The support and guide assembly 15 is fixed on the fixing plate 3, and is convenient to install. In this embodiment, the supporting guides 16 on the same side wall 12 are integrally formed on the fixed plate 3 and are fixed to the side wall 12 by the fixed plate 3.
The rack 2 comprises a main shelf body 21 with the width smaller than the distance between the corresponding supporting and guiding components 15 on the two side walls 12, guiding blocks 22 arranged at two sides of the main shelf body 21 and protruding towards the side walls 12, a rear decorative strip 24 arranged at the rear end of the main shelf body 21, and a front decorative strip 23 arranged at the front end of the main shelf body, wherein the guiding blocks 22 are arranged between the front decorative strip 23 and the rear decorative strip 24, and yielding spaces are respectively formed between the guiding blocks 22 and the front decorative strip 23 and the rear decorative strip 24.
In this embodiment, the guide blocks 22 are U-shaped and clamped on the upper and lower sides of the shelf main body 21. In other embodiments, the guide block 22 may also be provided with a rotating shaft structure, so that the height adjustment is more labor-saving. In addition, the guide block 22 may be integrally formed with the shelf main body 21, and the object of the present invention can be achieved.
The supporting guide assembly 15 of the present invention includes at least two sets of supporting guides 16 arranged in parallel in the height direction to facilitate the vertical adjustment of the multi-shelf 2. Of course, when the refrigerator 100 is limited in space, only one set of the supporting guides 16 may be provided, and only a small number of racks 2 may be adjusted up and down. When more than two sets are provided, a drawing channel 17 for taking out the rack 2 is formed between any upper and lower two sets of supporting guides 16 on the same side wall 12. Therefore, the rack 2 can be freely taken out or put in when being matched with any group of supporting guide pieces 16, and a user can conveniently take out the rack 2 for cleaning or replacing. In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the supporting guide 16 may be directly molded on the fixing plate 3, or the fixing plate 3 may be omitted and the supporting guide assembly 15 may be directly fixed on the side wall 12.
Each group of the support guide 16 is correspondingly provided with a group of front clamping ribs 18 and a group of rear clamping ribs 19. When the guide block 22 is matched with any one group of the supporting guide pieces 16, the front decoration strip 23 and the rear decoration strip 24 are matched with the corresponding front clamping rib 18 and the rear clamping rib 19 respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, if the width of the guide block 22 is sufficient to support the shelf main body 21, the same function can be achieved without providing the front and rear clamping ribs 18 and 19. Meanwhile, the width of the shelf main body 21 is smaller than the widths of the front molding 23 and the rear molding 24, and is also smaller than the distance between the front clamping rib 18 and the rear clamping rib 19 between the two corresponding side walls 12. With this arrangement, when the rack 2 is moved, the front and rear decoration strips 23 and 24 are separated from the front and rear ribs 18 and 19, and the main shelf body 21 does not touch the front and rear ribs 18 and 19.

The guide member 162 includes a guide portion 166 for moving the guide block 22 on the upper and lower sets of supporting guide members 16, and the guide member 162 is spaced apart from the supporting member 161 by a distance greater than the width of the guide block 22 to form a guide passage for the guide block 22 to pass through. The guide 162 is provided on a side of the support 161 away from the rear wall 11. The front-back length of the abdicating space is not less than the front-back length of the support 161.
The lowermost set of support guides 16 may omit the guide 162.
The guide portion 166 includes a vertical guide portion 167 extending in a vertical direction, and a transition guide portion 168 connected to the vertical guide portion 167 and extending in an inclined or arc-shaped curve toward the rear wall 11; in this embodiment, the extension is an arc-shaped concave curve, but may also be an inclined plane extending obliquely.
The highest point of the guide 162 is higher than that of the end of the support 161 adjacent to the guide 162, and when the rack 2 is pulled outward, the guide block 22 does not pass through the guide 162 and enters the guide passage after contacting the guide 162. The distance between the transition guide 168 and the support 161 disposed adjacent therebelow is not greater than the front-rear length of the guide block 22 in the front-rear direction, so that the support 161 of the next layer is dropped only after passing through the transition guide 168. Preferably, the highest point of the guide 162 is higher than the highest point of the support 161 adjacent to one end of the guide 162. When the rack 2 is in a normal storage state, the guide block 22 is lapped on the support member 161, the front decorative strip 23 is lapped on the front clamping rib 18, and the rear decorative strip 24 is lapped on the rear clamping rib 19.
The length of the support member 161 is set to be greater than the lengths of the front clamping rib 18 and the rear clamping rib 19, so that the rack 2 can be conveniently adjusted up and down. When the rack 2 needs to be adjusted in height downward, the rack 2 is pulled outward, the front decorative strip 23 and the rear decorative strip 24 are separated from the front clamping rib 18 and the rear clamping rib 19 respectively, the rack 2 is pulled outward continuously, the guide block 22 is separated from the support 161, the guide block 22 enters the guide channel and moves to the support 161 of the next group of support guide 16 along the guide portion 166.
When the height of the rack 2 needs to be adjusted upwards, the rack 2 is held to the transition guide part 168, then the rack is continuously held along the guide channel and is higher than the upper group of support guide pieces 16, the rack is pushed forwards, and the vertical force is slowly removed until the front decorative strip 23 and the rear decorative strip 24 are respectively lapped on the front clamping rib 18 and the rear clamping rib 19.
When the rack 2 needs to be taken out, the rack 2 is lifted up, and the rack 2 is pulled out.
In this embodiment, the support 161 includes a support body 163 and a stop member 164 disposed at one side of the support body 163 close to the rear wall 11, and the stop member 164 is configured to abut against the guide block 22 when the rack 2 is in the storage state.
In this embodiment, the supporting body 163 is provided with a limiting groove 165 for cooperating with the guiding block 22 at a side of the stopping member 164 departing from the rear wall 11, so as to position the guiding block 22, thereby preventing the rack 2 from sliding back and forth.
The distance from the front molding 23 to the opening 13 is greater than the length of the support 161. With this arrangement, the distance from the front decorative strip 23 to the door body is greater than the length of the support member 161, so that the user can adjust the height of the rack 2 only by opening the door body to a position where the arm of the user is placed, and the adjustment is completed when the front decorative strip 23 does not reach the opening 13 or the door body due to the moving distance of the rack 2 in the horizontal direction.
The refrigerator 100 of the present invention can realize the up-and-down adjustment of the rack 2 by arranging the supporting and guiding assembly 15 on the side wall 12; by providing the drawing channel 17, the rack 2 can be directly taken out at any height; the position of the rack 2 can be limited by arranging the limit concave 165 and the stop piece 164; the distance from the front decorative strip 23 to the door body is larger than the length of the support piece 161, so that a user can realize the function of adjusting the door body up and down without completely opening the door body, and the energy consumption is saved; through setting up fixed plate 3, reduced the shaping degree of difficulty of lateral wall 12, improved the life-span of making the mould of lateral wall 12. According to the refrigerator 100, the rack 2 can be adjusted up and down, and the loss of cold energy of the refrigerator 100 is low during adjustment.
