Abstract

The invention relates to essence oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts by weight of an emollient; 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 50-70 parts by weight of a conditioner. The essential oil can relieve the adverse symptoms of skin redness, stabbing pain, pruritus, red swelling or inflammation and the like. The essential oil is moist and smooth but not greasy, and is easy to apply and absorb. The essential oil can supplement key lipid of the skin in time, repair the skin barrier, reduce the water loss of the skin, inhibit the release of inflammatory factors, promote the synthesis of anti-inflammatory components, protect the skin from different layers and improve the self-repairing capability of the skin.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of skin care, and particularly relates to essential oil.

Background

Due to the reasons of fast pace of life, high pressure, irregular work and rest, serious air pollution, improper skin care mode and the like of modern people, more and more people have more sensitive skin to external change and have uncomfortable symptoms such as reddening, stabbing pain and the like. The essential oil can be applied to nursing of sensitive skin, can repair skin barriers so as to reduce discomfort of the skin, and can play a role in supplementing oil in the skin nursing process.

The existing essential oil can be divided into a type I and a type II according to the formula composition, wherein: the type I is mainly mineral oil; the II type takes synthetic grease or natural grease as a substrate, is compounded with other natural grease and natural essential oil, not only supplements the grease, but also increases the skin care effects of relieving, helping sleep, removing acnes and the like, and improves the hair care effects of combing, softening, luster and the like. The type I essential oil is an enclosed humectant, is heavy in side effect and can supplement skin grease, so that the skin feels greasy, pores are easy to block, and blackheads are caused; the II type essential oil is a mainstream product in the current market due to natural raw materials, multi-source edible plants, ecological environmental protection and various effects.

Vegetable oils and fats are commonly used as the natural oils and fats in type II essential oils, wherein the vegetable oils and fats include avocado oil, wild soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, hazelnut oil, jojoba oil, meadowfoam seed oil, macadamia nut oil, rosa canina oil, castor bean oil and cashew nut oil, and these vegetable oils and fats generally contain saturated fatty acids (e.g., palmitic acid, stearic acid, etc.). Because saturated fatty acid is difficult to absorb, the essential oil has greasy skin feel, is easy to block pores, induces acne and is not suitable for oily skin

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the essential oil which can relieve the adverse symptoms of skin redness, stabbing pain, pruritus, redness and swelling or inflammation and the like, and the essential oil is moist, smooth, not greasy, easy to apply and absorb. The essential oil can supplement key lipid of skin in time, repair skin barrier, reduce water loss of skin, inhibit release of inflammatory factors, promote synthesis of anti-inflammatory components, protect skin from different layers, and improve self-repairing capability of skin.

The invention provides essence oil, in order to ensure that the essence oil is easy to apply and absorb and the skin feel is not greasy, the natural oil adopted in the essence oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, the polyunsaturated fatty acid is easy to absorb, the residue is low, the skin feel is fresh, the essence oil has the effects of resisting inflammation and relieving, and the essence oil is suitable for various skin types and sensitive skin. Once rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential oils tend to deteriorate by oxidation. The higher the polyunsaturated fatty acid content, the higher the skin care value, but the greater the difficulty of the antioxidant technology. The essential oil provided by the invention prevents the oxidation of grease by compounding the components and adding an antioxidant. The antioxidant in the essential oil provided by the invention can resist grease oxidation, and has the effects of moistening and preserving skin, protecting ultraviolet injury and the like.

The invention provides essence oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

10-40 parts of an emollient;

0.01-0.1 part by weight of an antioxidant;

50-70 parts of a conditioner.

Wherein, in order to avoid causing discomfort to the skin and simultaneously increase the refreshing skin feel of the essential oil, the emollient comprises butanediol dicaprylate/dicaprate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, coco-caprylate/caprate and glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), and the emollient is easy to spread when being smeared on the surface of the skin and can moisten and soften the skin.

