Abstract
The organic fertilizer for enhancing disease resistance and stress resistance of crops consists of a leavening agent, sterile water and a fermentation raw material, wherein the fermentation raw material is added with a castor cake and lavender powder besides a tea seed cake, so that when the organic fertilizer is used as a rice fertilizer, the organic fertilizer can kill mole cricket, river snail, locust, mud worm, leech, nematode and other pests in a rice field, and can improve lodging resistance and disease resistance of rice; when the fragrant rice fertilizer is used as the fragrant rice fertilizer, the fragrance of the fragrant rice can be improved, and the quality of the fragrant rice can be improved; the invention relates to a method for reasonably controlling C: the N ratio, the content of various nutrient elements of the fermented organic fertilizer is high, the fertilizer efficiency is good, and the organic fertilizer can be applied to rice and fragrant rice and can also be applied to crops such as vegetables, corns, peanuts, sugarcanes and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer fermentation, in particular to an organic fertilizer for enhancing crop disease resistance and stress resistance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The tea seed cake is the cake left after wild camellia oil fruit is pressed. The tea seed cake contains about 18% of tea saponin, the fresh tea seed cake contains more than 20% of tea saponin, and the chemically extracted tea seed cake only contains about 12%. Tea saponin is a hemolytic toxin which can melt red blood cells of fish, so that wild fishes, loaches, snails, mussels, frog eggs, tadpoles and a part of aquatic insects can be killed. The tea saponin is easily dissolved in alkaline water, and has good drug effect by adding a small amount of lime water. Because the protein content of the tea seed cake is higher, the tea seed cake is also a high-efficiency organic fertilizer, is widely applied to the cultivation of crops and fruit trees and has excellent effect. Can play a role in increasing fertilizer for ponds with less sludge and barren bottom materials. The tea seed cake used as the pond clearing medicament has more unique effect than other medicaments. The tea seed cake is widely applied to fish pond cleaning, rice field and high-grade lawn disinsection, earthworm, cutworm and other pests. The tea seed cake as a green medicine can be automatically decomposed without toxicity and residual, has no influence on human body, and is safe to use. The tea seed cake can not kill aquatic weeds, and also has growth promoting effect on aquatic weeds. The tea seed cake has no side effect on prawn and crab larvae, and the pond cleaning by using the tea seed cake can improve the pond discharging rate of the prawn larvae and the young crabs before breeding the prawn larvae and cultivating the young crabs.
Scented rice, commonly referred to as scented rice. Fragrant rice is mostly known in ancient poems and ancient books. The fragrant rice is "fragrant" because of the gene mutation, and the fragrant rice actually contains abnormal genes. In its genetic map, 8 genes are in a "shutdown" state. The key component of the fragrance of the fragrant rice is 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, the gene for controlling the fragrance of the fragrant rice is BADH2, and in the fragrant rice, the gene cannot encode normal protein products due to the deletion of 8 basic groups, so that the accumulation of the 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline is caused, and the fragrant rice is provided. The research shows that proline is a precursor substance of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, so that the proline can be assisted to accumulate proline in the fragrant rice so as to improve the fragrance of the fragrant rice.
At present, the tea seed cakes are commonly used for fermenting and preparing the rice organic fertilizer, and the tea seed cakes can eliminate the insect pests in the rice field, have no toxic or side effect and have good using effect.
The tea seed cake fermented rice fertilizer also has the following problems: the rice fertilizer fermented by the tea seed cakes, the soybean meal powder, the straw powder and other raw materials can eliminate insect pests in the rice field, but the disease resistance and lodging resistance of the rice cannot be increased, the fragrance of the fragrant rice cannot be improved, and the tea seed cake fermented rice fertilizer with more diversified functions still needs to be further developed.
