Abstract
本发明涉及染发剂制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂及其制备方法与使用方法。本发明所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,包括A剂、B剂和C剂;所述A剂包括:1~20份软化剂、0.1~2份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水;B剂包括:1~10份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂、0.01~1份的保湿剂和10~50份水;C剂包括:1~10份媒染剂、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水。本发明提供了一种安全、高效、天然的染发剂,降低了染发剂中对苯二胺含量,发挥了牛肝菌黑色素抗氧化、抗辐射、光保护性和安全性,头发可保持自然、亮泽的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及染发剂制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂及其制备方法与使用方法。
背景技术
近年来,人们对染发剂的需要量不断增加,使全球染发剂的市场发展迅猛,对现代居民染发情况进行调查,发现其中有90%以上的人都染过头发,且半数左右的人在30岁以前就已开始染发。目前国际染发市场占主流地位的仍是化学合成染料为主要成分的永久性的氧化型染发剂。有研究表明化学类染发剂中含有致癌和强致敏性化学染色成分(如苯二胺等),故而近年来对天然色素来源染发剂的开发和利用掀起热潮。
头发主要是由蛋白质聚合而成,其中50%的蛋白质呈螺旋状结构,在α- 螺旋结构内,分子中的亲水基团大部分分布在螺旋周围,可以形成氢键、二硫键、盐键等。头发处于高温状态下会造成头发表面毛鳞片翘起,同时会导致头发内部结构被破坏,头发在一些化学物质的作用下,可打开头发的毛鳞片,比如可采用一些氨基酸与头发作用可打开头发的二硫键。市面上的染发剂一般为化学合成,这些小分子物质容易穿过皮肤屏障,引发过敏甚至致癌等一系列问题。
因此,如何提供一种天然、无毒害、染发效果好的染发剂来代替化学合成染发剂,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有染发剂中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种黑色素染发剂及其制备方法,该染发剂天然安全,价格低廉,同时染发效果能够更加持久。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,包括A剂、B剂和C剂;
所述A剂包括:1~20份软化剂、0.1~2份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水;
B剂包括:1~10份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2 份增稠剂、0.01~1份的保湿剂和10~50份水;
C剂包括:1~10份媒染剂、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和 10~50份水。
优选的,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为1~5:1~10:2~6。
优选的,所述增稠剂为羧甲基甲壳素、甲壳素、大豆蛋白胶、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、透明质酸、葡聚糖、淀粉、明胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、赖氨酸、精氨酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、山梨酸和苹果酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述软化剂为谷胱甘肽、甲硫氨酸、胱氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、聚乙醇和山梨醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述媒染剂为MgSO4、MgCl2、FeCl3、FeCl2、ZnSO4和AlCl3中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为15~30:0.3~1.5。
本发明还提供了所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)A剂:将软化剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合;
(2)B剂:将牛肝菌黑色素、pH调节剂、增稠剂、保湿剂和水混合;
(3)C剂:将媒染剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合。
本发明还进一步的提供了所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法制备得到的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,20~40℃染发10~40min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发20~50min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发2~10min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明提供了一种安全、高效、天然的染发剂,降低了染发剂中的对苯二胺含量,发挥了牛肝菌黑色素抗氧化、抗辐射、光保护性和安全性,头发可保持自然、亮泽的效果。
2、本发明具体是采用先染后媒法,将牛肝菌黑色素以水、增稠剂、毛鳞片展开剂和pH调节剂为助剂,制备一种黑色素染发剂。
3、本发明黑色素染发剂组成成分简单,制备方法容易,原料天然、安全、无毒无害且价格低廉,能最终将头发染成红黑色。同时染发效果能够更加持久。是以牛肝菌菌丝培养自然产生黑色素作为染发剂的原材料,制作新型的三剂型染发剂。黑色素在一定条件下能与金属离子络合成为大分子化合物,但黑色素分子直径较大,不利于向头发内渗透。因此,本发明先用A剂作为头发预处理剂,利用软化剂打开头发中的二硫键,有利于后面的金属离子和着色剂进入头发。B剂中的黑色素进入头发。C剂金属离子进入头发,与头发中的氨基酸络合,黑色素与金属离子络合构成大分子黑色素,头发毛鳞片闭合,色素被锁闭在发杆内部。

所述A剂包括:1~20份软化剂、0.1~2份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水;优选为8~12份软化剂、1~1.6份pH调节剂、1~1.6 份增稠剂和22~28份水;进一步优选为9~11份软化剂、1.2~1.4份pH调节剂、1.2~1.4份增稠剂和24~26份水;更优选为10份软化剂、1.3份pH 调节剂、1.3份增稠剂和25份水。
B剂包括:1~10份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2 份增稠剂、0.01~1份的保湿剂和10~50份水;优选为2~8份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、1~4份pH调节剂、1~1.6份增稠剂、0.2~0.8份的保湿剂和22~ 28份水;进一步优选为3~7份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、2~3份pH调节剂、1.2~ 1.4份增稠剂、0.4~0.6份的保湿剂和24~26份水;更优选为5份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、2.5份pH调节剂、1.3份增稠剂、0.5份的保湿剂和25份水。
