the temperature heating in-process through the heating unit, through water temperature sensor, gathers water temperature to carry out closed-loop control according to water temperature, the heating power of adjustment heating unit, finally confirm one can make water temperature and the unanimous heating power of target temperature, and use this heating power to heat, realize water temperature's control. Optionally, in the process, in order to compensate for heat loss in the water outlet pipe during the hot water output process, the intelligent water heater performs temperature compensation based on the target temperature during the heating process according to the preset temperature compensation parameter, and increases the heating power of the water heater, so that the outlet water temperature of the intelligent water heater is consistent with the target temperature.
In the embodiment, by acquiring environment temperature information and temperature weight information, wherein the environment temperature information comprises indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, and the temperature weight information is used for representing the influence weight of the indoor temperature and/or the outdoor temperature on the user sensible temperature; determining a target temperature according to the environment temperature information and the temperature weight information; and controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature. When the target temperature of the water is determined, the influence of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature of the user is simultaneously referred to, and the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature are weighted and calculated by the matched weights, so that the obtained target temperature is closer to the actual sensible temperature sensed when the user uses the water, the water outlet temperature control accuracy of the intelligent water heater is improved, and the water using comfort level of the user is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an intelligent water heater control method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the step of obtaining temperature weight information is further detailed on the basis of the intelligent water heater control method according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and then the intelligent water heater control method according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step S201, obtaining preset heat exchange information, where the heat exchange information is used to represent an exchange rate of indoor heat and outdoor heat.
Illustratively, the heat exchange information is information determined according to the room tightness and the outdoor environmental characteristics, wherein, when the room tightness is worse, the outdoor air flow speed is higher, the indoor heat exchange rate with the outdoor heat is higher, and thus, the heat exchange information can be determined by the room tightness and the outdoor air flow speed. Further, the heat exchange information may be determined by at least one of the room air-tightness and the outdoor air flow speed, and the specific determination method may be various, and the heat exchange information may be a heat exchange rate value or a coefficient between 0 and 1, which is not described herein in detail.
Optionally, the heat exchange information includes a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, as shown in fig. 5, step S201 includes two specific implementation steps S2011 and S2012:
step S2011, collecting environmental temperature information within a preset time length, and determining a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature according to the environmental temperature information within the preset time length, wherein the temperature change rate is used for representing the variation of the temperature value within the unit time length.
In step S2012, heat exchange information is generated based on the temperature change rate of the indoor temperature.
Illustratively, the ambient temperature information includes an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature, and the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature within a preset time period are collected for analysis, and since the outdoor temperature has a certain correlation with the indoor temperature, that is, the indoor temperature is affected by the outdoor temperature to generate a temperature change, according to a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, an indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate can be determined, which is heat exchange information, further, when the sealing performance of the house is better, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate is lower, the temperature change rate is lower, and conversely, the sealing performance of the house is worse, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange rate is higher, and the temperature change rate is higher. Thus, in one possible implementation, the heat exchange information is information that is used to characterize the hermeticity of a house.
Step S202, according to the heat exchange information, determining a temperature weight coefficient.
Optionally, the heat exchange information includes a temperature change rate of the indoor temperature, as shown in fig. 6, step S202 includes two specific implementation steps S2021 and S2022:
step S2021, inputting the temperature change rate into a preset thermal model, and determining a corresponding temperature influence coefficient, where the temperature influence coefficient represents an influence degree of the outdoor temperature on the user sensible temperature.
Step S2022, determining a temperature weight coefficient according to the temperature influence coefficient.
Specifically, after the temperature change rate is input into the thermal model, the thermal model can output a corresponding temperature influence coefficient according to the input temperature change rate, exemplarily, the temperature influence coefficient represents the influence degree of outdoor temperature and user sensible temperature, when the temperature influence coefficient is large, the corresponding actual condition is poor house tightness, at this moment, the influence degree of outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature is large, otherwise, when the temperature influence coefficient is small, the corresponding actual condition is good house tightness, at this moment, the influence degree of outdoor temperature on the sensible temperature is small. Furthermore, according to the temperature influence coefficient and a preset mapping relationship obtained through testing, a corresponding temperature weight coefficient can be determined, wherein the temperature weight coefficient exemplarily comprises a first weight coefficient corresponding to the indoor temperature and a second weight coefficient corresponding to the outdoor temperature. The larger the temperature influence coefficient is, the larger the second weight coefficient is; the smaller the temperature influence coefficient, the larger the first weight coefficient.
In this embodiment, through gathering indoor outer temperature data, confirm the temperature change rate to according to temperature change rate and predetermined heat model, confirm temperature influence coefficient, thereby confirm outdoor temperature and feel the influence degree of temperature to the user body, realized feeling the more accurate evaluation result of temperature to the user body, and then can improve leaving water temperature's control accuracy, improve user's water comfort level.
Step S203, carrying out weighting calculation on the indoor temperature according to the first weight coefficient to obtain the indoor weighted temperature; and according to the second weight coefficient, performing weighted calculation on the outdoor temperature to obtain the outdoor weighted temperature.
And step S204, determining a target temperature according to the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature.
Specifically, after a first weight coefficient and a second weight coefficient are determined, weighting calculation is performed on the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature by using the first weight coefficient and the second weight coefficient respectively, quantitative representations of influences of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature on the user sensible temperature are obtained, namely the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature, and then the target temperature obtained through calculation of the indoor weighted temperature and the outdoor weighted temperature can be closer to the real sensible temperature of the user when the user uses water, so that the water using comfort level of the user is improved.
And S205, controlling the intelligent water heater to heat the water temperature according to the target temperature.
The implementation manner of step S205 is the same as the implementation manner of step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described here again.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, before step S203, the method further includes:
step S200A, sending configuration request information to a cloud server, wherein the configuration request information is used for acquiring outdoor temperature and/or temperature weight information;
step S200B, receiving the outdoor temperature and/or the temperature weight information sent by the cloud server.
In one possible implementation, the configuration request information includes location information of the intelligent water heater. The cloud server determines outdoor temperature information corresponding to the position information after receiving the position information of the intelligent water heater, and sends the temperature information to the intelligent water heater.
