As shown in fig. 3, the push rod structure 31 includes an adapter 310 fixed to the frame 1, a connecting shaft 312 mounted on the adapter 310, and a push rod 311. One end of the push rod 311 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting shaft, and the other end is rotatably connected with the screw rod 302. The rollgang 2 includes an extension 20 (see fig. 1) extending downward, and the extension 20 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting shaft 312. The electric cylinder 30 is fixedly installed at one side of the frame 1, and the counterweight device 33 is installed at the other side of the frame 1.
According to the roller conveyor 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the counterweight device 33 is arranged to balance the weight of the roller conveyor 2 during the lifting overweight of the roller conveyor 2, so that an auxiliary effect is achieved, and the power of the push rod 311 or the electric cylinder 30 is reduced; when descending, the roller conveyor 2 is prevented from falling and impacting too much.
As shown in fig. 1, the rollgang 2 includes a roller frame 20, a plurality of rollers 21 provided on the roller frame 20, and a first motor (not shown) connected to the rollers 21 via a transmission chain.
When the roller conveyor 100 of the embodiment of the invention works, the electric cylinder 30 drives the screw rod to perform reciprocating linear motion along the horizontal direction, so that the push rod 31 is pushed to rotate, and when the push rod 31 rotates, the roller conveyor 2 is jacked up to perform switching of a gypsum board A or fall down to the roller conveyor 2.

The electric cylinder 30 is adopted by the lifting mechanism 3 of the roller conveyor 100 of the gypsum board conveying equipment, the electric cylinder 30 is a modular product which is integrally designed by a servo motor and a lead screw, and the selective motion of the servo motor is converted into execution operation to realize high-precision linear motion.
