Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear and clear, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) are included in the embodiments of the present invention, the directional indications are merely used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, etc. between the components in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are correspondingly changed.
With the development of technology, the common household appliances are more and more intelligent, but the defects of the household appliances are not solved in most cases, and the household appliances need to be optimized. Once the existing washing machine is assembled, the interlayer between the roller and the frame of the washing machine is not disassembled unless faults occur, however, the use frequency of the washing machine is frequent no matter how often the washing machine is used in spring, summer, autumn and winter, dirt and scale can be stored in the washing machine when clothes are washed, if the washing machine is not cleaned in time, a large amount of dust and dirt left by clothes are accumulated easily, the working effect of the washing machine is seriously affected by the dust and the dirt, the power consumption of washing clothes is greatly increased, and the efficiency of washing the clothes is greatly reduced compared with the prior art. The existing washing machine has no interlayer cleaning function, and is time-consuming and labor-consuming to detach for cleaning, and when the washing machine is assembled again, the sealing structure is destroyed, so that the overall working effect of the washing machine is also greatly reduced.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a method for automatically cleaning an interlayer of a washing machine, in which a camera is disposed in the washing machine to monitor the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine, and then the efficiency of the washing machine is calculated by combining various working data of the washing machine to perform comparison analysis, and when the efficiency of the washing machine is reduced, the interlayer of the washing machine is cleaned in time, so that the washing machine is restored to normal working efficiency. Therefore, the problem that the working efficiency of the washing machine is reduced due to the fact that the interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to clean in the prior art is solved.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for automatically cleaning a washing machine interlayer, the method comprising the steps of:
step S100, obtaining interlayer picture data of the washing machine, and determining dust accumulation data of an interlayer of the washing machine according to the interlayer picture data.
In order to monitor dust accumulation conditions of an interlayer of a washing machine, waterproof cameras are arranged in a plurality of directions in the interlayer of the washing machine in advance, and in view of the fact that original light in the washing machine is insufficient and a cleaning picture of the interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to take, the judgment result of the ash accumulation degree of the interlayer is affected, LED lamps used for illumination are further arranged in the interlayer of the washing machine, and pictures related to the interlayer of the washing machine are taken through the cooperation of the cameras and the LED lamps, so that interlayer picture data are obtained. And then carrying out feature extraction and analysis on the interlayer picture data to obtain dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine, wherein the dust accumulation data are used for evaluating the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine, and in one implementation, the dust accumulation data can be embodied in a percentage form, for example, the dust accumulation data can be a specific numerical value of 70%.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the step S100 specifically includes the following steps:
step S110, obtaining interlayer picture data of the washing machine, and performing image processing on the interlayer picture data;
step S120, color characteristic information and pixel characteristic information of the interlayer picture data are obtained according to an image processing result;
step S130, inputting the color characteristic information and the pixel characteristic information into a preset dust accumulation model;
step S140, acquiring dust accumulation data of an interlayer of the washing machine generated by the dust accumulation model based on the color feature information and the pixel feature information.
Specifically, after a camera in the washing machine shoots an interlayer of the washing machine, the shot interlayer picture data are sent to a cloud server, the cloud server performs image processing on the interlayer picture data, color characteristic information and pixel characteristic information of the interlayer picture data are extracted, and the information is input into a dust accumulation model. It should be noted that, the dust accumulation model has already completed the training process according to the labeled training data, and can be directly used in the embodiment to calculate and evaluate the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine on the color feature information and the pixel feature information in the interlayer picture data. The output of the dust accumulation model is thus the dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine generated based on the color feature information and the pixel feature information.
In order to accurately determine whether the washing machine needs to be washed, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes the steps of:
step 200, working data of the washing machine are obtained, and the efficiency value of the washing machine is determined according to the dust accumulation data and the working data.
In particular, the washing machine is used as a household appliance with a high working frequency, so that dust accumulation in an interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to avoid, but if the washing machine can still work with normal working efficiency, frequent cleaning operation is not needed, otherwise, larger consumption of resources is generated, and the washing machine is not environment-friendly. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine is calculated, the working data of the washing machine needs to be obtained, the efficiency value of the washing machine is determined according to the dust accumulation data and the working data, and then whether the interlayer of the washing machine needs to be cleaned is finally determined. In one implementation, the operation data of the washing machine includes: washing time data of the washing machine, roller pressure data of the washing machine, service life information of the washing machine and power consumption data of the washing machine. Wherein the drum pressure data of the washing machine is obtained according to the sum of the weight of the water and the laundry in the drum of the washing machine.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the step S200 specifically includes the following steps:
step S210, acquiring working data of the washing machine;
step S220, inputting the dust accumulation data and the working data into a preset washing machine efficiency model;
step S230, obtaining an efficiency value of the washing machine generated by the washing machine efficiency model based on the dust accumulation data and the working data.