C剂包括:1~10份媒染剂、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和 10~50份水;优选为2~8份媒染剂、1~4份pH调节剂、1~1.6份增稠剂和22~28份水;进一步优选为3~7份媒染剂、2~3份pH调节剂、1.2~1.4 份增稠剂和24~26份水;更优选为5份媒染剂、2.5份pH调节剂、1.3份增稠剂和25份水。
在本发明中,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为1~5:1~10: 2~6;优选为2~4:2~8:3~5;进一步优选为3:4~6:4;更优选为3: 5:4。
在本发明中,所述增稠剂为羧甲基甲壳素、甲壳素、大豆蛋白胶、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、透明质酸、葡聚糖、淀粉、明胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种;优选为淀粉、明胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种;进一步优选为瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种;更优选为黄原胶。
在本发明中,所述pH调节剂为碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、赖氨酸、精氨酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、山梨酸和苹果酸中的一种或多种;优选为赖氨酸、精氨酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、山梨酸和苹果酸中的一种或多种;进一步优选为盐酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、山梨酸和苹果酸中的一种或多种;更优选为山梨酸。
在本发明中,所述软化剂为谷胱甘肽、甲硫氨酸、胱氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种;优选为胱氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种;进一步优选为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种;更优选为碳酸钠。
在本发明中,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、聚乙醇和山梨醇中的一种或多种;优选为丙二醇、聚乙醇和山梨醇中的一种或多种;进一步优选为丙二醇或聚乙醇;更优选为丙二醇。
在本发明中,所述媒染剂为MgSO4、MgCl2、FeCl3、FeCl2、ZnSO4和 AlCl3中的一种或多种;优选为MgCl2、FeCl3、FeCl2、ZnSO4和AlCl3中的一种或多种;进一步优选为FeCl2、ZnSO4和AlCl3中的一种或多种;更优选为ZnSO4。
在本发明中,所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为15~30:0.3~1.5;优选为20~25:0.5~1.3;进一步优选为21~24:0.7~1.1;更优选为23:1。
本发明还提供了所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)A剂:将软化剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合;
(2)B剂:将牛肝菌黑色素、pH调节剂、增稠剂、保湿剂和水混合;
(3)C剂:将媒染剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合。
本发明还进一步的提供了所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法制备得到的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,20~40℃染发10~40min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发20~50min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发2~10min。
在本发明中,步骤(1)所述染发的温度优选为24~36℃;进一步优选为28~32℃;更优选为30℃;
在本发明中,步骤(1)所述染发的时间优选为20~30min;进一步优选为25min。
在本发明中,步骤(2)所述染发的温度优选为30~45℃;进一步优选为35~45℃;更优选为40℃;
在本发明中,步骤(2)所述染发的时间优选为4~8min;进一步优选为6min。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种牛肝菌黑色素的制备方法:
牛肝菌菌丝培养:用液体发酵的方法培养牛肝菌菌丝体。所用培养基为 PDA、培养条件接种量5%、28℃、280rpm、培养20d。之后收集菌丝菌液,菌液旋转蒸发后和菌丝一起冷冻干燥,干燥完获得牛肝菌菌粉。(工作温度 -85℃,真空度2×10-3mbar,冷冻干燥3d)。
制备牛肝菌黑色素提取物:运用超声辅助-碱溶酸沉法,称取牛肝菌粉末,以料液比1:30加入1mol/LNaOH溶液,混匀,置于超声细胞破碎仪中破碎20min,于60℃水浴40min。在10000r/min下离心10min,收集上清液,调上清液pH至1.5,80℃水浴12h,自然冷却,10000r/min下离心10min,用去离子水将沉淀洗至上清无色,真空冷冻干燥获得牛肝菌黑色素粗提物,于-20℃密封保存,备用。
实施例2
一种牛肝菌黑色素的制备方法:
牛肝菌菌丝培养:用液体发酵的方法培养牛肝菌菌丝体。所用培养基为PDA、培养条件接种量6%、29℃、290rpm/min、培养22d。之后收集菌丝菌液,菌液旋转蒸发后和菌丝一起冷冻干燥,干燥完获得牛肝菌菌粉。(工作温度-88℃,真空度1.8×10-3mbar,冷冻干燥2d)。
制备牛肝菌黑色素提取物:运用超声辅助-碱溶酸沉法,称取牛肝菌粉末,以料液比1:32加入1mol/LNaOH溶液,混匀,置于超声细胞破碎仪中破碎25min,于65℃水浴45min。在11000r/min下离心8min,收集上清液,调上清液pH至2.0,80℃水浴14h,自然冷却,11000r/min下离心8min,用去离子水将沉淀洗至上清无色,真空冷冻干燥获得牛肝菌黑色素粗提物,于 -22℃密封保存,备用。
实施例3
一种牛肝菌黑色素的制备方法:
牛肝菌菌丝培养:用液体发酵的方法培养牛肝菌菌丝体。所用培养基为 PDA、培养条件接种量4%、26℃、260rpm/min、培养15d。之后收集菌丝菌液,菌液旋转蒸发后和菌丝一起冷冻干燥,干燥完获得牛肝菌菌粉。(工作温度-85℃,真空度2×10-3mbar,冷冻干燥4d)。
制备牛肝菌黑色素提取物可运用超声辅助-碱溶酸沉法,称取牛肝菌粉末,以料液比1:30加入1mol/LNaOH溶液,混匀,置于超声细胞破碎仪中破碎20min,于60℃水浴40min。在10000r/min下离心10min,收集上清液,调上清液pH至1.8,75℃水浴10h,自然冷却,9000r/min下离心12min,用去离子水将沉淀洗至上清无色,真空冷冻干燥获得牛肝菌黑色素粗提物,于 -20℃密封保存,备用。
实施例4
一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A剂:将1份软化剂、0.1份pH调节剂、0.1份增稠剂和10份水混合,pH为9.0;

