Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the motion module 300 includes: a track unit 320 and a control unit 310. The motion module 300 provided by the present invention can identify the determination result output by the determination module 200 through the control unit 310, and output a control signal to the track unit 320 according to the determination result, so that the track unit 320 transports the fixture to the fixture reflow region 410 or transports the fixture to the fixture temporary storage region 420, and the control unit 310 can also control the track unit 320 to transport the fixture in the fixture reflow region 410 to the detection module 100 again according to a preset movement instruction, so as to implement real-time monitoring of the working state of the fixture participating in the circulation, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the oven. The track unit 320 provided by the invention can transport the clamps according to the control instruction of the control unit 310, and transport the clamps to the clamp return area 410 and the clamp temporary storage area 420 according to the track preset by the track unit 320, and the track unit 320 can also transport the clamps in the clamp return area 410 to the detection module 100 according to the control instruction of the control unit 310, so that the clamps participating in circulation are moved to the fixed positions required to be detected by the detection module 100, and a detection basis is provided for monitoring the working state of the clamps in real time.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the motion module 300 further comprises: a connecting unit 330, wherein the connecting unit 330 is connected to the rail unit 320, and the connecting unit 330 is used for connecting and fixing the clamp and the rail unit 320; the connection unit 330 is further configured to obtain a user instruction, and rotate the fixture or move the spatial position of the fixture according to the user instruction.
The motion module 300 provided by the invention comprises a connecting unit 330, and the device can connect and fix a clamp to be transported to a track unit 320 through the connecting unit 330, and rotate the clamp or move the spatial position of the clamp through acquiring a user instruction input by a user, so as to provide the working state of the spring in the clamp in different directions, further more comprehensively detect the clamp spring, improve the detection precision of the oven clamp spring detection device, and realize the real-time monitoring of the clamp spring.
In a second aspect, referring to fig. 5, the present invention provides an oven clamp spring detection method applied to an oven clamp spring detection apparatus according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, where the method includes:
s100, a detection information generation step: acquiring detection parameters of a spring of a clamp at a fixed position, and outputting detection information according to a preset detection threshold and the detection parameters;
s200, generating a judgment result according to the detection information;
s300, transporting the clamp to a clamp return area or transporting the clamp to a clamp temporary storage area according to the judgment result;
s400, outputting the clamp in the clamp reflow area to a fixed position, and executing the detection information generation step again.
The oven fixture spring detection method provided by the invention can execute the detection information generation step to obtain the detection parameters of the spring at the fixed position, and match the detection threshold with the detection parameters according to the preset detection threshold to output the detection information; the method can also obtain a judgment result containing the working state information of the clamp to be detected by analyzing the detection information, so that the clamp is classified according to the judgment result, and the clamp is transported to a clamp reflow area or a clamp temporary storage area according to the classified judgment result; the method may further transport the jigs in the jig return region participating in the jig circulation to the prescribed position again to re-execute the detection information generating step. By the method, the working state of the spring in each clamp can be effectively monitored, and the clamps are judged according to the preset detection threshold, so that the clamps meeting the detection requirements are transported to the clamp reflux area to be put into the clamp circulation, and the stable work of the oven equipment is ensured; the method can also be used for transporting the clamps which do not meet the detection requirements to the temporary clamp storage area so as to avoid the phenomenon that part of the clamps which do not meet the requirements continuously participate in clamp circulation, further to cause the clamps to fall off, and reduce the risk of the working stability of the oven. The method can also transport the clamps participating in the clamp circulation to the fixed positions from the clamp backflow area again, and re-execute the detection information generation step, so that the real-time monitoring of the working state of the clamps participating in the circulation is realized, and the working stability of the oven equipment is further ensured.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for implementing the oven fixture spring detection method according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention when the computer executes the computer-executable instructions.
When the computer executes the computer executable instruction, the detection information generation step can be executed to acquire the detection parameters of the spring at the fixed position, and the detection threshold value and the detection parameters are matched according to the preset detection threshold value to output the detection information; the method can also obtain a judgment result containing the working state information of the clamp to be detected by analyzing the detection information, so that the clamp is classified according to the judgment result, and the clamp is transported to a clamp return flow area or a clamp temporary storage area according to the classified judgment result; the method may further transport the jigs in the jig return region participating in the jig circulation to the prescribed position again to re-execute the detection information generating step. By the method, the working state of the spring in each clamp can be effectively monitored, and the clamps are judged according to the preset detection threshold, so that the clamps meeting the detection requirements are transported to the clamp reflux area to be put into the clamp circulation, and the stable work of the oven equipment is ensured; the method can also be used for conveying the clamps which do not meet the detection requirements to the temporary clamp storage area so as to prevent part of the clamps which do not meet the requirements from continuously participating in clamp circulation, further to cause the clamps to fall off, and reduce the risk of the working stability of the oven. The method can also transport the clamp participating in the clamp circulation to the fixed position from the clamp return flow area again, and execute the detection information generation step again, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the working state of the clamp participating in the circulation and further ensure the working stability of the oven equipment.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides an oven apparatus, comprising:
an oven fixture spring detection apparatus as in the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention;
the hanging rack is connected with the motion module and used for placing a product to be treated;
the oven is respectively connected with the detection module and the movement module and is used for processing the product to be processed.
The oven equipment provided by the invention comprises the oven clamp spring detection device, the hanging frame and the oven, wherein the oven clamp spring detection device is used for detecting the spring of the oven clamp spring, the hanging frame is connected with the movement module, and the oven is respectively connected with the detection module and the movement module. With the oven fixture spring detection device according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, the oven device may detect a detection parameter of the fixture spring at the fixed position through the detection module, specifically, the device may test a mechanical parameter of the spring in the fixture at the fixed position, and acquire the detection parameter of the fixture spring through the test. the motion module is respectively connected with the judgment module and the detection module and is used for moving the clamp to a clamp reflux area or moving the clamp to a clamp temporary storage area according to the judgment result; the motion module is further configured to output the fixture within the fixture recirculation zone to the detection module.

the fixture backflow area is connected with the motion module and used for receiving the fixture transported by the motion module when the motion module obtains a first detection result; the clamp reflow region is also used for transporting the clamp in the clamp reflow region to the motion module so that the motion module outputs the clamp in the clamp reflow region to the detection module;
