In table 1, the order expectation indicates that at least one reserved parking ticket is assigned to the pending parking slot of the parking slot price when the accumulated reserved parking tickets have the value. If the parking space price 1 is 2.0 (yuan/hour), and the order expectation is 5 sheets, it means that at least one reserved parking sheet is allocated to the pending parking space with the parking space price 1, that is, 2.0 (yuan/hour), when the cumulative reserved parking sheet is 5 sheets. The reserved parking order is an order generated according to the reserved parking request. As can be seen from table 1, the greater the difference between the other parking space prices and the lowest parking space price is, the lower the distribution probability of the other parking space prices is.
Example two: the preset parameter T =10, and three preset unit prices, namely X, are selected from the preset unit prices of all the undetermined parking spaces 0 =2.0 (yuan/hour), X 1 =2.5 (yuan/hour), X 2 =5.0 (yuan/hour). And calculating the distribution probability corresponding to the lowest parking stall price and each other parking stall price according to the steps, wherein the distribution probability is shown in the following table 2.

With the combination of table 1 and table 2, the preset parameter is changed from 5 to 10, that is, the preset parameter becomes larger, and the distribution probability difference between the parking space price 1, the parking space price 2 and the parking space price 3 is larger. It can be seen that the larger the preset parameter T is, the lower the parking space price is, and the higher the corresponding distribution probability is. The allocation rules generally favor the undetermined parking spaces with low parking space prices.
Based on the design, the distribution probability corresponding to the lowest parking stall price and the distribution probability corresponding to each other parking stall price are respectively calculated according to the lowest parking stall price and each other parking stall price through the preset parameters, the first preset formula and the second preset formula. Therefore, the weight of the distribution probability corresponding to the parking space price is adjusted according to the preset parameters, the priority of low price is guaranteed, the possibility that the parking space with higher parking space price is distributed is also ensured, and the reasonable management of parking space resources is realized.
Optionally, in practical applications, there may be a plurality of parking spaces with the same parking space price, and further, for the step S210, the embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner. Referring to fig. 6, step S210 includes the following steps:
step S210-1, acquiring all the to-be-determined parking spaces with parking space prices as target prices from the to-be-determined parking spaces to obtain a plurality of first to-be-determined parking spaces;

