The drawer door body of the existing refrigerator and the drawer structure in the refrigerator adopt three sections of sliding rails or roller sliding rails and other structures to realize drawing, but the three sections of sliding rails face the problem of higher cost, and the roller sliding rails have lower cost but too short travel. There is no preferred solution. Particularly for drawer doors, the use of lower cost roller slides tends to be costly in terms of drawer volume.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of a drawer door body according to the present invention is shown, the drawer door body includes a door body 1, a bracket 2 fixed on the door body 1 and extending in a front-rear direction, and a slide rail assembly matched with the bracket 2, wherein the slide rail assembly includes a fixed slide rail 3 and a movable slide rail 4 matched with each other, a roller 5 fixed with the bracket 2, and the movable slide rail 4 has a slide rail 41 matched with the roller 5 for moving the door body 1 forward and backward.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, in this embodiment, the drawer door body is mainly applied to a refrigerator, and the refrigerator includes a liner 6 having a storage compartment, and a drawer 7 disposed in the storage compartment, where the drawer 7 is fixedly or detachably disposed on the bracket 2, and the sliding rail assembly is disposed between a side wall of the liner 6 and the bracket 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the drawer door body may be applied to other storage devices.
The drawer door body comprises a pair of brackets 2 which are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction so as to be respectively matched with the left and right side walls of the liner 6, thereby arranging sliding rail assemblies on the left and right sides.
The bracket 2 has a base 21 extending in the front-rear direction, a protruding portion 22 protruding from the base 21 in the lateral direction, and a positioning portion 23 bent in the lateral direction from the front end of the base 21. The positioning parts 23 on the left and right sides are oppositely bent and fixed on the door body 1.
In this embodiment, the base 21 has a vertically arranged planar structure, the protruding portion 22 protrudes from the top end of the base 21 and protrudes from the side wall of the liner 6, and further, the protruding portion 22 further has a stop portion 24 protruding downward and an extension portion 25 extending downward from the end thereof. Therefore, the structure of the bracket 2 is simple and convenient to mold.
The drawer door body further comprises a reinforcing piece 8 arranged between the left bracket 2 and the right bracket 2 to be respectively connected with the left bracket and the right bracket 2, the reinforcing piece 8 can prevent the bracket 2 from moving along the transverse direction, and the risk of bending damage of the bracket 2 is reduced.
The roller 5 is disposed on the base 21 and located at the rear end of the base 21, so that the drawer door body can be ensured to smoothly move forward and backward along the movable sliding rail 4, and a longer stroke can be ensured, so that the drawer door body can be pulled forward for a longer distance, a user can conveniently place food in the drawer 7, and the drawer door body can be conveniently detached and installed.
In the prior art, three-stage sliding rails are generally adopted between the drawer door body and the inner container 6, namely, the three-stage sliding rails comprise an outer sliding rail arranged on the inner container 6, an inner sliding rail matched with the bracket 2 and a middle sliding rail arranged between the outer sliding rail and the inner sliding rail, wherein the outer sliding rail, the inner sliding rail and the middle sliding rail are of long-strip-shaped metal structures extending along the front-back direction, and the ball brackets 9 are adopted for sliding each other between the outer sliding rail and the middle sliding rail and between the middle sliding rail and the inner sliding rail.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the sliding rail assembly provided by the invention adopts the roller 5 to replace the inner sliding rail and the ball support 9 in the prior art, so that the stroke length and the stable sliding function in the prior art are reserved, the production cost is greatly reduced, the assembly process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the structure of the movable rail 4 is improved by the movable rail 4 in the prior art, the movable rail 4 in the prior art is a vertical flat plate structure and a sliding structure with two ends bent transversely in the same direction, and is approximately in a "U" structure. Of course, in other embodiments, the pulley 10 of the prior art may be directly used, and the pulley 10 may be configured to match the sliding structure.
The present invention further provides another structure (not shown) of the movable rail 4, the movable rail 4 has a movable rail 4 body matched with the fixed rail 3, and a fixing member fixed with the movable rail 4 body, and the slide rail 41 is disposed on the fixing member. The movable rail 4 further has a supporting structure 42 located at the front side thereof to support the protruding portion 22, so that it can be ensured that the support 2 has two-point support in the front-rear direction during the front-rear movement of the support 2, that is, the supporting structure 42 and the roller 5 are two-point support, the drawer door body can be always in a balanced state, and the supporting structure 42 is located at the front side of the movable rail 4, so that the support 2 can be kept balanced throughout the stroke.
In this embodiment, the supporting structure 42 is a guide wheel fixed on the movable rail 4, the guide wheel is matched with the inner wall of the protruding portion 22 (the lower surface of the protruding portion 22) of the bracket 2, and the guide wheel is limited between the extending portion 25 and the base 21, so that it is ensured that the lateral displacement is not easy to occur during the forward and backward movement.
So, through setting up the guide pulley, can reduce the frictional force that support 2 reciprocated, improve the smooth and easy degree that the drawer door moved to further improve user experience, and, the guide pulley sets up in the front side, still can play the stopping gyro wheel 5's effect, thereby avoid the drawer door to be pulled out directly. Not only the guide wheel can play a role of stopping the roller 5 from sliding out of the movable sliding rail 4, but also the stopping portion 24 on the protruding portion 22 is located at the rear side of the supporting structure 42, so that the stopping portion 24 can stop the drawer door body from sliding out further forwards in cooperation with the supporting structure 42. By arranging the stop part 24, when the stop part 24 is matched with the supporting structure 42, a certain distance still exists between the roller 5 and the supporting structure 42, so that the drawer door body can be stably kept balanced without being held by a user, and the phenomenon that the roller 5 and the supporting structure 42 are too far away from the drawer door body to be kept balanced is avoided.
In this embodiment, the movable rail 4 further has a notch 43 located at the rear side of the supporting structure 42 so that the roller 5 enters the slideway 41, and the notch 43 is disposed above the movable rail 4. Therefore, when the drawer door body is installed, the front side of the door body 1 can be firstly lifted obliquely and the roller 5 can be aligned with the notch 43, then the front side is pushed forward until the stop part 24 is positioned at the rear side of the supporting structure 42, and finally the door body 1 can be put flat. The notch 43 is disposed on the upper side, which is convenient for a worker or a user to observe and align easily during installation. Of course, in other embodiments, the notch 43 may be disposed on the lower side of the movable rail 4.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, a second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the ball holders 9 between the middle rail and the outer rail in the prior art are further eliminated and then replaced by pulleys 10, thereby further reducing the manufacturing cost.

The movable rail 4 is also said to be formed by a flat plate-like structure punched and recessed, and has a shape similar to the upper half of the "convex" shape. Therefore, the process is very simple, the manufacturing is convenient, and the fixing part 44 not only can be used for fixing the pulley 10, but also can shield the pulley 10, thereby improving the aesthetic degree.
Of course, in other embodiments, the length of the fixing portion 44 along the front-rear direction may be smaller than the length of the slideway 41, that is, only enough positions for installing the pulley 10 are needed, so as to further reduce the material and cost.
