With the development of science and technology, common household appliances are more and more intelligent, but the defects of the household appliances are mostly not solved, and the household appliances need to be optimized. Once the existing washing machine is assembled, the existing washing machine cannot be disassembled unless a fault occurs, an interlayer between a drum and a washing machine frame cannot be cleaned, however, the washing machine is frequently used in all seasons, the washing machine can store dirt and dirty while washing clothes, if the washing machine is not cleaned in time, a large amount of dust and dirt left by washing clothes at each time are easily accumulated, the dust and the dirt seriously affect the working effect of the washing machine, the power consumption of washing clothes is greatly increased, and the efficiency of washing clothes is greatly reduced compared with the conventional efficiency. The existing washing machine has no function of cleaning the interlayer, is time-consuming and labor-consuming to disassemble and clean, and breaks a closed structure when being assembled and returned, so that the overall working effect of the washing machine is greatly reduced.
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a method for automatically cleaning an interlayer of a washing machine, which is characterized in that a camera is arranged in the washing machine to monitor the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine, then various working data of the washing machine are combined for comparison and analysis to calculate the efficiency of the washing machine, and when the efficiency of the washing machine is reduced, the interlayer of the washing machine is cleaned in time, so that the normal working efficiency of the washing machine is recovered. Thereby solving the problem that the interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to clean and the working efficiency of the washing machine is reduced in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for automatically cleaning an interlayer of a washing machine, the method comprising the steps of:
step S100, interlayer picture data of the washing machine are obtained, and dust accumulation data of an interlayer of the washing machine are determined according to the interlayer picture data.
In order to monitor the dust accumulation condition of the interlayer of the washing machine, waterproof cameras are arranged in the interlayer of the washing machine in advance in multiple directions, and in view of the fact that the original light in the washing machine is insufficient and a cleaning picture of the interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to take, so that the judgment result of the accumulation degree of the ash layer of the interlayer is influenced, therefore, the embodiment also installs LED lamps for illumination in the interlayer of the washing machine, and the cameras and the LED lamps are matched to take pictures related to the interlayer of the washing machine, so that interlayer picture data are obtained. Then, feature extraction and analysis are performed on the interlayer image data to obtain dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine, wherein the dust accumulation data is used for evaluating the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine, and in one implementation, the dust accumulation data can be embodied in a percentage form, for example, the dust accumulation data can be a specific value of 70%.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the step S100 specifically includes the following steps:
step S110, acquiring interlayer picture data of the washing machine, and carrying out image processing on the interlayer picture data;
step S120, obtaining color characteristic information and pixel point characteristic information of the interlayer picture data according to an image processing result;
step S130, inputting the color characteristic information and the pixel point characteristic information into a preset dust accumulation model;
step S140, acquiring dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine, which is generated by the dust accumulation model based on the color feature information and the pixel point feature information.
Specifically, after a camera in the washing machine shoots an interlayer of the washing machine, image data of the obtained interlayer image is sent to a cloud server, the cloud server processes the image of the interlayer image data, extracts color feature information and pixel point feature information of the interlayer image data, and inputs the information into a dust accumulation model. It should be noted that the dust accumulation model has completed a training process according to the labeled training data, and can be directly used for calculating and evaluating the dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine on the color feature information and the pixel point feature information in the interlayer picture data in this embodiment. Therefore, the output of the dust accumulation model is the dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine generated based on the color characteristic information and the pixel point characteristic information.
In order to accurately judge whether the washing machine needs to be washed, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes the steps of:
step S200, obtaining working data of the washing machine, and determining the efficiency value of the washing machine according to the dust accumulation data and the working data.
In particular, the washing machine is used as a household appliance with high operating frequency, so that dust accumulation in the interlayer of the washing machine is difficult to avoid, but if the washing machine still works at normal operating efficiency, frequent washing operation is not necessary, otherwise, the washing machine consumes much resources and is not environment-friendly. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the accumulated dust data of the interlayer of the washing machine is obtained through calculation, the working data of the washing machine needs to be obtained, the efficiency value of the washing machine is determined according to the accumulated dust data and the working data, and then it is finally determined whether the interlayer of the washing machine needs to be cleaned. In one implementation, the operational data of the washing machine includes: the washing machine comprises washing time data of the washing machine, drum pressure data of the washing machine, service life information of the washing machine and power consumption data of the washing machine. Wherein the drum pressure data of the washing machine is obtained according to a sum of water and a weight of laundry in a drum of the washing machine.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the step S200 specifically includes the following steps:
step S210, acquiring working data of the washing machine;
step S220, inputting the dust accumulation data and the working data into a preset washing machine efficiency model;
step S230, obtaining an efficiency value of the washing machine generated by the washing machine efficiency model based on the dust accumulation data and the working data.
Specifically, because the smart home generally has the function of the internet of things at present, the working data of the smart home can be uploaded to the cloud server in real time, and users can also download the working data of the smart home at any time to know the equipment states of the smart home. In this embodiment, a plurality of sensors are preset in the washing machine for acquiring the operating data of the washing machine, for example, when the operating data of the washing machine includes washing duration data of the washing machine, drum pressure data of the washing machine, service life information of the washing machine, and power consumption data of the washing machine, a timer needs to be preset in the washing machine for calculating the washing duration of the washing machine, a drum pressure sensor is used for acquiring the drum pressure data of the washing machine, and a power consumption detection sensor is used for acquiring the power consumption of the washing machine, and then various types of operating data of the washing machine are uploaded to a cloud server through a control system of the washing machine for subsequent calculation of an efficiency value of the washing machine. When the interlayer of the washing machine needs to be judged to be cleaned or not, the control system obtains the working data of the washing machine from the cloud server, and then the dust accumulation data corresponding to the interlayer of the washing machine and the working data of the washing machine are input into a preset washing machine efficiency model. It should be noted that the washing machine efficiency model is modeled for the efficiency of the washing machine, and the correlation between the efficiency of the washing machine and the operation data and dust accumulation data of the washing machine is obtained after training through labeled training data, so that the calculation of the efficiency of the washing machine in the embodiment can be directly applied. And after the efficiency model of the washing machine acquires the dust accumulation data and the working data, the current efficiency value of the washing machine is finally output through analysis and calculation. In one implementation, the efficiency rate may be expressed in terms of a percentage, for example, the current efficiency rate of the washing machine is 95%.