Specifically, since smart home now generally has the function of internet of things, its working data can be uploaded to the cloud server in real time, and users can also download their working data at a time to know their device status. In this embodiment, a plurality of sensors are preset in the washing machine to obtain working data of the washing machine, for example, when the working data of the washing machine includes washing time data of the washing machine, drum pressure data of the washing machine, service life information of the washing machine and power consumption data of the washing machine, a timer is preset in the washing machine to calculate washing time of the washing machine, the drum pressure sensor is used for obtaining drum pressure data of the washing machine, and the power consumption detection sensor is used for obtaining power consumption of the washing machine, and then various working data of the washing machine are uploaded to a cloud server through a control system of the washing machine to be used for calculating an efficiency value of the washing machine. When judging whether the washing operation is needed to be carried out on the interlayer of the washing machine, the control system acquires working data of the washing machine from the cloud server, and then inputs dust accumulation data corresponding to the interlayer of the washing machine and the working data of the washing machine into a preset washing machine efficiency model. It should be noted that, the efficiency model of the washing machine is modeled for efficiency of the washing machine, and correlation between efficiency of the washing machine, working data of the washing machine and dust accumulation data is obtained after training by using the labeled training data, so that the efficiency model of the washing machine can be directly applied to calculation of the efficiency of the washing machine in the embodiment. After the dust accumulation data and the working data are obtained by the washing machine efficiency model, the current efficiency value of the washing machine is finally output through analysis and calculation. In one implementation, the efficiency value may be expressed in terms of a percentage, for example, the current efficiency value of the washing machine is 95%.
After obtaining the current efficiency value of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes the following steps:
and step 300, cleaning the interlayer of the washing machine according to the efficiency value of the washing machine.
Specifically, after the current efficiency value of the washing machine is obtained, the embodiment judges whether dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine has serious influence on the efficiency value of the washing machine according to the current efficiency value of the washing machine, and if so, the interlayer of the washing machine needs to be cleaned, so that dust on the interlayer of the washing machine is reduced, and the washing machine is enabled to restore to normal working efficiency. In one implementation, dust accumulation data of an interlayer of the washing machine, various working data of the washing machine and a current efficiency value of the washing machine can be made into dynamic icons and transmitted to a user terminal, so that a user can watch state changes of the washing machine in real time.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the step S300 specifically includes the following steps:
step S310, obtaining a preset standard efficiency value, and comparing the efficiency value of the washing machine with the standard efficiency value;
and step 320, when the efficiency value of the washing machine is smaller than the standard efficiency value, generating a washing instruction and sending the washing instruction to a washing device, so that the washing device carries out washing operation on the interlayer of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, a standard efficiency value is preset for evaluating whether the current efficiency of the washing machine is affected by dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine. Specifically, in this embodiment, the calculated efficiency value of the washing machine is compared with a preset standard efficiency value, when the efficiency value of the washing machine is smaller than the standard efficiency value, it indicates that dust accumulation on an interlayer of the washing machine causes the current efficiency of the washing machine to be reduced, so in order to restore the working efficiency of the washing machine, the controller generates a cleaning instruction and sends the cleaning instruction to a cleaning device pre-installed inside the washing machine, so that the cleaning device performs cleaning operation on the interlayer of the washing machine, reduces dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine, and enables the washing machine to restore the efficient working efficiency; when the efficiency value of the washing machine is greater than or equal to the standard efficiency value, it means that dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine does not have a significant effect on the working efficiency of the washing machine, so that the interlayer of the washing machine does not need to be cleaned in order to save resources. For example, the standard efficiency value of the washing machine may be preset to be 95%, when the current efficiency value of the washing machine is 93% obtained by calculating the efficiency model according to the currently obtained dust accumulation data on the interlayer of the washing machine and the working data of the cloud server uploaded by the previous washing machine, the current efficiency value of the washing machine is lower than the standard efficiency value of the washing machine, so that the washing device needs to be controlled to wash the interlayer of the washing machine to reduce dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine, thereby improving the working efficiency of the washing machine. In one implementation, the cleaning device may be a cleaning water gun, when the cleaning operation is required to be performed on the interlayer of the washing machine, the cleaning water gun is an alignment member, a water outlet and 8 cuboid corners in the washing machine, and meanwhile, a rotating connecting shaft connected with the roller is rotated to clean the interlayer between the outer wall of the roller and the outer shell of the washing machine. According to the embodiment, the camera is arranged in the washing machine to monitor the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine, and the efficiency of the washing machine is calculated by combining various working data of the washing machine for comparison and analysis, so that when the efficiency of the washing machine is reduced, the interlayer of the washing machine is cleaned in time, and the washing machine is enabled to recover the normal working efficiency.
To confirm whether the washing machine has recovered to normal operation efficiency after the washing is completed, in one implementation, the method further includes: and after the washing is finished, the efficiency value of the washing machine is obtained again. And then, determining state data of the washing machine according to the retrieved efficiency value of the washing machine. In one implementation, after the interlayer of the washing machine is cleaned once, the efficiency value of the washing machine can be obtained once again, and then the difference value obtained by performing difference on the obtained efficiency value of the washing machine and the standard efficiency value is used as detection index data for determining the state data of the washing machine. And then, acquiring preset fault index data, and comparing the detection index data with the fault index data. When the detection index data is greater than or equal to the fault index data, determining that the state data of the washing machine is a fault state; and when the detection index data is smaller than the fault index data, determining that the state data of the washing machine is an aging state.
For example, assume that the preset standard efficiency value is 95% and the failure index data is 10%. When the efficiency value of the re-acquired washing machine is 93%, although the efficiency value of the re-acquired washing machine is still smaller than the standard efficiency value, the difference between the re-acquired washing machine and the standard efficiency value is 2% and smaller than 10% of fault index data, so that it is judged that the efficiency value of the washing machine is reduced due to the aging of components, and therefore, parameters of the efficiency model of the washing machine need to be adjusted until the efficiency value of the washing machine is restored to the standard efficiency value. If the efficiency value of the re-acquired washing machine is 82%, the difference between the re-acquired washing machine and the standard efficiency value is 13% and is greater than 10% of the fault index data, so that the washing machine is judged to be faulty, fault information is generated and sent to a user terminal or a maintainer is informed to carry out maintenance.
