According to the plate retracting and releasing machine, the jig feeding temporary storage mechanism 2 and the jig discharging temporary storage mechanism 4 are arranged, so that the tray 18 can hover at a designated position and is temporarily stored, the continuous operation of the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 and the discharging jig lifting mechanism 12 of the tray 18 is not influenced, the plate retracting and releasing machine can be ensured to work continuously, and the working efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the tray 18 and the box 19 are shared, so that the universality is high.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7 includes a first jig conveying belt 701 and a jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 disposed below the first jig conveying belt 701, the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 is fixed to the frame 1, the first jig conveying belt 701 is fixed to a lifting end of the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702, and the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 drives the first jig conveying belt 701 to move up and down. Since the blanking jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 and the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7 have the same structure, the blanking jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the feeding mechanism further includes a first positive positioning mechanism 13 and a second positive positioning mechanism 14, the first positive positioning mechanism 13 is located at two sides above the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the first positive positioning mechanism 13 is used for positive shooting of the tray 18/box 19 on the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the second positive positioning mechanism 14 is disposed at two sides above the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8, and the second positive positioning mechanism 14 is used for positive shooting of the tray 18/box 19 on the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8. Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, an NG board temporary storage station is further disposed in the rack 1, and the PCB board transplanting mechanism 5 places an unqualified PCB board into the NG board temporary storage station.
