Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种机动车用的盘式制动器,包括:一个骑跨制动盘的制动钳;一个固定在车辆上的承载器;包括固定在制动钳上并由活塞关闭的液压缸的作用机构;当作用机构受到驱动时使制动钳能够相对于承载器滑动的导向机构,这些导向机构本身包括互相平行的相同的第一和第二圆柱形导向销与第一和第二座套,上述每个导向销有一个固定在制动钳上的受限制端和一个自由端,而第一和第二座套至少部分由承载器中做成的相应的第一和第二孔形成,第一和第二导向销分别在第一和第二孔中滑动,这些导向销中至少一个由可调整的固定机构固定在制动钳上,使导向销能够在被永久性固定于制动钳之前沿与制动盘相切的方向取多个互相隔开的位置;以及两个指向制动盘两侧表面的摩擦垫,它们被夹在活塞和制动钳之间并且当作用机构受到驱动时被外加到制动盘上。
例如,在文件FR-A-2,353,755或相当文件GB-A-1,572,451中的现有技术中,这种制动器已被公知。
生产被称为“滑动钳型盘式制动器”的制动器遇到一些困难,特别是在装配制动器时在承载器的座套内精确定中导向销方面,以及在该制动器受到驱动时在座套内顺利滑动这些导向销方面。
打算以下列方式解决这些困难,即:通过提供不同截面导向销,并将其更细的自由端设计成通过柔性被套与相应的座套的内径相匹配,而相反的该导向销的其余长度上具有小的直径,从而该销能以相当大的间隙滑入该座套。
上述类型的制动器,例如可见于出版于1989年9月7日上的专利申请JP-A-1,224,530。
但是,实际上这样的制动器面临十分棘手的装配问题,当导向销装入制动钳上时,它们容易偏心。
本发明属于上述问题的范围,其目的是提供一种结构简单而易于装配的滑动钳型盘式制动器。
为此,本发明的与前序部分更相符的制动器的本质特征在于:在其长度的第一和第二廓形区段上,第一孔分别具有第一和第二内径,第二内径大于第一内径,小内径形成于第一孔的两个区段之一中,使第一导向销在孔中穿过时首先遇到,并且除了第一孔以外,第一座套从内部形成一个弹性材料制成的环,后者位于第一孔的第一区段的延伸部中,使得它与该第一区段相邻接而与第二区段存在一定距离;第二孔在其整个长度上具有等于上述小直径的直径。
最好是,第一区段的长度还小于第二区段的长度,而第二座套至少部分由类似第一环的用弹性材料制成的第二环形成。
在下面参照附图所作的非限制性说明将清楚地显出本发明的其它特点和优点,其中单独一张附图是本发明一种制动器的部分截面图。
图1是本发明的一种制动器的部分截面图。
如图1所示,本发明涉及的机动车用盘式制动器包括:一个骑跨制动盘2的制动钳1;一个固定在车辆上的承载器3;包括固定在制动钳上并由活塞5关闭的液压缸4的作用机构;当作用机构受到驱动时使制动钳能够相对于承载器滑动的导向机构6、7、8、9;以及两个指向制动盘2两侧表面2a、2b的摩擦垫10、11,它们被夹在活塞和制动钳之间并且当作用机构受到驱动时被外加到制动盘上。
导向机构本身包括互相平行的相同的第一和第二圆柱形导向销6、7与第一和第二座套,每个导向销有一个固定在制动钳上的受限制端60、70和一个自由端61、71,而第一和第二座套部分地由承载器中做成的相应的第一和第二孔8、9形成,第一和第二导向销6、7就分别在第一和第二孔8、9中滑动。
至少导向销之一(例如导向销6)由一个带有余隙地穿过制动钳中小孔41的螺杆12固定在制动钳上,该螺杆因此使导向销6能够在其永久性地固定在制动钳之前,根据螺杆12本身在小孔41中所取的位置而沿与制动盘相切的方向T取许多个互相隔开的位置。
根据本发明,第一孔8在其长度的第一和第二邻接区段S1和S2上具有相应的第一和第二内径D1和D2,第二内径D2大于第一内径D1,较小内径D1形成于第一孔8的两个区段之一的S1中,使第一导向销6在第一孔8中穿过时首先遇到S1。
事实上,术语“孔”在本说明书和权利要求书中应当在非常广泛的意义上理解,例如可以在圆筒形的孔中强制装入一个内径D1的坚硬的环,盖住并形成第一区段S1,从而产生阶梯形孔8。
而且,除了第一孔8以外,第一座套从内部130形成一个弹性材料制成的环13,后者位于第一孔8的第一区段S1的延伸部中,使得它与该第一区段S1相邻接而与第二区段S2存在一定距离。
此外,环13完成对导向销定中的作用,使得可以将导向销安置在最佳位置中并阻尼掉制动钳的振动。
由于这种配置,不仅依靠承载器孔中小直径的第一区段S1可以因此而利用两个相同的导向销而同时仍然保证这些导向销在相应孔中的精确定中,而且由于在装配时第一导向销受靠近该导向销6受限制端60的第一区段S1的导引,甚至还改善了将第一导向销安装在第一孔中所具有的精度。
最好是,第一孔8的第一区段S1的长度为短于第二区段S2的长度,而第二座套至少部分由类似于第一环13的用弹性材料制成的第二环14形成,第二孔9在其整个长度上具有与第一孔8的第一区段S1的相同的直径D1,而在其整个长度上装入第二导向销7后的余隙很小。
Claims (3)
1.一种机动车用的盘式制动器,包括:一个骑跨制动盘(2)的制动钳(1);一个固定在车辆上的承载器(3);包括固定在制动钳上并由活塞(5)关闭的液压缸(4)的作用机构;当作用机构受到驱动时使制动钳能够相对于承载器滑动的导向机构,这些导向机构本身包括互相平行的相同的第一和第二圆柱形导向销(6、7)与第一和第二座套,上述每个导向销有一个固定在制动钳上的受限制端(60、70)和一个自由端(61、71),而上述第一和第二座套至少部分由承载器中做成的相应的第一和第二孔(8、9)形成,第一和第二导向销分别在第一和第二孔中滑动,这些导向销中至少一个由可调整的固定机构(12、41)固定在制动钳上,使导向销能够在被永久性固定于制动钳之前沿与制动盘相切的方向(T)取多个互相隔开的位置;以及两个指向制动盘(2)两侧表面(2a、2b)的摩擦垫(10、11),它们被夹在活塞和制动钳之间并且作用机构受到驱动时被外加到制动盘上;第一孔(8)在其长度方向的第一和第二邻接区段(S1、S2)上具有相应的第一和第二内径(D1、D2),上述第二内径(D2)大于第一内径(D1),而较小内径(D1)形成于第一孔(8)的两个区段之一中,使第一导向销(6)在孔中穿过时首先遇到,其特征在于:除了第一孔(8)以外,第一座套从内部(30)形成一个弹性材料制成的环(13),后者位于第一孔(8)的第一区段(S1)的延伸部中,使得它与该第一区段(S1)相邻接而与第二区段(S2)存在一定距离;第二孔(9)在其整个长度上具有等于上述小直径(D1)的直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于:第一区段(S1)的长度小于第二区段(S2)的长度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于:第二座套至少部分地由类似于第一环的用弹性材料制成的第二环(14)形成。
