And c, arranging scale marks for alignment on the top of the blank and the inside of the saggar, and rotating the blank to a protruding area to correspond to the opening of the saggar. Because the concave area and the convex area are difficult to distinguish by naked eyes after the body is glazed, the convex area is ensured to correspond to the opening of the saggar by the aligned scale marks, so that the effect of the fire thorn is accurately fallen on the convex area of the body.
In the step c, the sagger comprises an upper half body and a lower half body which are overlapped, a glazed blank body is placed in the lower half body, a conical centering and positioning bump is arranged at the center of the bottom of the lower half body, a centering and positioning hole corresponding to the centering and positioning bump is arranged at the bottom of the blank body, the blank body is rotated until the blank body corresponds to the scale mark of the sagger, the gap between the blank body and the sagger is ensured to be uniform and controlled to be 2-3mm through matching of the centering and positioning bump and the centering and positioning hole, and then the sagger body is covered. The gap between the green body and the saggar needs to be uniform, the uniform gap can ensure that the saggar is uniformly heated, the yellow degree of the brick surface formed by the fire thorn on the surface of the green body is uniform, the green body is glazed, the estimation is inaccurate by eyes, the local glaze surface is easy to stick to the glaze due to the contact between the local glaze surface and the saggar, and the local glaze surface can be damaged due to the fact that a gap graduated scale cannot be used for measurement.
In the step c, the projection of the opening on the sagger on the blank body is smaller than the protruding area, and the interval between the projection and the protruding area is 8-10 mm. Because the fire thorn can have certain diffusion in the saggar, consequently the projection of opening on the body needs be less than the bulge for can not cover spaced cement color line way after the fire thorn diffusion.
The above description is only a few specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made by the design concept should fall within the scope of the present invention.
