the mattress rotating unit also comprises a balance plate 19, the left end and the right end of the balance plate 19 are respectively positioned below the bottom end surfaces of the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17, the center part of the balance plate 19 is hinged on a hinged plate 20, the hinged plate 20 is fixedly connected on the upper end surface of a first mounting plate 21, and the first mounting plate 21 is mounted on the bedstead 1 and positioned below the mattress 2;
a first gear 22 is arranged at the central position between the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17, an even number of transmission pinion gears 23 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first gear 22, and the first gear 22 can be respectively meshed with the second transmission teeth 18 on the first ejector rod 16 and the second ejector rod 17 through the transmission pinion gears 23; when the balance plate 19 is in the balance position, both the two driving pinions 23 near the first and second rams 16, 17 are engaged with the topmost one of the second driving teeth 18.
In the embodiment, the first ejector rod and the second ejector rod are used as transmission structures for turning the mattress, and power sources are provided for turning the mattress. When the mattress is used, the motor is meshed with the second transmission gear on the first ejector rod or the second ejector rod, so that the first ejector rod or the second ejector rod is lifted, and one mattress is turned over. Because the second transmission teeth on the first ejector rod and the second ejector rod are incomplete, when the balancing rod is in a balanced state, the motor drives the transmission pinion to rotate, and for the first ejector rod adjacent to the transmission pinion, if the transmission pinion descends along the rotating direction, the first ejector rod cannot descend because the transmission pinion only engages with one tooth with the highest position in the state; the second ejector rod is driven by the transmission pinion to rise, the balance state of the balance rod is damaged, and the first ejector rod descends along with the balance rod; when the second ejector rod needs to descend, the first gear is reversely rotated, the first gear drives the second ejector rod to descend through the transmission pinion, the mattress also descends along with the second ejector rod, and when the second ejector rod descends to the balance rod to restore balance, the first ejector rod, the second ejector rod and the balance rod all restore to a balance state. At the moment, the mattress turning control of a new round can be started by rotating the first gear in any direction.
