Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to a blue-to-black disperse dye composition and a dye product.
(II) background of the invention
Spandex-containing stretch fabrics are very popular in domestic and foreign markets. The product has the advantages of high elasticity, excellent resilience, soft hand feeling, comfortable wearing, easy sweat absorption, no static electricity generation and the like. Disperse dyes are mainly adopted for dyeing the polyester/polyurethane elastic fabric, and because a plurality of disperse dyes have high affinity and good dyeability to spandex, the disperse dyes are seriously infected with the spandex. During the fastness test, disperse dyes stained on spandex are easy to migrate out of the fiber, and the wet treatment fastness of the terylene/spandex textile is influenced. Many disperse dyes have good fastness to rubbing, washing and light on terylene, but the fastness on spandex can only reach a medium level, so that products with high requirements on the fastness have a great problem in dyeing processing. The prior document CN106497140A and the like provides a blue-black series dye composition excellent in various fastness properties, but there is still room for further improvement.

The invention provides application of the blue-to-black disperse dye product in dyeing or printing hydrophobic fiber materials.
The dye product prepared by the dye composition can dye hydrophobic fiber materials (such as polyester and blended fabrics thereof, such as polyester/polyurethane blended fabrics) in a conventional mode in the industry, such as a common dip dyeing method or a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, and can also be used for direct printing. Wherein, the common dip-dyeing method comprises the steps of pretreating the hydrophobic fiber material, putting the hydrophobic fiber material into a dye vat for dip-dyeing, washing the hydrophobic fiber material to be neutral by cold water after dyeing, wringing, reducing, washing and drying; the direct printing is to carry out dyeing pretreatment, drying and setting on the fabric, print disperse dye color paste on a printing machine, then carry out steaming, fix the color of the dye on the fabric by using a steaming mode, finally wash and tenter setting.
When the blue-to-black disperse dye composition and the dye product provided by the invention are applied to dyeing of hydrophobic fiber materials, the blue-to-black disperse dye composition and the dye product have the characteristics of good lifting force, low dyeing cost, excellent fastness to rubbing, washing and sublimation, and the like.

55 g of a compound of formula (I-2), 20 g of a compound of formula (II-1), 20 g of a compound of formula (III-1), 5 g of disperse red 82 and 250 g of dispersing agent MF, and 200 g of water are mixed, ground, dispersed and spray-dried to obtain a finished product, wherein the finished product can provide a navy color tone of fabrics.
Comparative example 1:
example 1 in CN106497140A was taken as comparative example 1.
Dyeing example 1:
respectively weighing 2 g of the disperse dye prepared in the examples 1-31 and the dye prepared in the comparative example 1, treating the polyester/ammonia mixed fabric by adopting a conventional high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, controlling the dyeing depth (o.w.f) to be 4.0 percent, controlling the bath ratio to be 1: 50, adjusting the pH value of a dyeing bath to be 4-5, dyeing at room temperature, heating to 130 ℃ at the rate of 1 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 45min, reducing, cleaning, washing, drying and cooling to 70 ℃ according to a conventional method, and taking out. Observing the color of the sample cloth, adopting international standards ISO 105-X12 and AATCC 61-2A, ISO 105-P01 to respectively test the fastness to rubbing, washing and sublimation, and providing uniform blue to black dyed fabrics with good fastness performance, as shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
And (3) lifting force comparison:
the composite disperse dyes prepared in the most recent example 22 and comparative example 1 of the present invention were dyed at different dyeing levels according to the method of dyeing example 1, and the dyeing levels were 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%, respectively. The lifting force was tested according to the GB/T2397-2012 standard and the results are shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the lift of the dye of the present invention is superior to that of comparative example 1.
Compared with the disperse dye in the comparative example 1, the disperse blue-black dye composition provided by the invention has low cost, the cost for dyeing one ton of fabrics can be reduced by 300-500 yuan, obvious economic benefits are generated, and when the disperse blue-black dye composition is applied to dyeing of polyester/polyurethane fabrics, the dye has excellent fastness performance and lifting power, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and production.
