The invention discloses a ceramic roller press with multi-rotary-head switching, which is provided with at least two groups of rotary tables, wherein a multi-station rotary wheel driven by a translation mechanism is arranged above the workbench, rotary heads corresponding to the rotary tables are distributed in the multi-station rotary wheel, the back of the multi-station rotary wheel is connected with a first motor in a shaft mode, each rotary head passes through the multi-station rotary wheel through a connecting shaft to be connected with a corresponding planetary gear in the multi-station rotary wheel, a crown gear is arranged in front of the multi-station rotary wheel and can be linked with the planetary gear, the crown gear is driven by a second motor, the translation mechanism is connected with the first motor through a U-shaped connecting rod, the second motor is connected with electromagnets corresponding to the rotary heads, and a spring is arranged at the connecting shaft section of each rotary head between the planetary gear and the multi-station rotary wheel. According to the invention, the gap manually removed after the pug is molded is utilized, rolling molding can be continuously carried out on pugs with different shapes on another station through switching the rotating head, one machine is multipurpose, the sustainability is strong, the efficiency is effectively improved, and the equipment cost is reduced.

Background
The roll forming is a forming method of ceramic blanks, the roll forming is developed from the spin forming, and rotary forming is adopted to replace a cutter as a main forming part, so that the roll forming is similar to the film rolling forming. The existing roll forming machine needs to be manually operated, mud materials are usually picked up manually and put into a forming die, then a turntable is transferred to a workbench, and roll forming is carried out by a roll press. The rolling machine is usually a rotary table with a rotary head corresponding to the rotary table, works in a single working position, and needs to put pug into the rotary table manually, the rotary head on the machine correspondingly falls into the rotary table to roll-shape the pug, then the shaped pug and the rotary table are required to be manually removed, new pug and the rotary table are required to be loaded again, so that the efficiency is not high, and if ceramic products with different shapes are required to be produced, rolling equipment with a plurality of different rotary heads and rotary tables is required, and the cost is high.

A first bearing is arranged between the spring and the planetary gear.
The electromagnet of the present invention is provided with a second bearing corresponding to the end of the planetary gear.
The second bearing of the invention is a convex bearing, and the balls inside the second bearing are made of plastic materials.
The first motor of the invention is a forward and reverse motor.
Each turntable is driven by a corresponding third motor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention is a ceramic roller press with multiple-turning-head switching, which has at least two groups of turning-wheels 1 located on a workbench 10, a multi-station turning-wheel 3 driven by a translation mechanism 2 is configured above the workbench 1, turning-heads 4 corresponding to the turning-wheels 1 are distributed in the multi-station turning-wheel 3, a first motor 31 is connected to the back of the multi-station turning-wheel 3 in a shaft manner, and the first motor 31 drives the multi-station turning-wheel 3 to rotate, so as to drive the multiple turning-heads 4 to rotate for switching. Specifically, each rotating head 4 passes through the multi-station rotating wheel 3 through a connecting shaft to be connected with the corresponding planetary gear 41 inside, the crown gear 42 is configured in front of the multi-station rotating wheel 3 and can be linked with the planetary gear 41, the crown gear 42 is driven by the second motor 32, namely, the crown gear 42 is driven to rotate through the second motor 32, so that each planetary gear 41 is driven to rotate, and finally, each rotating head 4 can rotate.
The translation mechanism 2 is connected with the first motor 31 and the second motor 32 through the U-shaped connecting rod 21, the translation mechanism 2 can be a crawler conveying mechanism, and the connecting components of the first motor 31 and the second motor 32 are driven to translate through the connecting rod 21, so that the multi-station rotating wheel 3 can work corresponding to each rotating disc 1.
The connecting rod 21 should be provided with a cylinder, that is, after the stations are switched, the rotary head 4 is sunk and needs to enter the corresponding rotary table 1 to perform rolling operation, so that the cylinder provides vertical displacement of the whole multi-station rotary wheel 3 and the connecting parts thereof.
In order to reduce energy consumption and avoid idle work of other rotating heads when one rotating head 4 works, a clutch mechanism is needed to be arranged in the multi-station rotating wheel 3, namely, an electromagnet 5 corresponding to the direction of each rotating head 4 is arranged in the multi-station rotating wheel 3, a spring 40 is arranged at a connecting shaft section of the rotating head 4 between the planetary gear 41 and the multi-station rotating wheel 3, the multi-station rotating wheel 3 does not need to perform circumferential rotation, the rotating head 4 is generally provided with 3 different shapes, the first motor 31 is a forward and backward rotating motor, the multi-station rotating wheel 3 can perform back and forth rotation switching in an angle of 180 degrees, the electromagnet 5 is connected with an external power supply end through a wire, when one rotating head 4 is needed to work, the corresponding electromagnet 5 is electrified to generate magnetism, the planetary gear 41 in front of the electromagnet is attracted, the planetary gear 41 is enabled to move and mesh with the crown gear 42, and the rotating head 4 can be driven to rotate.
In order to avoid friction between the planetary gear 41 and the corresponding spring 40 during rotation, a first bearing a is provided between the spring 40 and the planetary gear 41, and the two are rotatable relative to each other by the first bearing a.
Similarly, in order to avoid friction of the electromagnet 5 after the planetary gear 41 is attracted, a second bearing B is disposed at the end of the electromagnet 5 corresponding to the planetary gear 41, and preferably the second bearing B is a convex bearing, and when the electromagnet 5 is electrified to generate strong magnetism, the second bearing B is also magnetized and keeps rotating relatively after the planetary gear 41 is attracted.
The balls in the second bearing B are made of plastic, so that the sliding effect of the sliding structure in the second bearing B can be avoided, and the inner balls are replaced by plastic, so that the second bearing B can work normally.
Each turntable 1 is driven by a corresponding third motor 11, that is, each turntable 1 can independently rotate to work, when a first turntable works, the translation mechanism 2 drives the multi-station runner 3 to translate, in the process, the multi-station runner 3 is driven by the first motor 31 to rotate and switch, an electromagnet corresponding to the originally working turntable is powered off, a planetary gear is reset, the electromagnet corresponding to the turntable which needs to work is powered on, the planetary gear is engaged with the crown gear 42, after the switching is completed, the second motor 32 works to enable the turntable to rotate, and the pugs in the corresponding turntable 1 are roll-molded.
