Through the matching of the structures such as the first bevel gear 302, the base plate 601, the special-shaped column 801, the special-shaped rod 901 and the like, when sewage is discharged to the sewage tank 2, the base plate 601 can be driven to rotate and the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 can be driven to rotate in the opposite direction, the horizontal reciprocating movement of the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 relative to the sewage tank 2 can be realized through the matching of the magnetic plate, and further the contact positions of the sewage and the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 can be continuously adjusted, so that all areas on the filter screen 602 and the filter element 603 can be in direct contact with the sewage, the adhesion of waste on a single area is reduced, the maximum utilization of the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 is realized, and the long-term stable filtering effect is ensured; because the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 are arranged to be movable, the filter element 603 and the filter screen 602 with larger assembly area are not required on the basis of ensuring the filtering effect, thereby saving the working cost and increasing the available space in the sewage tank 2. The wastes on the filter screen 602 can be loosened by frictional contact in the moving process of the filter screen 602 to the bristles 703, and the loosened wastes can be removed in the moving process of the filter screen 602 away from the bristles 703, so that the filtering effect of the filter screen 602 is ensured, the service life of the whole body is prolonged, namely, the reciprocating movement of the filter screen 602 and the filter element 603 not only realizes the adjustment of the contact area with the sewage, but also can realize the cleaning of the filter screen 602, and the functionality is stronger; meanwhile, the purified water in the sewage tank 2 can be conveyed back to the clean water tank 12, so that the clean water is recycled, energy is saved, the environment is protected, and more requirements in practical use are met.
