Abstract
The invention discloses a disperse blue-black dye mixture and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the colors are blue to dark blue, navy blue and black, and the dye mixture comprises a component A, a component B, a component C, a component D and an auxiliary agent thereof, wherein the mass percentages of the colors in the mixture are different according to the colors, and the dye mixture mainly comprises 10-90% of the component A, 1-20% of the component B, 1-50% of the component C, 0-30% of the component D and the auxiliary agent. The dye mixture is mainly used for dyeing and printing polyester fibers and fabrics thereof as well as blended fabrics, and has higher wet processing fastness in dyeing and printing.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disperse dyes, relates to a dye mixture and preparation thereof, and more particularly relates to a dye mixture and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing of environmental protection requirements, the pressure of wastewater treatment in a printing and dyeing mill is further increased, and managers in the printing and dyeing mill want to reduce the washing color depth of dyed fabrics as much as possible so as to achieve a lower wastewater treatment pressure, and the reclaimed water after simple treatment can be continuously recycled to the dyeing process. The reuse of reclaimed water reduces the waste of water resources and improves the running efficiency of water, and directly reduces the cost pressure of a printing and dyeing mill.
With great challenges faced by dye suppliers in the process of product export, customers not only require the product to have certain environmental protection, but also require the product to have higher economy in the use process. In recent two years, domestic and foreign markets put forward the dye requirement with high washing effect, the dyed fabric after soaping or washing is required to have consistent or similar color difference grade, and the soaping or washing bottom water is required to have certain color requirement, namely the residual dye amount in the soaping liquid or the washing liquid is required to be as small as possible, and the level of clearness or even transparency is required to be achieved. Especially in medium and dark color products, the market is more and more favored to dye varieties with high washing fastness and low washing liquid concentration.
When the disperse dye is dark, the textile with larger dye consumption can obtain deeper color, and after the textile is dyed by the dark dye, the surface of the textile can carry more loose color due to the larger dye consumption, thereby bringing certain influence to the cleaning and using processes. The washing fastness of common dark color textiles in the using process is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a disperse blue-black dye mixture and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the dye mixture has a color covering blue, dark blue, navy blue, black and other medium-dark color systems, is suitable for dyeing and printing of knitted polyester fabrics, woven fabrics and blended fabrics thereof, can ensure that textiles obtain better washing fastness on the premise of ensuring that other fastness indexes are not reduced, can be spliced into a new dye with good application performance, has good dye sublimation resistance, has higher dry and wet rubbing fastness after dyeing, has excellent perspiration fastness and good washing fastness, and is suitable for dip dyeing, hot melt dyeing and printing of the knitted polyester fabrics and the blended fabrics thereof.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate is a dispersant MF, and the sodium lignosulfonate comprises lignin S-28 and 85A.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the color of the dye mixture is blue, navy blue or black.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the disperse blue-black dye mixture, which comprises the following steps: mixing the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the auxiliary agent according to the formula amount by dry powder to obtain a dye mixture;
alternatively, it comprises: according to the formula, the mixture of the component A, the component B, the component C and the component D and an auxiliary agent are added with glass beads, water or a surfactant, ground by using a sand mill, and spray-dried to obtain a dye mixture.
The invention also provides application of the disperse blue-black dye mixture, and the dye mixture is used for dyeing and printing polyester fibers and fabrics thereof, and blended fabrics.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the dye mixture has the colors of blue, dark blue, navy blue, black and other medium and dark color systems, is suitable for dyeing and printing of polyester knitted fabrics, woven fabrics and blended fabrics thereof, and can ensure that the textiles obtain better washing fastness on the premise of ensuring that other fastness indexes are not reduced;
2) the dye mixture can be blended into a new dye with good application performance, and the dye has good sublimation fastness;
3) after the dye mixture is used for dyeing, the textile has higher dry and wet rubbing fastness, excellent perspiration fastness and good washing fastness, and is suitable for dip dyeing, hot melt dyeing and printing of terylene and blended fabrics thereof;
4) the benzyl or benzoyl chloride group is introduced into the dye structure, so that the affinity of the dye and the fiber is improved, the washing fastness of the dye is improved, the production cost of the dye is reduced, and the price of the dye is lower than that of commercial high-washing-fastness commercial dye.

A commercial high-fastness disperse black dye HWT is used as a comparative example 1, the dyeing depth is 4 percent (o.w.f.) for comparison, dye isocratic dyeing is carried out by using examples 1-9, dip dyeing is carried out in a dye bath with the pH value of 4.5 and the bath ratio is 1:20 at a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing machine, the dye is kept for 45min at the temperature of 130 ℃, then reduction cleaning is carried out, heat setting is carried out for 30s at the temperature of 180 ℃, after dyeing, the Integ values of the examples 1-9 are basically approximate to that of the comparative example 1, and various fastness tests are carried out, and the results are shown in a table 2 and a table 3: the detection method comprises the following steps:

As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the disperse blue-black dye mixture has excellent color fastness, is consistent with the commercially available high-fastness disperse black HWT fastness, and is suitable for the dyeing performance requirements of polyester extremely blended fabrics.

9. A method of preparing a disperse blue to black dye mixture according to claim 1, comprising: mixing the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the auxiliary agent according to the formula amount by dry powder to obtain a dye mixture;
alternatively, it comprises: adding the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the auxiliary agent into glass beads, water or a surfactant according to the formula amount, grinding by using a sand mill, and spray drying to obtain a dye mixture.
