The automatic checking method of the posted account according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 7 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of an automatic reconciliation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the automatic reconciliation method for posting of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S240.
In operation S210, data information of a posting file is acquired. The data information may be understood as specific content information of the account hanging file, such as fields included in the file and business data under the fields.
In operation S220, the data information is analyzed according to a pre-established file organization rule to obtain effective file information, where the effective file information includes m first party posting records and n second party posting records, and m and n are integers greater than or equal to 1. The file organization rule defines field length, field meaning, field type and the like, so that fields in the data information and service data under the fields can be analyzed according to the file organization rule.
For example, fields such as the amount of the borrower, the amount of the borrower's occurrence, the amount of the lender's occurrence, and the amount of the lender's occurrence may be included in the data message. Therefore, as a possible implementation manner, the file valid information obtained by the parsing includes m first-party account records and n second-party account records, where the m first-party account records may include the debit balance and/or the debit generation amount, and the n second-party account records may include the credit balance and/or the credit generation amount. In other words, the m first party account records may be the balance of the borrower, the m first party account records may also be the amount of the borrower, and the m first party account records may also be the balance of the borrower partially, and the other part is the amount of the borrower. Similarly, the n second-party account records may be all credit balance, the n second-party account records may also be all credit generation amount, and part of the n second-party account records may also be credit balance, and the other part may be credit generation amount.
By using the debit balance and/or the debit generation amount as the first party account registration record and using the credit balance and/or the credit generation amount as the second party account registration record, it is convenient to determine r first party account registration records capable of realizing account balancing in the m first party account registration records as the first target account registration record and k second party account registration records capable of realizing account balancing in the n second party account registration records as the second target account registration record according to the m first party account registration records and the n second party account registration records in operation S230 below.
In operation S230, according to m first party account records and n second party account records, r first party account records that can achieve tie-out among the m first party account records are determined as first target account records, and k second party account records that can achieve tie-out among the n second party account records are determined as second target account records, where r and k are integers greater than or equal to 0.
As an implementable manner, as shown in fig. 3, operation S230 determines, according to m first party posting records and n second party posting records, r first party posting records that can achieve tie-out in the m first party posting records as first target posting records, and k second party posting records that can achieve tie-out in the n second party posting records as second target posting records, which specifically includes operation S231 to operation S235.
In operation S231, m first-party ledger records are subjected to addition and permutation combination. The possible permutation and combination modes in the m first-party account records can be determined, taking the first-party account record including the debit balance or the debit generation amount as an example, and then the sum of each permutation and combination can be calculated.
In operation S232, the n second party posting records are added and arranged. The possible permutation and combination modes in the n second-party account records can be determined, taking the second-party account record including the credit balance or the credit generation amount as an example, and then the sum of each permutation and combination can be calculated.
In operation S233, a permutation combination case where m first party ledger records and n second party ledger records are added and equal is determined. For example, m first party posting records are a, b, c, d, e, f, and so on; the n first party posting records are A, B, C, D, E, F, and so on. Assuming that the determined arrangement combination condition that the sum of m first party account records and n second party account records is equal is as follows: a + B ═ C + D and a + C + f ═ B + E.
In operation S234, the r first-party ledger records involved in the case of the permutation combination of which the sums are equal are taken as the first target ledger record. According to operation S233, the first target ledger records may be determined as a, b, c, and f.
In operation S235, the k second party' S posting records involved in the case of the permutation combination of which the sums are equal are taken as the second destination posting record. According to operation S233, the second target posting records may be determined as B, C, D and E.
Therefore, r first side account records capable of realizing the tie-out in the m first side account records can be determined as first target account records and k second side account records capable of realizing the tie-out in the n second side account records can be determined as second target account records according to the m first side account records and the n second side account records through the operation S231 to the operation S235.
In operation S240, the first target posting record and the second target posting record are output to the associated data processing system. It should be noted that, the associated data system may be a business system used by a business person who handles the first target account hanging record and the second target account hanging record, so that the account hanging record which may realize account balancing can be automatically distributed to the relevant business person, a reference is provided for the business person, and the first target account hanging record and the second target account hanging record are reviewed.
According to the automatic checking method of the account hanging, m first party account hanging records and n second party account hanging records are obtained by analyzing the data information of the account hanging file, and then r first party account hanging records capable of realizing the account hanging in the m first party account hanging records are determined to be used as first target account hanging records, k second party account hanging records capable of realizing the account hanging in the n second party account hanging records are determined to be used as second target account hanging records, so that the transaction rolling difference analysis can be carried out on the machine account hanging transaction, and compared with the prior art which relies on a manual transaction rolling difference analysis, the accuracy is greatly improved.
