本公开提供一种频偏补偿、校准方法及装置、存储介质,其中,所述方法包括:根据下行频率偏移,对目标频率进行补偿或预补偿;获取来自网络设备的与所述终端发送的上行信号对应的上行残留频偏;根据所述上行残留频偏,对所述目标频率的补偿频率或预补偿频率进行校准。本公开实现了在非地面网络中,进行频偏补偿或预补偿、以及校准的目的,可以有效地跟踪和补偿卫星通信链路的多普勒频移,提高了通信质量。