After acquiring the current efficiency value of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes the steps of:
and step S300, cleaning the interlayer of the washing machine according to the efficiency value of the washing machine.
Specifically, after the current efficiency value of the washing machine is obtained, the present embodiment determines whether the dust accumulation in the interlayer of the washing machine has a serious influence on the efficiency value of the washing machine according to the current efficiency value of the washing machine, and if so, the interlayer of the washing machine needs to be cleaned, so as to reduce the dust on the interlayer of the washing machine and restore the normal working efficiency of the washing machine. In one implementation, the dust accumulation data of the interlayer of the washing machine, various types of working data of the washing machine and the current efficiency value of the washing machine can be made into dynamic icons and transmitted to a user terminal, so that a user can view the state change of the washing machine in real time.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the step S300 specifically includes the following steps:
step S310, acquiring a preset standard efficiency value, and comparing the efficiency value of the washing machine with the standard efficiency value;
and S320, when the efficiency value of the washing machine is smaller than the standard efficiency value, generating a washing instruction and sending the washing instruction to a washing device, so that the washing device can carry out washing operation on the interlayer of the washing machine.
The present embodiment previously sets a standard efficiency value for evaluating whether the current efficiency of the washing machine is affected by the accumulation of dust on the interlayer of the washing machine. Specifically, the embodiment compares the calculated efficiency value of the washing machine with a preset standard efficiency value, and when the efficiency value of the washing machine is smaller than the standard efficiency value, it indicates that the current efficiency of the washing machine is reduced due to the accumulation of dust on the interlayer of the washing machine, so in order to recover the working efficiency of the washing machine, the controller generates a cleaning instruction and sends the cleaning instruction to a cleaning device pre-installed inside the washing machine, so that the cleaning device performs a cleaning operation on the interlayer of the washing machine, the accumulation of dust on the interlayer of the washing machine is reduced, and the washing machine can recover the high-efficiency working efficiency; when the efficiency value of the washing machine is greater than or equal to the standard efficiency value, the dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine does not have obvious influence on the working efficiency of the washing machine, and in order to save resources, the interlayer of the washing machine does not need to be cleaned. For example, the standard efficiency value of the washing machine may be set to be 95% in advance, and when the current efficiency value of the washing machine is 93% by calculating according to the currently obtained dust accumulation data on the interlayer of the washing machine and the work data uploaded to the cloud server by the previous washing machine, it indicates that the current efficiency value of the washing machine is lower than the standard efficiency value of the washing machine, and in order to restore the efficiency value of the washing machine to a normal level, the washing device needs to be controlled to wash the interlayer of the washing machine, so that the dust accumulation on the interlayer of the washing machine is reduced, and the work efficiency of the washing machine is improved. In an implementation, the cleaning device can be a cleaning water gun, and is right when required to clean the interlayer of the washing machine, the cleaning water gun is a water outlet which is aligned with the water gun and 8 cuboid corners in the washing machine, and the rotating connecting shaft connected with the drum is rotated simultaneously to clean the outer wall of the drum and the interlayer between the outer shells of the washing machine. The dust accumulation degree of the interlayer of the washing machine is monitored by the camera arranged in the washing machine, the efficiency of the washing machine is calculated by comparing and analyzing various working data of the washing machine, and when the efficiency of the washing machine is reduced, the interlayer of the washing machine is cleaned in time, so that the washing machine recovers the normal working efficiency.
In order to confirm whether the washing machine recovers normal working efficiency after the washing is finished, in one implementation mode, the method further comprises the following steps: and after the washing is finished, acquiring the efficiency value of the washing machine once again. Then, the state data of the washing machine is determined according to the retrieved efficiency value of the washing machine. In one implementation, after the interlayer of the washing machine is washed once, the efficiency value of the washing machine may be obtained again, and then a difference value obtained by subtracting the obtained efficiency value of the washing machine from the standard efficiency value is used as detection index data for determining the state data of the washing machine. And then, acquiring preset fault index data, and comparing the detection index data with the fault index data. When the detection index data is greater than or equal to the fault index data, determining the state data of the washing machine as a fault state; and when the detection index data is smaller than the fault index data, determining that the state data of the washing machine is an aging state.
For example, assume that the predetermined standard efficiency value is 95% and the fault indicator data is 10%. When the reacquired efficiency value of the washing machine is 93%, although the reacquired efficiency value of the washing machine is still smaller than the standard efficiency value, the difference between the reacquired efficiency value and the standard efficiency value is 2% and is smaller than 10% of the fault index data, so that the efficiency value of the washing machine is judged to be reduced due to component aging, and therefore the parameters of the efficiency model of the washing machine need to be adjusted until the efficiency value of the washing machine is recovered to the standard efficiency value. If the newly acquired efficiency value of the washing machine is 82%, the difference between the efficiency value and the standard efficiency value is 13% and is larger than the fault index data by 10%, so that the washing machine is judged to have a fault, fault information is generated and sent to the user terminal or maintenance personnel is informed to maintain.