In addition, the first target account hanging record and the second target account hanging record are output to the associated data processing system, the problems that in the prior art, after the host is downloaded in daily end batch, manual processing is relied on for tabulation, account hanging data are distributed to corresponding responsible persons, timeliness is poor and the like are solved, the account hanging records which can possibly achieve account balancing can be automatically distributed to relevant business personnel, reference is provided for the business personnel, the first target account hanging record and the second target account hanging record are rechecked, and therefore effectiveness is greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first party posting record may further include an accounting subject corresponding to the debit balance or the debit occurrence; the second party billing record may also include accounting entries corresponding to credit balances or credit occurrences. It is to be understood that each first party posting record may correspond to an accounting subject and each second party posting record may correspond to an accounting subject. Therefore, after the first target account hanging record and the second target account hanging record are output to the associated data processing system, related business personnel can better check accounts through accounting.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the file valid information may further include a transaction code, and as shown in fig. 4, the automatic reconciliation method for posting further includes operations S310 to S340.
In operation S310, storage information of the hanging account file is acquired, wherein the storage information includes a file name and a file size. It should be noted that the machine account files of the host may be sent to the designated directory of the file storage server in a transmission tool, for example, in an FTP manner, and the designated directory format of the file storage needs to be managed in a standard manner, that is, the file name of the designated directory needs to be consistent with the file name. When the account-hanging file is sent up, a file name is generated according to the name of the transmission tool, the serial number of the host system, the natural date (or the system date). Therefore, the file name and the file size of the account hanging file can be obtained after the account hanging file is uploaded.
In operation S320, the transaction code is matched with a pre-constructed upload file information table including the transaction code and the upload file name corresponding to the transaction code.
In operation S330, when the transaction code is matched in the upload file information table, a file name identical to the upload file name corresponding to the transaction code is determined. Because the data information and the storage information both belong to the same account hanging file, the transaction code analyzed through the data information corresponds to the file name.
In operation S340, when the file size corresponding to the file name is zero and both the first party posting record and the second party posting record are zero, it is determined that the posting reason corresponding to the transaction code is that at least part of the file is missed.
Through the operation S310 to the operation S340, the account hanging reason of missing at least part of the files can be conveniently and automatically positioned, so that the accounting core is automatic and intelligent to the flow; initiating technical analysis aiming at a specific business scene to realize accurate classification and deep excavation of financial risks; by means of the method, investment of account checking cost is effectively saved, and the working efficiency is improved while human resources are saved.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the file valid information may further include a transaction code, and as shown in fig. 5, the automatic reconciliation method for posting further includes operation S410 and operation S420.

The automatic checking apparatus for posting according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to fig. 9 to 10. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended to be in any way limiting of the present disclosure.
The automatic checking device for the hanging account mainly comprises three parts: a host file analysis unit 001, a hanging account reason positioning unit 002 and a target data import unit 003. The host file analysis unit 001 is responsible for analyzing batch account files generated by the accounting system throughout the day, importing the analyzed data and persisting the data to the local; the account hanging reason positioning unit 002 analyzes and processes specific account hanging data, and preliminarily positions account hanging reasons according to a certain algorithm rule; the target data importing unit 003 integrates the information of the fields related to the account hanging reasons on the basis of the original data fields, generates target data and writes the target data into the database. The overall architecture diagram of the automatic checking apparatus for daily end posting of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 9.
The host file analysis unit 001: the unit is responsible for analyzing machine account files generated by the accounting system in batches at the end of a day and writing original account data into a local database. The system comprises the following three processing modules: a file path analysis module 101, a file content processing module 102 and a raw data import module 103.
The file path analysis module 101: the machine account-hanging file of the host machine day end is downloaded to a specified directory of the intermediate file storage server in an FTP mode, and certain standard requirements are made on the target directory format of file storage. Specifically, the specification of "\\ ftphemoe \ host system number \ natural date (system date) \ hanging file name" is satisfied, where test environment information is attached to the host system number. The file path is divided by using \ "and effective information such as testing environment, natural date, system date and the like can be obtained by matching according to the sequence.
The file content processing module 102: and analyzing the machine account files according to file organization rules of the machine account files, wherein the method mainly comprises a field intercepting step and a code system converting step. The file organization rule defines information of field meaning, field type, field length and the like contained in the file. By comparing with the rule, the host file can be analyzed to obtain effective information. However, some fields (such as money classes) in the file generated by the host system are encoded by EBCDIC, which cannot be directly solved, and corresponding code system conversion is required to meet the use requirement.
The raw data import module 103: after the processing of the previous module, effective information including areas, network points, currencies, account numbers, yesterday debit balances, yesterday credit balances, the current day debit generation amounts, the current day credit generation amounts, the current day debit balances, the current day credit balances, transaction codes and the like can be obtained for machine account hanging data, and the module writes the original information into a local platform database, persists to the local and waits for further processing.
