as can be seen from the minimum inhibitory concentration results in table 1, the composition for rapidly removing acne, killing bacteria and removing mites in example 3 has a good inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus, propionibacterium acnes, candida albicans, proteus vulgaris, escherichia coli, lactobacillus bulgaricus, saccharomyces cerevisiae, aspergillus niger and aspergillus flavus, and particularly has a minimum inhibitory concentration of 10ug/ml and 20ug/ml on staphylococcus aureus, propionibacterium acnes and candida albicans, so that the composition has a significant effect on acne caused by propionibacterium acnes, and can inhibit the propagation of bacteria and fungi, thereby rapidly removing acne and recovering skin.
Test example 1
According to the technical Specification for safety of cosmetics, adverse reactions of skin are graded, and 50 healthy volunteers are selected by a patch test method, wherein the healthy volunteers are 18-24 years old and have no allergic history. Cleaning the inner side of the forearm of the subject, taking 0.04mL of sample, adding the sample on the filter paper attached to the spot tester, and sticking the spot tester on the inner side of the forearm of the subject by using a non-irritating adhesive tape for 48 hours for observation. The probability of adverse reactions and the grade of adverse reactions of the patch added with the compositions of examples 1-5 are both low, and the patch conforms to the relevant technical standards for cosmetic safety.
Test example 2
Test methods, two patients with severe acne and pox on the face and chin, the patients with severe acne and acne on the chin were applied with the essence containing the composition of example 3 at a concentration of 1% 2 times a day, the patients with severe acne and acne on the face were applied with the essence containing the composition of example 3 at a concentration of 3% 2 times a day, and after 10 days, the changes in the face were as shown in fig. 1 and 2.

Example 3

The test method comprises the following steps: two facial acne patients are applied with facial masks prepared according to the formula of the facial mask liquid in the table 2, wherein the facial mask composition of a male patient in the two patients is the rapid acne removing, sterilizing and mite removing composition in the example 1, the facial mask composition of a female patient in the example 4 is applied with the facial mask once a day for 30-50min each time, and after 10 days, the change of the face is shown in the figures 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 shows that, initially, the face of a male patient turns yellow and the whole face has acne, wherein the face is severe, after 10 days, the quick acne removing, sterilizing and mite removing composition in the example 1 is used as one component of a facial mask to carry out facial mask application, the face becomes smooth and white, all acne on the face disappears, and a good facial repair effect is achieved. Similarly, as can be seen from fig. 4, the acne on the face of the female patient is distributed in the form of red spots, and after the facial mask containing the composition for rapidly removing acne, sterilizing and removing mites of example 4 is applied on the face, the acne on the face is small and smooth, and the hair follicles on the face are completely restored.
Therefore, the composition for rapidly removing acnes, sterilizing and removing mites adopts purely natural plants of common andrographis herb, lightyellow sophora root and eucalyptus globulus; the clove and the thyme extract are easy to obtain raw materials and low in cost; the composition has extremely strong expelling and killing effects on propionibacterium acnes, demodex folliculorum and demodex sebaceus which cause acne, has killing effects on other bacteria and fungi, and achieves the effects of quickly removing acnes, killing bacteria, removing mites, relieving itching and relieving skin.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The composition capable of quickly removing acnes, sterilizing and removing mites is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of common andrographis herb extract, 1-20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract and 1-15 parts of eucalyptus globulus extract; 1-20 parts of clove extract, 1-15 parts of thyme extract and 10-25 parts of solvent.

The composition for rapidly removing acnes, sterilizing and killing mites according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of common andrographis herb extract, 5-15 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract and 5-10 parts of eucalyptus globulus extract; 5-15 parts of clove extract, 5-10 parts of thyme extract and 15-20 parts of solvent.

The composition for rapidly removing acnes, sterilizing and removing mites as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of common andrographis herb extract, 10 parts of sophora flavescens extract and 7 parts of eucalyptus globulus extract; 10 parts of clove extract, 8 parts of thyme extract and 17 parts of solvent.
4. The composition for rapidly removing acne, sterilizing and removing acarid according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a mixture of alcohol and water, and the volume ratio of the alcohol to the water in the solvent is 0.2-2.
5. The composition for rapidly removing acnes, sterilizing and killing mites as claimed in claim 4, wherein said alcohol is one or a combination of more than two of propylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol and butylene glycol.

s1, adding alcohol into water, and stirring at room temperature to uniformly mix the water and the alcohol to obtain a solvent;
s2, weighing the common andrographis herb extract, the sophora flavescens extract, the eucalyptus globulus extract, the clove flower extract and the thyme extract, adding the common andrographis herb extract, the sophora flavescens extract, the eucalyptus globulus extract, the clove flower extract and the thyme extract into the solvent obtained in the step S1, and stirring at a high speed for 10-30min to fully dissolve the mixture to obtain a sample solution;
s3, carrying out high-pressure micro-jet treatment on the sample liquid obtained in the step S2, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the treated solution to obtain the composition for quickly removing acnes, sterilizing and removing mites.
