Specifically, the edge searching mechanism 12 comprises a fixing frame 1201, a translation module 1202, a moving frame 1203 and two edge searching sensors 1204, the fixing frame 1201 is fixed with the frame 1 and the translation module 1202 respectively, the moving frame 1203 is connected with the movable end of the translation module 1202, the two edge searching sensors 1204 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the moving frame 1203 and face the PCB conveying mechanism 7, the translation module 1202 drives the two edge searching sensors 1204 to move back and forth through the moving frame 1203, the two edge searching sensors 1204 search for the edges of the PCB, the edges of the PCB are identified in a two-point one-line mode, and whether the PCB is deviated or not is judged.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, a first automatic lifting door 13 and a second automatic lifting door 14 are disposed on a rack 1, the first automatic lifting door 13 is located at the front end of a first lower car loading and unloading station, the second automatic lifting door 14 is located at the front end of a second lower car loading and unloading station, and hooks 1301 for lifting the outer cover or outer cover door of the lower car 11 are disposed at the front ends of the first automatic lifting door 13 and the second automatic lifting door 14. Meanwhile, a positioning cylinder 1503 and a blocking cylinder 1504 are sequentially arranged at the front end of the trolley guide bar 1501 from front to back, a positioning bar 1505 for positioning the low vehicle 11 is arranged at the movable end of the positioning cylinder 1503, a blocking bar 1506 for blocking the low vehicle 11 is arranged at the movable end of the blocking cylinder 1504, and a low vehicle sensor 1507 for sensing the position of the low vehicle 11 is arranged on the blocking bar 1506. Through the above-described setting of the positioning cylinder 1503, the stop cylinder 1504, the positioning bar 1505, the stop bar 1506 and the low car sensor 1507, the accurate taking and placing of the outer cover of the low car 11 by the hook 1301 can be ensured.
When the low car 11 with the outer cover enters the first low car loading and unloading station or the second low car loading and unloading station, taking the first low car loading and unloading station as an example, the car blocking cylinder 1504 is started, the car blocking strip 1506 extends to block the low car 11 firstly, the low car 11 is not allowed to enter, the low car sensor 1507 senses the low car 11, the positioning cylinder 1503 is started, the positioning strip 1505 extends to accurately fix the low car 11, the low car 11 cannot move, then the first automatic lifting door 13 lifts the outer cover or the outer cover door by using the hook 1301 on the door, after the first automatic lifting door is lifted in place, the car blocking cylinder 1504 retracts the car blocking strip 1506, the positioning cylinder 1503 retracts the positioning strip 1505, and the low car 11 can enter the first low car loading and unloading station. After the low car 11 is withdrawn from the first low car loading and unloading station, the car blocking cylinder 1504 is started again, the car blocking strip 1506 extends to block the low car 11, the positioning cylinder 1503 is started after the low car sensor 1507 senses the low car 11, the positioning strip 1505 extends to accurately fix the low car 11, the low car 11 cannot move, and then the first automatic lifting door 13 falls to put the housing or the housing door back onto the low car 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, a height locking mechanism 16 for locking the height cart 8 is provided at the front end of the loading and unloading station of the height cart, so as to avoid random sliding of the height cart 8, so that the carrier on the height cart 8 can be smoothly pushed into the loading and unloading station of the height cart or smoothly pushed back to the height cart 8. The rear ends of the first low vehicle loading and unloading station and the second low vehicle loading and unloading station are respectively provided with a low vehicle locking mechanism 17 for locking the low vehicle 11, so that the low vehicle 11 is prevented from sliding randomly when in the first low vehicle loading and unloading station or the second low vehicle loading and unloading station, and the first carrier lifting mechanism 3 or the second carrier lifting mechanism 4 can smoothly receive carriers on the low vehicle 11.
Referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, the device further includes a dust-proof cover 18, where the dust-proof cover 18 covers the rack 1 to provide a dust-free environment, so as to prevent external dust from polluting the PCB board when the board is retracted or converted. The dustproof outer cover 18 is provided with a computer 1801, a working panel 1802 and a code scanner 1803, the working panel 1802 is matched with the computer 1801 to control the operation of equipment, and the code scanner 1803 is used for verifying the use authority of staff, so that staff without authority can be prevented from randomly controlling the equipment.