Account hanging reason positioning unit 002: the unit analyzes account hanging reasons according to the original account hanging data obtained by the last unit. The system comprises the following three processing modules: the system comprises a file missing judgment module 201, a trade rolling difference analysis module 202 and a unilateral trade confirmation module 203.
The file missing judgment module 201: the judgment of the module is based on an application uploading file information table, and a peripheral application corresponding to a certain transaction code and a file name of a corresponding uploading accounting system are recorded in the table. Therefore, the primary positioning of the account hanging reason can be carried out by downloading all the file lists under the file path at the end of the calendar day. The specific strategy is as follows: reading the daily terminal machine account data, acquiring the transaction code field of the data, searching an application uploading file information table according to the transaction code, and determining the file name. Judging whether the uploading files of each peripheral application in the current date are empty, if the file size is 0 and the loan amount is 0, writing account hanging reasons into 'program problem, missing all files'; if the file size is not 0, the borrowing is not 0 and the borrowing is not equal, the account hanging reason is written into 'program problem, part of files are missed'; the rest of the cases write null.
Transaction rolling difference analysis module 202: on the basis of the file missing judgment module 201, the transaction condition causing uneven loan is further analyzed by using the module. The specific processing logic used is shown in fig. 10.
In the first step, the debit amount and the credit amount of all machine account data are obtained, and the debit amount list1 and the credit amount list2 are respectively formed.
And secondly, respectively calculating the permutation and combination condition (without duplication removal) of the sum of the debit amount list1 and the credit amount list2 according to a permutation and combination formula, and storing the debit amount combination list3 and the credit amount combination list 4.
Third, the same value is found from the debit amount combination list3 and the credit amount combination list4 and stored in list 5.
Fourthly, traversing a certain accumulated sum value in the list5, and finding various possible combination modes from the debit amount list1 and the credit amount list2 by adopting a depth-first search strategy based on a backtracking method, and respectively storing the combination modes into the debit specific combination list6 and the credit specific combination list 7.
And fifthly, respectively searching each debit/credit value of a certain combination result according to the obtained debit specific combination list6 and the credit specific combination list7, and marking as a debit specific amount list8 and a credit specific amount list 9.
At step 6, the accounting title corresponding to the debit amount in list8 and list9 is recorded and stored in the accounting title list 10.
Through the steps, account-hanging records which cause uneven borrowing and lending can be analyzed to be account-hanging transaction components under which accounting subjects, and then business personnel are assisted to position the subjects and account-hanging amount information which cause the account-hanging records to correspond. Therefore, on the basis that the reason why the file missing judgment module 201 locates the 'program problem, missing file', the module supplements the rolling difference information: "borrowing: list10, loan: list10 trade netting is 0 ".
Unilateral transaction confirmation module 203: based on the file missing judgment module 201 and the transaction rolling difference analysis module 202, the module confirms which account-hanging records are caused by single-side transaction and relate to records of single-side transaction codes according to a single-side transaction configuration table, and fills the single-side transaction in the account-hanging reason column. And if the rest of account hanging reasons cannot be positioned through the three modules, the account hanging reasons are marked as 'abnormal account hanging'.
Target data import unit 003: the unit receives the processing results of the host file analyzing unit 001 and the account-hanging reason positioning unit 002, and integrates the analysis of the account-hanging reason positioning unit 002 to obtain the information of the relevant fields of the account-hanging reason and writes the information into the database target table on the basis of processing the original data fields. The system specifically comprises the following two modules: a raw data processing module 301 and a journal reason additional recording module 302.
Raw data processing module 301: the processing steps of the module are divided into two steps: firstly, translating key fields (such as accounting subjects, transaction codes and the like) in original data according to a data dictionary to increase the readability of the data; the second step is that: and associating the information of the personnel department configuration table, and acquiring a responsible department and a responsible person corresponding to a certain account data, so as to be convenient for the distribution and tracking of the subsequent account data.
The hanging account reason additional recording module 302: the module additionally records the account hanging reason information analyzed by the account hanging reason positioning unit 002 into the corresponding specific account hanging data, so as to obtain complete account hanging data information, and persists the information into the database target table.
Therefore, the method and the device can realize the positioning and analysis of account hanging reasons of a large amount of machine account hanging data in the end of day. The reason is analyzed from three aspects of missing host batch files from the periphery, unilateral transaction, automatic transaction error, and the like, so that accounting subject information causing account hanging is provided for business personnel, deep analysis is facilitated, and the work quality of account checking is stably improved.
Among them, this disclosure has realized guaranteeing from the technical side that the financial affairs are checked high quality and high efficiency.
