A preparation method of an organic fertilizer for enhancing crop disease resistance and stress resistance comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components of the crop disease-resistant and stress-resistant enhancing organic fertilizer according to a formula; and putting the mixture into a mixer to be uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture;
(2) stacking the mixture to obtain a mixture pile with the height of 0.75 meter, the length of 1.6 meters and the width of 0.95 meter;

the fermentation raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 130-160 parts of tea seed cakes, 30-60 parts of castor cakes, 20-25 parts of lavender powder, 50-60 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 70-80 parts of soybean meal and 160-180 parts of straw powder.

The crop disease-resistant and stress-resistant-enhancing organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the crop disease-resistant and stress-resistant enhancing organic fertilizer consists of the following components in percentage by weight: a leavening agent: 0.4-0.5%, sterile water: 9-12 percent of the total weight of the fermented material, and the balance of the fermented material;
the fermentation raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 140-160 parts of tea seed cakes, 40-60 parts of castor cakes, 22-25 parts of lavender powder, 55-60 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 75-80 parts of soybean meal and 170-180 parts of straw powder.

The crop disease-resistant and stress-resistant-enhancing organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the crop disease-resistant and stress-resistant enhancing organic fertilizer consists of the following components in percentage by weight: and (3) a leavening agent: 0.45 per mill, sterile water: 10 percent of fermentation raw material and the balance of fermentation raw material;
the fermentation raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 145 parts of tea seed cake, 45 parts of castor cake, 23 parts of lavender powder, 57 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 78 parts of soybean meal and 175 parts of straw powder.
