Abstract

一种多体船推进装置,各个船舶片体分别安装推进器,外侧的船舶片体的外舷处安装外舷导管3,外侧船舶片体的内侧以及其它船舶片体的两侧分别安装内舷导管,且内舷导管对水流的导流方向指向相邻船舶片体的底部下方,将推进器产生的水流导向相邻船舶片体的底部下方,从而避免水流撞击船舶片体而产生与船舶转向相反的作用力,由此保证推进器的工作效率,使船舶转向更加稳定、准确;另外,外舷导管和内舷导管的出口处分别安装有格栅,以防止水中的杂物进入导管和推进器而影响船舶航行。

一种多体船推进装置
技术领域
本发明涉及船舶***,特别是涉及一种推动多体船航行的装置。
背景技术
导管推进器是一种由螺旋桨式叶轮和水流导管共同组成的推进器。导管推进器一般安装于船舶侧面作为侧向推进器,其导管水平布置,导管中心线与船舶基线垂直,工作时通过改变叶轮的旋转方向或改变螺旋桨螺距以改变推力方向,从而推动船舶转向。该种推进器在单体船上能够稳定地提供作用,但对于多体船而言,当水流向两船舶片体之间的内侧流动时,船舶将会得到一个向外舷侧的推力以驱动船舶转向,但水流同时又会撞击在另一个片体上,并在该片体上产生一个与船舶转向相反的作用力,使得船舶两个片体同时受到两个方向相反的推力,从而导致船舶的转向力减小,由此降低了侧向推进器的推进效率,影响其在多体船上的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多体船推进装置,以使导管推进器适用于多体船船舶***。
本发明所述的多体船推进装置,包括若干个并列设置的船舶片体,各船舶片体的底部分别安装有推进器,两侧的船舶片体的底部外侧安装有外舷导管,两侧的船舶片体的底部内侧和其它船舶片体的底部两侧分别安装有内舷导管,外舷导管和内舷导管均与推进器连通,且内舷导管对水流的导流方向指向相邻船舶片体的底部下方。
本发明所述的多体船推进装置,多个船舶片体组成多体船的主体,各船舶片体上均安装有推进器,两侧的船舶片体外侧安装外舷导管,其它船舶片体的船舷侧安装内舷导管,如在双体船上,两船舶片体外侧、内侧分别安装外舷导管、内舷导管;若在三体船上,则两侧的船舶片体的外侧安装外舷导管,两侧的船舶片体的内侧以及中间的船舶片体的两侧安装内舷导管;所述的内舷导管在工作时将推进器产生的水流导向相邻船舶片体的底部下方,从而避免水流撞击船舶片体而产生与船舶转向相反的作用力,由此保证推进器的工作效率,使船舶转向更加稳定、准确。

具体实施方式
实施例一,如图1、2所示,船舶为双体船,CL为双体船的中心线,BL为船舶基线。
一种多体船推进装置,包括两个并列设置的船舶片体1,两船舶片体的底部分别安装有推进器2,两船舶片体的底部外侧安装有外舷导管3,两船舶片体的底部内侧安装有内舷导管4,外舷导管和内舷导管均与推进器连通,且各内舷导管对水流的导流方向指向相邻船舶片体的底部下方。
所述的多体船推进装置,外舷导管3和内舷导管4同轴且倾斜设置,且设内舷导管的导管中心线与船舶基线的夹角为α,内舷导管的直径为d,推进器2相对于船舶片体1底端的安装高度为h,两船舶片体中心线的距离为L,那么它们满足下列关系:

所述的多体船推进装置,外舷导管3和内舷导管4的出口处分别安装有格栅5。
所述的多体船推进装置,双体船的外侧、内侧分别安装外舷导管、内舷导管,且内舷导管通过其直径、角度的设置与推进器高度、船体中心线距离相互配合,使其可以将推进器产生的水流导向相邻船舶片体的底部下方,从而避免水流撞击船舶片体而产生与船舶转向相反的作用力,由此保证推进器的工作效率,使船舶转向更加稳定、准确;另外,外舷导管和内舷导管的出口处分别安装有格栅,以防止水中的杂物进入导管和推进器而影响船舶航行。

一种多体船推进装置,外舷导管3水平设置,内舷导管4包括水平设置并与推进器2连接的水平段41和倾斜设置并连通至船舷的倾斜段42,且设内舷导管的导管中心线与船舶基线的夹角为α,水平段末端与船舶片体中心线的距离为b,推进器相对于船舶片体1底端的安装高度为h,两船舶片体中心线的距离为L,那么它们满足下列关系:

所述的多体船推进装置,通过不同外舷导管和内舷导管的设置,可以满足不同船舶的航行要求,提高多体船推进装置的适用范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种多体船推进装置,包括若干个并列设置的船舶片体(1),各船舶片体的底部分别安装有推进器(2),其特征在于:两侧的船舶片体的底部外侧安装有外舷导管(3),两侧的船舶片体的底部内侧和其它船舶片体的底部两侧分别安装有内舷导管(4),外舷导管和内舷导管均与推进器连通,且内舷导管对水流的导流方向指向相邻船舶片体的底部下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多体船推进装置,其特征在于:船舶为双体船,两船舶片体(1)的底部外侧安装有外舷导管(3),两船舶片体的底部内侧安装有内舷导管(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多体船推进装置,其特征在于:内舷导管(4)倾斜设置,且设内舷导管的导管中心线与船舶基线的夹角为α,内舷导管的直径为d,推进器(2)相对于船舶片体(1)底端的安装高度为h,两船舶片体中心线的距离为L,那么它们满足下列关系:
