Abstract

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 to 8 show an embodiment of a drawer door according to the present invention, where the drawer door includes a door body 1, a support 2 fixed on the door body 1 and extending in a front-back direction, and a slide rail assembly engaged with the support 2, where the slide rail assembly includes a fixed slide rail 3 and a movable slide rail 4 engaged with each other, and a roller 5 fixed to the support 2, and the movable slide rail 4 has a slide rail 41 engaged with the roller 5 to facilitate the door body 1 to move back and forth.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, which are first embodiments of the present invention, in this embodiment, the drawer door body is mainly applied to a refrigerator, the refrigerator includes an inner container 6 having a storage compartment, and a drawer 7 disposed in the storage compartment, wherein the drawer 7 is fixedly or detachably disposed on the bracket 2, and the slide rail assembly is disposed between a side wall of the inner container 6 and the bracket 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the drawer door body can also be applied to other storage devices.
The drawer door body comprises a pair of supports 2 which are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction so as to be matched with the left side wall and the right side wall of the inner container 6 respectively, and therefore sliding rail assemblies on the left side and the right side are arranged.

In the prior art, three-level slide rails are usually adopted between the drawer door body and the liner 6, that is, the three-level slide rails include an outer slide rail arranged on the liner 6, an inner slide rail matched with the support 2, and a middle slide rail arranged between the outer slide rail and the inner slide rail, wherein the outer slide rail, the inner slide rail and the middle slide rail are all long-strip-shaped metal structures extending in the front-back direction, and the ball supports 9 are adopted between the outer slide rail and the middle slide rail and between the middle slide rail and the inner slide rail to slide with each other.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the slide rail assembly adopts the roller 5 to replace an inner slide rail and a ball support 9 in the prior art, not only maintains the stroke length and the function of stable sliding in the prior art, but also greatly reduces the production cost, simplifies the assembly process and improves the production efficiency.
In this embodiment, the structure of the movable sliding rail 4 is obtained by improving the movable sliding rail 4 in the prior art, the movable sliding rail 4 in the prior art is a vertical flat structure and a sliding structure with two ends bent transversely in the same direction, and is substantially in a "u" structure, and the rolling path for the roller 5 to slide can be formed by adding the recess at the vertical flat structure, so that the manufacturing process is very simple and convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the movable pulley 10 in the prior art can be directly adopted, and the structure of the pulley 10 is only required to be configured into a shape matched with the sliding structure.
The invention also provides another structure (not shown) of the movable slide rail 4, the movable slide rail 4 is provided with a movable slide rail 4 body matched with the fixed slide rail 3 and a fixing piece fixed with the movable slide rail 4 body, and the slide rail 41 is arranged on the fixing piece. Namely, the structure of the existing movable sliding rail 4 and the structure of the roller 5 are directly utilized, no change is needed, only an element is added on the basis of the existing movable sliding rail 4, and the sliding rail 41 for the roller 5 to move is arranged on the element.
The movable sliding rail 4 is also provided with a supporting structure 42 which is arranged at the front side of the movable sliding rail 4 and is used for supporting the protruding part 22, so that two points of support in the front-back direction can be ensured in the process that the bracket 2 moves back and forth, namely the supporting structure 42 and the roller 5 are supported at two points, the drawer door body can be always in a balanced state, and the supporting structure 42 is arranged at the front side of the movable sliding rail 4, so that the whole stroke of the bracket 2 can be kept balanced.
In this embodiment, the supporting structure 42 is a guide wheel fixed on the movable sliding rail 4, the guide wheel is matched with the inner wall of the protruding portion 22 (the lower surface of the protruding portion 22) of the bracket 2, and the guide wheel is limited between the extending portion 25 and the base portion 21, so that the transverse deviation is not easy to occur in the process of moving back and forth.
Therefore, through the arrangement of the guide wheel, the friction force of the front and back movement of the support 2 can be reduced, the moving smoothness of the drawer door body is improved, the user experience is further improved, in addition, the guide wheel is arranged on the front side, the effect of stopping the roller 5 can also be realized, and the drawer door body is prevented from being directly pulled out. Of course, in other embodiments, the supporting structure 42 may be integrally formed on the movable sliding rail 4, or may be separately mounted on the movable sliding rail 4.
Not only the guide wheel can serve as a stopping roller 5 to slide out of the movable sliding rail 4, but also the stopping part 24 on the protruding part 22 is located at the rear side of the supporting structure 42, so that the stopping part 24 can stop the drawer door body from sliding out further forwards in cooperation with the supporting structure 42. By arranging the stop part 24, when the stop part 24 is matched with the support structure 42, a certain distance still exists between the roller 5 and the support structure 42, so that the drawer door body can be stably kept in balance without being held by hands of a user, and the phenomenon that the balance cannot be maintained by the drawer door body when the distance between the roller 5 and the support structure 42 is too close is avoided.
In this embodiment, the movable sliding rail 4 further has a notch 43 located at the rear side of the supporting structure 42 so that the roller 5 enters the slideway 41, and the notch 43 is disposed above the movable sliding rail 4. Therefore, when the drawer door is installed, the front side of the door 1 can be tilted upward and the roller 5 is aligned with the notch 43, and then the door can be pushed forward until the stopping portion 24 is located at the rear side of the supporting structure 42, and finally the door 1 is laid flat. The notch 43 is arranged on the upper side, so that the staff or the user can conveniently observe and align when installing. Of course, in other embodiments, the notch 43 may also be disposed on the lower side of the movable sliding rail 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that a ball support 9 between a middle rail and an outer rail in the prior art is further eliminated and then replaced by a pulley 10, thereby further reducing the manufacturing cost.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fixed slide rail 3 is made of plastic, and the fixed slide rail 3 has a slide groove 31 recessed along the transverse direction and a retreat prevention portion 32 located at the front side of the slide groove 31. The retreat preventing portion 32 is provided in front of the lower chute 31. Because the pulley 10 does not need a metal material with better rigidity in rolling, the fixed slide rail 3 is made of a plastic material, so that the cost can be further reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the fixed slide rail 3 may also be made of metal.
The movable slide rail 4 has fixing portions 44 respectively located at upper and lower sides of the slide rail 41, the fixing portions 44 extend in the up-down direction to fix the pulley 10, in this embodiment, the fixing portions 44 are integrally formed with the slide rail 41, that is, the fixing portions 44 are respectively formed by bending up and down from the end of the slide rail 41.
The movable slide rail 4 can also be said to be formed by stamping and recessing a flat plate-shaped structure, and the shape is similar to the upper half part of a Chinese character 'tu'. Therefore, the process is very simple, the manufacturing is convenient, and the fixing portion 44 can be used for fixing the pulley 10 and shielding the pulley 10, so that the attractiveness is improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the length of the fixing portion 44 in the front-back direction may also be smaller than the length of the slideway 41, that is, only the position where the pulley 10 is installed needs to be provided, thereby further reducing the material and cost. In this embodiment, the pulley 10 slides along the upper and lower inner walls of the chute 31, so that the width of the pulley 10 in the transverse direction can be reduced, and the thickness of the fixed rail 3 and the movable rail 4 in the transverse direction can be further reduced by accommodating the slide rail 41 in the chute 31, thereby increasing the volume of the drawer 7. Of course, in other embodiments, the pulley 10 can slide along the inner wall of the sliding groove 31 in the transverse direction.
