the raw materials of the sand-containing continuous phase comprise: 6 parts of Valida S171C nano cellulose, 9 parts of water, 75 parts of Vanha 8081 acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of Suzhou Va ya 40-80 meshes snow white quartz sand, and 6 parts of Suzhou Va ya 80-120 meshes snow white quartz sand;
0.2 part by weight of famous black pulp and 0.8 part by weight of famous black pulp;
uniformly mixing and dispersing raw materials in the granulating liquid to obtain the granulating liquid;
uniformly mixing and dispersing raw materials in the sand-containing base paint to obtain the sand-containing base paint;
mixing and dispersing all raw materials in the sand-containing continuous phase uniformly to obtain the sand-containing continuous phase;
mixing the sand-containing base paint according to the proportion of 3: 1: the paint is characterized in that the paint is divided into three parts according to the proportion of 1, the three parts are respectively marked as A, B, C components, the component A is used as white base paint without adding color paste, the component B is used as black base paint with the addition of 0.8 part by weight of black paste, and the component C is used as gray base paint with the addition of 0.2 part by weight of black paste.
Adding the three color-mixing base paints into a granulating liquid, slowly adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to 800-1200 rpm/min, and performing point-cutting granulation by using a four-blade paddle, wherein the longer the granulating time is, the faster the rotating speed is, the smaller the obtained color point is, the 800-turn point-cutting is 3min, the 1000-turn point-cutting is 4min, and the 1200-turn point-cutting is 5min to obtain the color point;
and mixing and dispersing the color points and the sand-containing continuous phase to obtain the true stone paint-like granite multicolor paint.
And (3) loading the stone-like paint granite multicolor paint into a multicolor spray gun with the caliber of 3.5mm for spraying to obtain a finished product as shown in figure 3.
Test example
The stone-like paint granite multicolor coatings obtained in the embodiments 1 and 3 are constructed in a spraying mode, the stone-like paint granite multicolor coating obtained in the embodiment 2 is constructed in a batch scraping mode, and the test is carried out by adopting the HG/T4343-2012 test standard, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.

15-20 parts of granulating liquid, 45-75 parts of toning sand-containing base paint and 15-35 parts of sand-containing continuous phase;
the granulation liquid comprises the following raw materials: 3-8 parts of colorful protective adhesive powder and 85-96 parts of water;
the sand-containing base paint comprises the following raw materials: 40-70 parts of water, 3-5 parts of filler, 20-30 parts of acrylic acid copolymer emulsion, 10-15 parts of colorful protective adhesive powder and 5-30 parts of quartz sand;
the raw material composition of the sand-containing continuous phase comprises: 3-6 parts of cellulose ether, 9-25 parts of water, 60-75 parts of acrylic emulsion and 5-20 parts of quartz sand;
the addition amount of the color paste of each color is 0-1 part by weight.
2. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 1,
the granulation liquid also comprises the following raw materials: 0.1-0.2 parts of a bactericide;
the raw material composition of the sand-containing base paint also comprises at least one of the following components: 0.5-1.5 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.2-0.5 parts of a dispersing wetting agent, 0.3-0.6 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-1.5 parts of cellulose ether, 0.05-0.2 parts of a pH regulator, 0.5-1 part of glass beads and 0.2-0.3 parts of a bactericidal preservative;
the raw material composition of the sand-containing continuous phase also comprises at least one of the following components: 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 2.5-3 parts of film-forming agent, 5-10 parts of antifreezing agent and 0.5-0.7 part of bactericide.
3. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 2,
the antifreezing agent is 1, 2-propylene glycol;
the glass microspheres are thermoplastic microspheres with the particle size of less than or equal to 10 micrometers;
the film forming agent is at least one of an alcohol ester film forming agent, an alcohol ether film forming agent and an alcohol ether ester film forming agent.
4. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 3,
the alcohol ester film former is selected from at least one of dodecyl alcohol ester, hexadecyl alcohol ester and octadecyl alcohol ester;
the alcohol ether film-forming agent is ethylene glycol butyl ether and/or propylene glycol phenyl ether;
the ether ester film former is at least one selected from ethylene glycol methyl ether acetate, ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, propylene glycol butyl ether acetate, butanediol butyl ether acetate and hexanediol butyl ether acetate.
5. The stone-like paint granite coating without the addition of natural colored sand of claim 1 where the multicolor protective glue powder is a white powdery lithium magnesium silicate colloidal material.
6. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 1, wherein the filler is selected from at least one of titanium dioxide, kaolin and quartz sand.
7. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 1 where the cellulose ether is hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or nanocellulose.
8. The stone-like paint granite coating without the addition of natural colored sand as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the quartz sand is 40-120 meshes.
9. The stone-like paint granite coating without natural color sand addition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the acrylic acid copolymer emulsion to the acrylic acid emulsion is (10-20): (10-20).
10. The method for applying the stone-like paint granite coating without adding natural colored sand as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the application method is spraying or blade coating.