Wherein the conditioning agent comprises egg oil, ceramide NP, octyldodecanol, tocopherol (vitamin E), bisabolol, vegetable oil and natural essential oil, wherein the vegetable oil comprises RIBES NIGRUM (Ribes NIGRUM) seed oil, sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil unsaponifiable matter and sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil, and the natural essential oil comprises extract of flower/leaf/stem of Elsholtzia bellifolia (Cardiosporus auricula), extract of leaf of Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) and extract of root of Zingiber OFFICINALE (Zingiber officinarum).

Wherein the antioxidant is pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester and ubiquinone.

In one embodiment, the essential oil further comprises an adjuvant, such as an oily solvent, a natural oil, a chelating agent, an emulsifier, a humectant, a thickener, a solubilizer, a rheology modifier, an antioxidant, a whitening agent, an anti-aging agent, a soothing agent, and the like.

In one embodiment, the essential oil further comprises an essence, wherein the essence is at least one of sclareolide, a vegetarian square flower extract, rose oil, a sea buckthorn extract and a thyme extract.

On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the essential oil, which comprises the following steps:

step one, adding an emollient and an antioxidant into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-90 ℃, and stirring until the solid is completely dissolved;

step two, keeping the stirring state (the stirring speed is 30-35r/min), cooling the temperature in the emulsifying pot to 30-32 ℃, adding a conditioner, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;

and step three, sampling and detecting, and filtering and discharging the materials by using double-layer 300-mesh or double-layer 400-mesh filter cloth after the materials are detected to be qualified.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1. in the essential oil provided by the invention, the combination of egg oil, bisabolol, ceramide NP, RIBES NIGRUM (RIBES NIGRUM) seed oil and sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil can deeply permeate and repair the skin, and the gloss and the fineness of the skin are improved, so that the discomfort of the skin is relieved, and the healthy, natural and good skin color is reproduced;

2. the essential oil provided by the invention is fresh and easy to absorb, is not greasy in skin feel, mild and low in irritation, and is suitable for various skin types, has the effect of repairing damaged skin, is high in safety, has a strong moisturizing effect, and can effectively improve the skin problems of users;

3. in the essential oil provided by the invention, the vegetable oil and the natural essential oil can be prepared by adopting a pharmaceutical technology, such as supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, low-temperature cold pressing, ultrasonic/microwave extraction, organic solvent extraction and the like, or traditional heating reflux, cold soaking, percolation, distillation and the like. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The embodiment provides essence oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

32 parts by weight of an emollient comprising butylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, coco-caprylate/caprate and tri (ethyl hexanoate) glyceride;

0.06 parts by weight of an antioxidant comprising pentaerythritol tetrakis (di-tert-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate) and ubiquinone;

62.1 parts by weight of a conditioning agent comprising egg oil, ceramide NP, octyldodecanol, tocopherol (vitamin E), bisabolol, RIBES NIGRUM (Ribes NIGRUM) seed oil, unsaponifiable sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil, extract of flowers/leaves/vines of Elsholtzia bellifolia (Cardiospermum halicacumenum), extract of leaves of Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) and extract of roots of Zingiber OFFICINALE (Zingiber OFFICINALE).

The specific component ratios of the essential oil are shown in table 1.

According to table 1, the preparation method of the essential oil provided in this example includes the following steps:

step one, weighing item A1, mixing in a reaction vessel, heating to 80-90 ℃, and stirring until the solid is completely dissolved;

step two, cooling the material body in the reaction container to 30-32 ℃ under the stirring state (the stirring speed is 30-35r/min), adding item A2, and stirring until the material body is uniform;

and step three, sampling and detecting, and filtering and discharging the qualified product by using double-layer 300-mesh or double-layer 400-mesh filter cloth.

The components used to prepare the essential oils described in this example are all commercially available raw materials.