the automatic lifting device comprises a rack, wherein a high-car loading and unloading station, a first low-car loading and unloading station, a second low-car loading and unloading station, a first carrier temporary storage station, a second carrier temporary storage station and an output station are arranged in the rack, the first carrier temporary storage station is positioned above the first low-car loading and unloading station, the second carrier temporary storage station is positioned above the second low-car loading and unloading station, a first automatic lifting door and a second automatic lifting door are arranged on the rack, the first automatic lifting door is positioned at the front end of the first low-car loading and unloading station, the second automatic lifting door is positioned at the front end of the second low-car loading and unloading station, and hooks for lifting a housing or a housing door of a low car are arranged at the front ends of the first automatic lifting door and the second automatic lifting door;
the carrier conveying mechanism is arranged on the loading and unloading station of the high car, and is used for receiving the carrier conveyed by the high car and conveying the carrier back to the high car; the top parts of the left side and the right side of the carrier conveying mechanism are provided with supporting pieces for temporarily storing cover plates of carriers;
the first carrier lifting mechanism is arranged on the first low vehicle loading and unloading station, and is used for conveying carriers on a low vehicle to the first carrier temporary storage station and conveying the carriers on the first carrier temporary storage station back to the low vehicle;
the second carrier lifting mechanism is arranged on the second low vehicle loading and unloading station, and is used for conveying the carriers on the low vehicle to the second carrier temporary storage station and conveying the carriers on the second carrier temporary storage station back to the low vehicle;
the carrier temporary storage and transplanting mechanism is arranged on the first carrier temporary storage station and the second carrier temporary storage station, and the carrier temporary storage and transplanting mechanism drives the carrier to move between the first carrier temporary storage station and the second carrier temporary storage station;
the PCB transplanting mechanism is arranged in the frame and drives the PCB to move among the upper and lower loading stations, the first carrier temporary storage station, the second carrier temporary storage station and the output station;
the PCB collecting and releasing machine is used for a conversion plate between the L frame and the box carrier;
when the box rotates to an L frame, an empty L frame is conveyed to a loading and unloading station of the high car by the high car, and the carrier conveying mechanism receives the empty L frame conveyed by the high car; the method comprises the steps that a low vehicle is used for conveying a box carrying a PCB to a first low vehicle loading and unloading station or a second low vehicle loading and unloading station, when the low vehicle is used for conveying the box carrying the PCB to the first low vehicle loading and unloading station, the first carrier lifting mechanism is used for receiving the box carrying the PCB on the low vehicle and conveying the box to the first carrier temporary storage station, and the carrier temporary storage transplanting mechanism is used for receiving the box conveyed by the first carrier lifting mechanism and temporarily storing the box to the first carrier temporary storage station; then, the PCB transplanting mechanism moves the PCBs on the box onto the L frames one by one until all PCBs on the box are transferred onto the L frames;
when the L frames rotate the box, an L frame carrying the PCB is conveyed to a loading and unloading station of the high car by the high car, and the carrier conveying mechanism receives the L frame carrying the PCB conveyed by the high car; when the low vehicle conveys an empty box to the first low vehicle loading and unloading station, the first carrier lifting mechanism receives the empty box above the low vehicle and conveys the box to the first carrier temporary storage station, and the carrier temporary storage transplanting mechanism receives the box conveyed by the first carrier lifting mechanism and temporarily stores the box in the first carrier temporary storage station; and then, the PCB transplanting mechanism moves the PCBs on the L frames to the boxes one by one until all PCBs on the L frames are transferred to the boxes.

The PCB folding and unfolding board machine capable of being converted and folded and unfolded according to claim 1, wherein the carrier temporary storage and transplanting mechanism comprises two carrier transplanting modules which are oppositely arranged along the X-axis direction, the two carrier transplanting modules are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the first carrier temporary storage station and the second carrier temporary storage station, the carrier transplanting modules comprise a clamping board module used for supporting one side of a carrier and an X-axis moving module used for driving the clamping board module to move along the X-axis direction, the X-axis moving module is fixed with the frame, and the clamping board module is fixed with the movable end of the X-axis moving module.
