Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of nursing recovery, and particularly relates to a drainage nursing bed for abdominal cavity treatment.
Background
The drainage tube is a medical instrument which is used for clinical surgery drainage, is placed in a human body operation area or a body cavity by utilizing a siphon or negative pressure suction principle and passes out of the body through a skin incision, and guides pus, blood and liquid accumulated in human tissues or the body cavity to the body, thereby preventing postoperative infection and promoting wound healing. The surgical drainage tube used clinically has a plurality of types, and is used for catheterization, and is used for wounds, thoracic cavities, brain cavities, gastrointestinal tracts, biliary tracts and the like.
At present, after abdominal surgery, one end of the drainage tube is sewed in the patient, and the other end is communicated with the drainage bag which is hung on a sickbed, so that the height of the drainage bag is kept lower than that of the lying patient. The utility model has the advantages that 1, a patient lies on a sickbed for a long time, and when turning over or moving arms, the drainage tube is easily pulled or extruded, so that the drainage tube or a wound is damaged; 2. the existing sickbed basically turns over along the front and back directions of the sickbed, and for patients after abdominal surgery, an auxiliary lateral structure in the left and right directions is more needed after long-time lying; 3. the sickbed assisting in turning over in the left-right direction is easier to damage the drainage tube, and when the drainage tube cannot rotate along with a patient at the same time, pain is easily caused to the wound of the patient.

the left and right sides of bedstead 1 all rigid coupling is had first guide bar 14 that is on a parallel with bedstead 1 length direction, and the last sliding block 15 that is provided with of first guide bar 14, first sliding block 15 and first support 6 rigid coupling.
In this embodiment, drainage tube installation piece rigid coupling is on first installation area, and first installation area can rotate in first support to drive the drainage tube installation piece and carry out circumferential rotation around the disease, first transmission tooth on the first installation area is as transmission structure, can be connected with driving equipment transmission such as motor, realizes automated work. The first support is slidably arranged in the first guide rod, and when a patient gets on or gets off the bed, the first support is only required to be slid to the position of the bed head, so that the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, the mattress rotating unit comprises a first ejector rod 16 and a second ejector rod 17 with the same length, wherein the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17 are respectively positioned below two mattresses 2, and the moving direction of the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17 is perpendicular to the two mattresses 2; the lower parts of two opposite side walls of the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17 are provided with second transmission teeth 18;
the mattress rotating unit further comprises a balance plate 19, the left end and the right end of the balance plate 19 are respectively positioned below the bottom end surfaces of the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17, the central part of the balance plate 19 is hinged on a hinged plate 20, the hinged plate 20 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of a first mounting plate 21, and the first mounting plate 21 is mounted on the bed frame 1 and positioned below the mattress 2;
a first gear 22 is arranged at the central position between the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17, an even number of transmission pinion gears 23 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first gear 22, and the first gear 22 can be respectively meshed with the second transmission teeth 18 on the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17 through the transmission pinion gears 23; when the balance plate 19 is in the balance position, both of the drive pinions 23 near the first jack 16 and the second jack 17 mesh with the topmost one of the second drive teeth 18.
In this embodiment, the first ejector pin and the second ejector pin are used as a transmission structure for turning over the mattress, and provide a power source for turning over the mattress. When in use, the motor is meshed with the second transmission gear on the first ejector rod or the second ejector rod, so that the first ejector rod or the second ejector rod is lifted, and one mattress is turned over. Because the second transmission teeth on the first ejector rod and the second ejector rod are incomplete, when the balance rod is in a balanced state, the motor drives the transmission pinion to rotate, and if the rotation direction of the transmission pinion is used for descending the adjacent first ejector rod of the transmission pinion, the transmission pinion only meshes with the highest tooth in the state, so that the first ejector rod cannot descend; the second ejector rod is driven by the transmission pinion to rise, the balance state of the balance rod is destroyed, and the first ejector rod descends along with the balance rod; when the second ejector rod needs to descend, the first gear is reversed, the first gear drives the second ejector rod to descend through the transmission pinion, the mattress also descends in a following mode, and when the second ejector rod descends to the balance rod to restore balance, the first ejector rod, the second ejector rod and the balance rod are all restored to the balance state. At this time, the first gear can be rotated in any direction to start the new mattress turning control. The direction of mattress upset and the angle of upset are by first gear control, and first gear is coaxial with the second gear, can make the rotation direction and the angle of drainage tube pivoted piece all keep unanimous with the mattress through adjusting the tooth ratio, and even number transmission pair tooth has guaranteed that the rotation direction of drainage tube is unanimous with the upset direction of mattress all the time.
