A PCB separating paper collecting machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a blanking driving mechanism, a material frame, a PCB conveying mechanism, a paper storing mechanism and a collecting manipulator, wherein a board collecting station is arranged on the rack, the blanking driving mechanism is arranged on the rack, the material frame is arranged on the blanking driving mechanism and is positioned on the board collecting station, a containing space for stacking PCB boards and separating paper is formed in the material frame, the blanking driving mechanism can drive the material frame to move away from the board collecting station, the PCB conveying mechanism is arranged on the rack and is positioned on one side of the board collecting station, the PCB conveying mechanism is used for conveying the PCB boards, the paper storing mechanism is arranged on the rack and is positioned on the other side of the board collecting station, the paper storing mechanism is used for storing the separating paper, and the board collecting manipulator is provided with a first material taking assembly and a second material taking assembly, the first material taking assembly is used for sucking the PCB, and the second material taking assembly is used for sucking the separation paper; the plate collecting manipulator drives the first material taking assembly and the second material taking assembly to move together, so that the first material taking assembly absorbs the PCB positioned on the PCB conveying mechanism, the second material taking assembly places the absorbed partition paper in the material frame, or the first material taking assembly places the absorbed PCB in the material frame, and the second material taking assembly absorbs the partition paper positioned on the paper storing mechanism.
2. The PCB separating and board collecting machine of claim 1, further comprising a centering mechanism, wherein the centering mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for adjusting the position of the PCB on the PCB conveying mechanism.

The PCB separating and board collecting machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the central positioning mechanism comprises a positioning driving mechanism, a first pushing member and a second pushing member, the positioning driving mechanism is disposed on the frame, the positioning driving mechanism is respectively connected to the first pushing member and the second pushing member, and the positioning driving mechanism can drive the first pushing member and the second pushing member to move toward or away from each other to push and adjust the position of the PCB on the PCB conveying mechanism.

The PCB separating and collecting machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the positioning driving mechanism comprises a synchronizing wheel, a synchronizing belt and a positioning cylinder, the two synchronizing wheels are pivoted on the frame at intervals, the synchronizing belt is wound between the two synchronizing wheels, the first pushing member is movably arranged on the frame and connected with one side of the synchronizing belt, the second pushing member is movably arranged on the frame and connected with the other side of the synchronizing belt, and the positioning cylinder is connected with the first pushing member; the positioning cylinder drives the first pushing piece to move so as to enable the first pushing piece and the second pushing piece to approach or separate from each other.

The PCB separating and board collecting machine as recited in claim 4, wherein the positioning driving mechanism further comprises a guide rod, a first guide sleeve and a second guide sleeve, the guide rod is disposed on the frame, the first guide sleeve and the second guide sleeve are oppositely sleeved on the guide rod, the first pushing member is connected with the first guide sleeve, and the second pushing member is connected with the second guide sleeve.

The PCB separating and board collecting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the board collecting manipulator comprises a traverse driving module, a first lifting driving module and a second lifting driving module, the traverse driving module is disposed on the frame, the first lifting driving module and the second lifting driving module are disposed at intervals on the traverse driving module, the traverse driving module can drive the first lifting driving module and the second lifting driving module to move transversely synchronously, the first lifting driving module is connected with the first material taking assembly, and the second lifting driving module is connected with the second material taking assembly.
