Abstract

本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体是指新型复配除草剂的工艺,具体包括以下步骤:(1)由以下组分组成:草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟、助剂,其中草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟和助剂的重量比为10:6:1:2:1:1:3;(2)将步骤(1)混合后的农药与载体肥料按照0.03‑0.08%农药、30‑40%无机肥、有机肥补足100%通过混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附;(3)将农药与载体肥料混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。本发明的有益效果是:不但提高了除草效果,而且通过调节作物生长,提高了作物产量,解决了农业生产中除草剂药害问题,延缓有害生物对农药的抗药性。

技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体是指新型复配除草剂的工艺。
背景技术
目前,农业中多使用单一的除草剂,而单一除草剂长期使用会让害虫或病害产生抗药性甚至发展为互抗性或多抗性,同时大量使用除草剂还会引起药害,导致影响作物生长。因此,针对不同作物生长的多种病害特性进行了新型复配除草剂的生产工艺研究。
发明内容
以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供新型复配除草剂的工艺,不但提高了除草效果,而且通过调节作物生长,提高了作物产量。低毒、安全、环保,增强了对作物的安全性,解决了农业生产中除草剂药害问题,延缓有害生物对农药的抗药性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:(1)由以下组分组成:草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟、助剂,其中草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟和助剂的重量比为10:6:1:2:1:1:3;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的农药与载体肥料按照0.03-0.08%农药、30-40%无机肥、有机肥补足100%通过混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附;
(3)将农药与载体肥料混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。
进一步的,所述的助剂包括植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾,助剂中植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾的重量比为2:1:1:3:1。
进一步的,所述的生化黄腐酸钾的具体制备步骤如下:将农作物秸秆自然干燥至含水量9%以下,并粉碎至颗粒直径为0.2mm;按照1:2.5比例分3次等量加入10%过氧化氢,并在第一次加入过氧化氢后按照25:1比例加入催化剂二氧化锰,充分搅拌7h至泡沫消失;充分静置24h以上,固液分离后液体喷雾干燥。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)有机肥是有机质含量为50-55%的颗粒有机肥。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)无机肥为硫酸铵钙、镁磷肥和草木灰中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将两种以上高效、低毒的除草剂农药进行复配,与载体肥料通过混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附,再将混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。该产品的复配组合不但提高了除草效果,而且通过调节作物生长,提高了作物产量。低毒、安全、环保,增强了对作物的安全性,解决了农业生产中除草剂药害问题,延缓有害生物对农药的抗药性。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
草铵膦无内吸性,是一种茎叶触杀为主的灭生性除草剂,杂草叶片吸收后,会导致体内的谷氨酰胺合成酶活性钝化,谷氨酰胺合成受阻,氮代谢紊乱,铵离子大量累积,从而破坏杂草细胞膜,阻止杂草光合作用,最终使杂草枯死。
乙羧氟草醚为二苯醚类除草剂,能大大增加草铵膦的渗透性,使其被杂草茎叶快速吸收,铵离子很快在茎叶中累积达到阈值,并向根部传导,造成杂草根部铵离子中毒而死。因此,这样做死草更迅速,除草更彻底。
实施例一
草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟和助剂按照重量比为10:6:1:2:1:1:3的比例混合,其中助剂由植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾按照重量比为2:1:1:3:1的比例混合组成,混合后的农药与载体肥料按照0.04%农药、30%无机肥、有机肥补足100%混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附;将农药与载体肥料混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。
果园行间除草,在杂草生长旺盛期,每亩用20-35公斤,均匀施肥,持效期可达30-60天。
实施例二
草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟和助剂按照重量比为10:6:1:2:1:1:3的比例混合,其中助剂由植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾按照重量比为2:1:1:3:1的比例混合组成,混合后的农药与载体肥料按照0.06%农药、35%无机肥、有机肥补足100%混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附;将农药与载体肥料混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。
非耕地除草,在杂草生长旺盛期,每亩用20-30公斤,均匀施肥,持效期可达45-60天。

1.新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:(1)由以下组分组成:草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟、助剂,其中草铵膦、烯草酮、乙羧氟草醚、毕克草、毒莠定、氟草烟和助剂的重量比为10:6:1:2:1:1:3;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的农药与载体肥料按照0.03-0.08%农药、30-40%无机肥、有机肥补足100%通过混拌工艺进行充分混合、吸附;
(3)将农药与载体肥料混合物经包衣技术进行包衣处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于:所述的助剂包括植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾,助剂中植物油、有机硅、木质素磺酸钠、硅藻土和生化黄腐酸钾的重量比为2:1:1:3:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于:所述的生化黄腐酸钾的具体制备步骤如下:将农作物秸秆自然干燥至含水量9%以下,并粉碎至颗粒直径为0.2mm;按照1:2.5比例分3次等量加入10%过氧化氢,并在第一次加入过氧化氢后按照25:1比例加入催化剂二氧化锰,充分搅拌7h至泡沫消失;充分静置24h以上,固液分离后液体喷雾干燥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)有机肥是有机质含量为50-55%的颗粒有机肥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型复配除草剂的工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)无机肥为硫酸铵钙、镁磷肥和草木灰中的一种或两种。