所述增稠剂为羧甲基甲壳素;所述pH调节剂为碳酸氢钠;所述软化剂为谷胱甘肽;所述保湿剂为甘油;所述媒染剂为MgSO4;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,步骤如下:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,20℃染发10min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25℃染发20min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25℃染发 2min;
其中,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为1:1:2;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为15:0.3。
实施例5
一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A剂:将20份软化剂、2份pH调节剂、2份增稠剂和50份水混合,pH为10.0;
(2)B剂:将10份实施例2得到的牛肝菌黑色素、5份pH调节剂、2 份增稠剂、1份的保湿剂和50份水混合,pH为10.0;
(3)C剂:将10份媒染剂、5份pH调节剂、2份增稠剂和50份水混合,pH为5.0;
所述增稠剂等质量的大豆蛋白胶、羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖;所述pH调节剂为磷酸氢二钠;所述软化剂为等质量的胱氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和乙醇胺;所述保湿剂为等质量的丙二醇、聚乙醇;所述媒染剂为等质量的FeCl3、FeCl2和ZnSO4;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,步骤如下:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,40℃染发40min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,50℃染发50min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,50℃染发 10min;
其中,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为5:10:6;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为30:1.5。
实施例6
一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A剂:将10份软化剂、1.3份pH调节剂、1.3份增稠剂和25份水混合,pH为9.5;
(2)B剂:将5份实施例3得到的牛肝菌黑色素、2.5份pH调节剂、 1.3份增稠剂、0.5份的保湿剂和25份水混合,pH为9.5;
(3)C剂:将5份媒染剂、2.5份pH调节剂、1.3份增稠剂和25份水混合,pH为4;
所述增稠剂黄原胶;所述pH调节剂为山梨酸;所述软化剂为碳酸氢钠;所述保湿剂为丙二醇;所述媒染剂为ZnSO4;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,步骤如下:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,30℃染发25min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,30℃染发25min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,40℃染发 6min;
其中,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为3:5:4;
所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为23:1。
实验例1染发剂稳定性检测
采用色差仪测定实施例6方法染色前后毛发颜色的L、a、b特征值,根据所测得的数值计算得到色差值。根据L、a、b值计算综合色差值ΔE。ΔE越大,染色前后色彩变化越大。共设3个重复,取其平均值。结果如图1~图5所示。
结果可以看出,本发明所述染发剂最终能将头发染成红黑色,耐洗色牢度高,不易掉色。而且本发明黑色素染发剂中黑色素来自于食用菌菌丝发酵,纯天然更安全,并且黑色素大分子具有抗氧化、抗紫外线以及导热等优异的性能,对头皮和头发能够起到保护作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,包括A剂、B剂和C剂;
所述A剂包括:1~20份软化剂、0.1~2份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水;
B剂包括:1~10份纯化牛肝菌黑色素、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂、0.01~1份的保湿剂和10~50份水;
C剂包括:1~10份媒染剂、0.1~5份pH调节剂、0.1~2份增稠剂和10~50份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述A剂:B剂:C剂使用时的质量比为1~5:1~10:2~6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基甲壳素、甲壳素、大豆蛋白胶、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、透明质酸、葡聚糖、淀粉、明胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、赖氨酸、精氨酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、山梨酸和苹果酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述软化剂为谷胱甘肽、甲硫氨酸、胱氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、聚乙醇和山梨醇中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述媒染剂为MgSO4、MgCl2、FeCl3、FeCl2、ZnSO4和AlCl3中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂,其特征在于,所述牛肝菌黑色素染发剂与头发的质量比为15~30:0.3~1.5。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)A剂:将软化剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合;
(2)B剂:将牛肝菌黑色素、pH调节剂、增稠剂、保湿剂和水混合;
(3)C剂:将媒染剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂和水混合。
10.权利要求1~8任一项所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂、权利要求9所述的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的制备方法制备得到的牛肝菌黑色素染发剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将1/2总质量的A剂涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜封好,20~40℃染发10~40min;
(2)将剩余的A剂和B剂混合,再涂抹在步骤(1)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发20~50min;
(3)将C剂涂抹在步骤(2)得到的头发上,用保鲜膜封好,25~50℃染发2~10min。
