本发明公开了IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺,包括:1)将装饰面板的图文和线路印刷在PET上,2)印刷完成品先进行成型,成型完成后将线路膜片1放入在注塑模具中进行产品注塑,3)注塑完成后的注塑件进行外观检验,合格品再进行注塑模合模处出线口的封胶,4)待胶水固话完全后进行功能测试,测试合格后进行包装出货,所述胶水绝缘阻抗为1010Ω,伸强度为3.0N/mm2~4.0N/mm2,粘度为80~100Pa·s/23℃;提高了IMC工艺的稳定性和产品的优良率,由于IMC工艺节省了PET和光学胶,进而降低了整个产品的成本,客户端由于线路密封在塑料件中,防水防尘等级高,客户的整机取消了超声波工艺,减少了工序和噪声污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护工艺,特别涉及IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺。
背景技术
在IME是将膜片,线路,电子元器件,LED灯集成化注塑在一起,将传统的IMD膜内装饰件与功能整合成一个产品,整个工艺对于线路的保护尤其重要,如果线路出线损伤会直接导致功能不良。
在整个生产过程中,最易出线问题的就是线路出线的位置,如果防护设计不佳,稍微用点外力拉扯会使膜片与塑料件剥离,导致银浆线拉断。
发明内容
本发明提供IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺用来克服现有技术中IME在制作过程中膜片与塑料件易剥离,导致银浆线拉断的缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明公开了IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺,包括:
1)将装饰面板的图文和线路印刷在PET上;
2)印刷完成品先进行成型,成型完成后将线路膜片1放入在注塑模具中进行产品注塑;
3)注塑完成后的注塑件进行外观检验,合格品再进行注塑模合模处出线口的封胶;
4)待胶水固话完全后进行功能测试,测试合格后进行包装出货。
进一步的,PET印刷好的线路膜片成型过程中将引出线做U型口处理。
进一步的,U型口的顶部位置要高于注塑件的边缘,高度≥0.5mm;模具U型口开口的宽度单边>引出线1mm;线路膜片与注塑件接触处的线路材料倒角≥1mm,注塑完成后产品线路的U型口边缘不会与注塑件边缘地方重合,不产生小缺口。
进一步的,所述胶水的绝缘阻抗为1010Ω,拉伸强度为3.0N/mm2~4.0N/mm2,粘度为80~100Pa·s/23℃。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:提高了IMC工艺的稳定性和产品的优良率,由于IMC工艺节省了PET和光学胶,进而降低了整个产品的成本,客户端由于线路密封在塑料件中,防水防尘等级高,客户的整机取消了超声波工艺,减少了工序和噪声污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示,IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺,包括:
1、将装饰面板的图文和线路印刷在PET上;
2、印刷完成品先进行成型,成型完成后将线路膜片1放入在注塑模具中进行产品注塑;
3、注塑完成后的注塑件2进行外观检验,合格品再进行出线口4的封胶;
4、待胶水固话完全后进行功能测试,测试合格后进行包装出货。
PET印刷好的线路膜片1成型过程中,由于出线口特殊的印刷工艺,印刷的粘合剂无法使PET与塑料粒子结合起来,导致此处后期成品容易使片材与注塑件2剥离,所以成型时候将引出线做U型口3处理,U型口3的顶部位置要高于注塑件2的边缘。高度≥0.5mm,且模具U型口3开口的宽度单边要>引出线至少1mm,线路膜片1与注塑件2接触的地方线路材料倒角≥1mm,注塑完成后产品线路的U型口3边缘不会与注塑件2边缘地方重合,不容易产生小缺口。因为PET如果产生了缺口,受到外力容易撕裂PET,银浆距离PET的边缘很近,一旦PET撕裂也就导致了银浆线的断裂,造成产品报废。
出线口4是注塑模合模的地方,在后期组装过程中最容易导致此处银浆线损伤。所以在确认产品外观无瑕疵后,必须使用胶水进行封胶,由于产品出线端需要弯折,同时产品带有触摸功能,选用的胶水绝缘阻抗需要达到1010Ω,以防止触摸不良。其次,由于尾巴需要弯折与PCB电脑版连接,所以胶的拉升率和也有要求,拉伸强度选择在3.0N/mm2~4.0N/mm2。由于是粘合在产品表面,胶的粘度需要控制80~100Pa·s/23℃,此粘度范围点胶容易成型,不会随着固化的过程发生形变。在弯折的过程中也可有效的保证PET不会脱离塑料件。

Claims (1)

1.IME工艺中线路出线位置的防护工艺,其特征在于,包括:
1)将装饰面板的图文和线路印刷在PET上;
2)印刷完成品先进行成型,成型完成后将线路膜片放入在注塑模具中进行产品注塑;
3)注塑完成后的注塑件进行外观检验,合格品再进行注塑模合模处出线口的封胶;
4)待胶水固化完全后进行功能测试,测试合格后进行包装出货;
所述胶水的绝缘阻抗为1010Ω,拉伸强度为3.0N/mm2~4.0N/mm2,粘度为80~100Pa‧s/23℃;
PET印刷好的所述线路膜片在成型过程中将引出线做U型口处理;
所述U型口的顶部位置高于注塑件的边缘,高度≥0.5mm;
所述U型口开口的宽度单边>引出线1mm;
所述线路膜片与注塑件接触处的线路材料倒角≥1mm,注塑完成后产品线路的U型口边缘不会与注塑件边缘地方重合,不产生小缺口。
