Abstract
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊及成型工艺,与现有技术相比,该异型二维高温离型柔性气囊由三层结构组成,外层为:改性含氟PMP树脂;中间层:为粘合树脂;内层为:PA6/PA66共聚改性树脂和铜盐离子聚合改性耐温母粒的混合体;利用多层共挤技术吹塑成膜筒形式,通过定制模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,压合和热封后进行出合模线,并利用模具上切刀实现撕边,将多余袋膜部分撕除,最终形成完整的异型膜,具有离型性能好、耐高温、拉伸强度等和使用方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊及成型工艺。
背景技术
现有的用于复合材料的成型工艺中使用的是无离型脱模作用的普通气囊,采用的是超声波人工焊接方式,所需人工多,操作麻烦,成本高。且产品材质单一,无离型性,不具备自动脱模功能。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中离型膜所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊及成型工艺。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊由三层结构组成,外层为:改性含氟PMP树脂;中间层:为粘合树脂;内层为:PA6/PA66共聚改性树脂和铜盐离子聚合改性耐温母粒的混合体。
一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊的成型工艺,其工艺方法如下:
(1)、利用多层共挤技术吹塑成膜筒形式;
(2)、通过定制模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,所述的定制模具由铝材组成,通过数控加工定制成带有斜口切刀的不同二维造型模具;
(3)、通过自动热封机设备卷轴使膜筒自动移动至模具台处,通过调整模具台水平平衡度后,通过下压模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,热封温度在130℃-160℃之间;
(4)、压合和热封后进行出合模线,并利用模具上斜口切刀实现撕边,将多余袋膜部分撕除,最终形成完整的异型膜。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊为二维结构,可以在充压后形成各种异型形状,在模压吹气成型工艺中,先在模具中铺放预浸料,然后放置本柔性气囊,在上层再铺贴预浸料,形成完整腔体后合模放入模压机中,通过在内部气囊加压延展,外部模具挤压共同定型,在高温温度下复材制件固化成型。
具体实施方式:
本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊由三层结构组成,外层为:改性含氟PMP树脂。中间层:为粘合树脂,中间层为粘合层,将外层和内层粘合在一起。内层为:PA6/PA66共聚改性树脂和铜盐离子聚合改性耐温母粒的混合体。因此,本气囊的实质组成为内层和外层,中间层是嵌入内层和外层内的,以到粘合作用。
本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊的成型工艺,其工艺方法如下:
(1)、利用多层共挤技术吹塑成膜筒形式;
(2)、通过定制模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,所述的定制模具由铝材组成,通过数控加工定制成带有斜口切刀的不同二维造型模具;
(3)、通过自动热封机设备卷轴使膜筒自动移动至模具台处,通过调整模具台水平平衡度后,通过下压模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,热封温度在130℃-160℃之间;
(4)、压合和热封后进行出合模线,并利用模具上斜口切刀实现撕边,将多余袋膜部分撕除,最终形成完整的异型膜
通过上述材料及工艺成型出来的柔性气囊将极大的增加了各项性能,本二维高温离型柔性气囊的性能如下表:
从上表可以看出,本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊具有离型性能好、耐高温、拉伸强度等和使用方便等优点。
而且本发明的一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊为二维结构,可以在充压后形成各种异型形状,在模压吹气成型工艺中,先在模具中铺放预浸料,然后放置本柔性气囊,在上层再铺贴预浸料,形成完整腔体后合模放入模压机中,通过在内部气囊加压延展,外部模具挤压共同定型,在高温温度下复材制件固化成型。

1.一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊,其特征在于:由三层结构组成,外层为:改性含氟PMP树脂;中间层:为粘合树脂;内层为:PA6/PA66共聚改性树脂和铜盐离子聚合改性耐温母粒的混合体。
2.一种异型二维高温离型柔性气囊的成型工艺,其工艺方法如下:
(1)、利用多层共挤技术吹塑成膜筒形式;
(2)、通过定制模具对膜筒进行压合和热封,压合和热封要同步进行,所述的定制模具由铝材组成,通过数控加工定制成带有斜口切刀的不同二维造型模具;
