Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to an adhesive for a medical TPE material, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The most common of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomers (hereinafter referred to as TPE) is thermoplastic materials mainly comprising polypropylene (hereinafter referred to as PP) and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer (hereinafter referred to as SEBS), which are nontoxic, odorless, safe, sanitary, and free from any influence on medicines, and have wide application in large infusion bags and infusion sets, but PP and SEBS in TPE are nonpolar materials and cannot be bonded by ultraviolet glue. At present, hot plate heat sealing is mostly adopted, the surface of the accessory is required to be regular, and for some accessories with complex structures, the conditions of heat penetration and heat sealing incompleteness are easy to occur, so that liquid leakage is caused, strict process control is required, and the production efficiency is required to be improved.
Content of the application
The invention aims to provide an adhesive for medical TPE materials, a preparation method and application thereof, and provides an adhesive which is safe and effective and has good bonding performance after aging.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the invention provides an adhesive for medical TPE materials, which comprises the following components: cyclohexanone, K resin, SEBS. Wherein the K Resin, also called styrene-butadiene transparent impact Resin, K-Resin is polymerized by styrene and butadiene. The material is transparent and is applied in the medical field for many years. The molecular weight of the K resin contains a styrene structure and also contains an olefin structure, so that PP and SEBS materials can be compatibilized, and a proper amount of K resin is added into the adhesive, so that the adhesive force between TPE materials can be increased.
Further, acetone or butanone is also included.
More specifically, the components are counted as follows in parts by weight: 400-600 parts of cyclohexanone, 5-30 parts of K resin, 3-20 parts of SEBS and 0-200 parts of acetone or butanone.
The invention also provides the adhesive for the medical TPE material, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Placing cyclohexanone into a stirring device, starting a stirring function, adding K resin, and continuously stirring until the K resin is completely dissolved;
(2) Adding SEBS into the stirring device in the step (1) and stirring until the SEBS is completely dissolved;
(3) Adding acetone or butanone into the stirring device in the step (2), and stirring for 4-8 hours under a closed condition for later use.
The invention also provides the application of the adhesive for the medical TPE material to the adhesion of the medical TPE material.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages and beneficial effects: the adhesive for the medical TPE material has good biocompatibility, meets the relevant national standard, has good adhesive property and good adhesive property after aging, and therefore provides a new thought for the adhesion of the medical TPE material.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an adhesive for a medical TPE material, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Placing 500 parts of cyclohexanone in a stirring device, starting a stirring function, adding 5 parts of K resin (K resin adopts BK10 brand of Korea Yingli benzene collar, the same applies below), and continuously stirring until the K resin is completely dissolved;
(2) Adding 3 parts of SEBS (the SEBS adopts the G1641 brand of Kraton, the same applies below) into the stirring device in the step (1) and stirring until the SEBS is completely dissolved;
(3) Adding 100 parts of acetone into the stirring device in the step (2), and stirring for 4-8 hours under a closed condition for later use.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an adhesive for a medical TPE material, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) 400 parts of cyclohexanone is placed in a stirring device, 30 parts of K resin is added after the stirring function is started, and stirring is continued until complete dissolution is achieved;
(2) Adding 20 parts of SEBS into the stirring device in the step (1) and stirring until the SEBS is completely dissolved;
(3) Adding 100 parts of acetone into the stirring device in the step (2), and stirring for 4-8 hours under a closed condition for later use.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an adhesive for a medical TPE material, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) 600 parts of cyclohexanone is placed in a stirring device, 20 parts of K resin is added after the stirring function is started, and stirring is continued until complete dissolution is achieved;
(2) Adding 3 parts of SEBS into the stirring device in the step (1) and stirring until the SEBS is completely dissolved;

Comparative examples 1 to 3
Comparative examples 1 to 3 are substantially identical to the preparation methods of examples 1 to 4, except that the components and their contents are not used. The components and contents of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 1 below.
TABLE 1 examples 1-4, comparative examples 1-3 components
Experimental example 1
The mechanical properties of the adhesives prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested (GB 8368-2018) after aging at 55deg.C for 79 days. The test results are shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2 mechanical Properties after aging for examples 1-4, comparative examples 1-3
As can be seen from Table 2, the test shows that the tensile force of the comparative example 1 does not meet the requirement of the gravity infusion type of the GB 8368-2018 disposable infusion set because of only cyclohexanone. By increasing comparative example 2 of K resin, the tensile force is obviously improved, and example 4 of SEBS granules is further increased, and the result is more than 50N,15S is not fallen off, so that the SEBS and K resin granules can play a synergistic effect after being dissolved. Meanwhile, the adhesion force of the example group is more than 50N,15S is not fallen off, the composition foundation of the invention can be verified, and the clinical use requirement can be met.