The essential oil conditioner provided in the embodiment can realize the soothing and repairing, and can relieve the uncomfortable feeling of the skin from different layers. In particular, the essential oil provided in this example can inhibit skin inflammation, inhibit inflammatory factor release, promote synthesis of anti-inflammatory components, repair skin barriers, and achieve skin repair effects, specifically:

1. the egg yolk oil is a general term of fat-soluble functional substances extracted from egg yolk, contains ester substances such as phospholipid, fat-soluble vitamins such as Va, and fatty acids such as DHA and the like necessary for human bodies, can be used for relieving pain, reducing inflammatory reaction, reducing permeability of capillary vessels, improving skin redness, promoting growth of tissues, accelerating wound healing, has good functions of astringing and inhibiting bacterial growth, can moisten skin, improve skin water locking function and enhance skin self-protection capability;

2. ceramide is one of the main lipid components naturally existing between corneocytes, and these lipids, like cement, firmly bind keratinized corneocytes together to form a firm armor like a armor plate on the outer layer of the skin to provide a barrier function, while these intercellular lipids and sebum secreted from sebaceous glands form a sebaceous membrane to protect against external substances. With the increase of age and other reasons, the content of ceramide in the horny layer of the skin is reduced, the barrier function of the skin is damaged, and the essential oil containing the ceramide NP has the barrier function of repairing the skin and resisting external interference. The ceramide NP in the essential oil has a structure similar to that of ceramide 3 in skin and can be better absorbed by a human body, the essential oil containing the ceramide NP can maintain the health of a natural protective layer of the skin, improve the hydration of the skin, reduce the loss of moisture in the skin and make the skin tender for a long time;

3. the RIBES NIGRUM (RIBES NIGRUM) seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and gamma-linoleic acid, the linoleic acid is very important for I-type ceramide, and meanwhile, the generation of proinflammatory factors such as leukotriene can be prevented by inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase; the gamma-linoleic acid can promote the generation of prostaglandin with anti-inflammatory effect;

4. the sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil contains high-content unsaponifiable matter, and can effectively repair dry skin and rebuild skin barrier;

5. the extract of flower, leaf and vine of Ardisia oblonga (Cardiosporum halicaceum) contains active ingredients such as flavonoids, phytosterols and tannins, and can inhibit the formation of phospholipase A2 and cyclooxygenase-2, and reduce inflammation and anaphylaxis;

6. the bisabolol prevents inflammatory reaction by regulating and inhibiting IL-1 alpha and TNF-alpha, and inhibits IL-6& IL-8 so as to reduce redness from the source;

7. the rhizoma Zingiberis recens root extract can inhibit COX-2 and PEG-2 by regulating lipid medium, and reduce red and erythema caused by external factors.

To further illustrate the skin-repairing effect of the essential oil provided by the invention, the following tests were performed on the essential oil provided in example 1:

16 subjects were divided into two groups (test group and control group), 8 subjects each had inflammation on their skin (indicated by reddish areas on the skin surface), the test group applied the essential oil provided in example 1 to the inflamed area twice a day, while the control group applied deionized water twice a day to clean the inflamed area. The mean of the red zone characteristics of the inflamed area was analyzed for two groups of subjects at 0h, 3D, 7D, 14D using an Antera 3D skin imaging, with a red regression representing a facial redness or reduction in inflammation, with the results shown in Table 2. The results of differential analysis of the red zone characteristic counts of the subjects after use of the essential oils are shown in table 3.

It can be determined from tables 2 and 3 that the red zone characteristic counts of the test group and the control group did not have statistical significance (P >0.05) when the essential oil provided in example 1 was used for 3 days and 7 days, and the red zone characteristic counts of the test group and the control group at 14 days had statistical significance (P <0.05), indicating that the inflammatory response could be reduced after the essential oil was used for a period of time.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

4. The essential oil of claim 1, wherein the antioxidants comprise pentaerythritol tetrakis (di-tert-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate) and ubiquinone.

The essential oil of claim 1, wherein the conditioning agent comprises egg oil, ceramide NP, octyldodecanol, tocopherol, bisabolol, RIBES NIGRUM (RIBES NIGRUM) seed oil, unsaponifiable sunflower (heliothis ANNUUS) seed oil, ardisia japonica (CARDIOSPERMUM halicacumenum) flower/leaf/vine extract, rosemary (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS) leaf extract, and ginger (ZINGIBER OFFICINALE) root extract.