it can be understood that, after the first waiting space is obtained, if a plurality of first waiting spaces exist, in order to ensure balanced use of the space resources, the space with the lower utilization rate of the space resources should be preferentially allocated. The reference index of the parking space resource utilization rate can be the number of reserved parking orders, the accumulated use duration, the accumulated benefit and the like, but the number of the reserved parking orders and the accumulated use duration have certain problems based on actual application scenes, so the accumulated benefit is selected as the reference index of the parking space resource utilization rate.
For example, the parking space with the lowest accumulated profit is selected from the 4 first parking spaces to be determined, that is, parking space 1, parking space 2, parking space 3, and parking space 4, to obtain the second parking space to be determined, that is, parking space 1.
And step S210-5, taking the second undetermined parking space as a target parking space.
In this embodiment, if one second undetermined parking space is determined, the second undetermined parking space may be used as the target parking space; if a plurality of parking spaces exist, which can be randomly selected, the second undetermined parking space meeting the preset conditions can be selected from the parking space information as the target parking space.
For example, the obtained parking space 1, which is the second to-be-determined parking space, is used as the target parking space.
If a plurality of second to-be-determined parking spaces such as parking space 1 and parking space 2 are obtained, one of the second to-be-determined parking spaces can be randomly selected as a target parking space, and the second to-be-determined parking space meeting preset conditions can also be selected as the target parking space.
Optionally, in practical application, there may be a plurality of parking spaces with the lowest accumulated revenue, and an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner, where after the step S210-5, the following steps may be included:
step S211, if a plurality of second undetermined parking spaces exist, acquiring the parking space main type of each second undetermined parking space;
in this embodiment, when publishing the parking space information, the parking space renter can acquire the type of the parking space renter, that is, the parking space owner type, and then the parking space information further includes the parking space owner type, which includes the individual type and the enterprise type.
For example, in the above example, if parking space 1 and parking space 2 are both the parking spaces with the lowest accumulated revenue, the parking space owner type of acquiring parking space 1 is the enterprise type, and the parking space owner type of acquiring parking space 2 is the individual type.
Step S212, selecting a second undetermined parking space with the parking space main type as the individual type from all the second undetermined parking spaces as a target parking space.
It can be understood that the addresses of the parking spaces of the individual parking space renters are more flexible, and the idle time and the parking space price are more controllable relative to the enterprise type parking space renters managing the parking lot.
In this embodiment, the second undetermined parking space with the parking space main type as the individual type may be selected from all the second undetermined parking spaces as the target parking space, so as to encourage the individual type parking space renters to share and distribute parking space information more, and to realize the scheduling and management of parking space resources.
For example, from all the second undetermined parking spots, namely parking spot 1 and parking spot 2, parking spot 2 is selected as the target parking spot. Optionally, if there are a plurality of second waiting parking spaces with individual parking space main types, one of the second waiting parking spaces may be randomly selected as the target parking space.
For a better understanding of the method provided by the embodiments of the present invention, refer to fig. 7, which is incorporated herein for the following description of the steps.
The server stores parking space information of a plurality of parking spaces and each parking space in advance, the parking space information comprises parking space prices, idle time, accumulated income, parking space addresses and parking space main types, and the parking space main types comprise individual types and enterprise types.
The server receives a reserved parking request sent by the mobile terminal, calculates an actual use time period according to a reserved use time period and preset buffering time in the reserved parking request, and then selects all parking spaces with idle time matched with the actual use time period from the plurality of parking spaces to obtain a plurality of to-be-determined parking spaces.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the parking space price of each undetermined parking space, obtaining the lowest parking space price from the parking space prices of all the undetermined parking spaces, calculating the distribution probability corresponding to the lowest parking space price according to preset parameters and a first preset formula, calculating the distribution probability corresponding to each other parking space price according to the preset parameters and a second preset formula, and obtaining the distribution probability corresponding to each parking space price.
And acquiring any one parking space price as a target price according to the distribution probability corresponding to each parking space price, and acquiring all the undetermined parking spaces with the parking space prices as the target prices from the plurality of undetermined parking spaces to obtain a plurality of first undetermined parking spaces.
And selecting the first to-be-determined parking space with the lowest accumulated income from the plurality of first to-be-determined parking spaces to obtain a second to-be-determined parking space.
And if the second to-be-determined parking spaces are multiple, acquiring the parking space type of each second to-be-determined parking space, and selecting all the second to-be-determined parking spaces with the parking space types of the individual types from all the second to-be-determined parking spaces to obtain a third to-be-determined parking space.
And if a plurality of third parking spaces exist, randomly acquiring one parking space as a target parking space, and sending the parking space address of the target parking space to the mobile terminal.
In order to execute the corresponding steps in the above embodiments and various possible manners, an implementation manner of the parking space resource management device is provided below. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a functional block diagram of a parking space resource management device 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. and a sending module 350, configured to send the target parking space to the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the selecting module 330 is specifically configured to: calculating the actual use time period of the reserved parking request according to the reserved use time period and the preset buffering time period; the preset buffering duration represents the buffering duration of the vehicle entering and exiting the parking space;
and acquiring all parking spaces matched with the actual use time interval from the plurality of parking spaces to obtain a plurality of undetermined parking spaces.
Optionally, the selecting module 330 is specifically configured to: acquiring a lowest parking stall price from the parking stall prices of a plurality of undetermined parking stalls;

The embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, which includes a processor 120 and a memory 130, where the memory 130 stores a computer program, and when the processor executes the computer program, the parking space resource management method disclosed in the above embodiment is implemented.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by the processor 120, the parking space resource management method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention provide a parking space resource management method, apparatus, server, and storage medium. The system is applied to a server, the server is in communication connection with a mobile terminal, the server stores a plurality of parking spaces and parking space information of each parking space in advance, and the parking space information comprises parking space prices; receiving a parking reservation request sent by a mobile terminal; then acquiring a plurality of to-be-determined parking spaces from the plurality of parking spaces according to the reserved use time period in the reserved parking request; calculating the distribution probability corresponding to the parking stall price of each undetermined parking stall, and acquiring any parking stall price as a target price according to the distribution probability corresponding to each parking stall price; and finally, selecting a target parking space with the parking space price as the target price from the multiple undetermined parking spaces, and sending the target parking space to the mobile terminal. According to the parking service, the parking space resources are distributed, the parking spaces are selected according to the distribution probability of the parking space prices, maintenance of a single parking space can be avoided, the efficiency of parking space resource management is improved, and the parking space resource management system is suitable for various application scenes and realizes effective management of the parking space resources.

acquiring any one parking space price as a target price according to the distribution probability corresponding to each parking space price;
selecting a target parking space with the parking space price as the target price from the plurality of parking spaces to be determined, and sending the target parking space to the mobile terminal;
calculating the distribution probability corresponding to the parking space price of each undetermined parking space, wherein the step comprises the following steps of:
acquiring a lowest parking stall price from the parking stall prices of the plurality of undetermined parking stalls;
calculating the distribution probability corresponding to the lowest parking stall price according to preset parameters, a first preset formula and each other parking stall price except the lowest parking stall price in the parking stall prices of the undetermined parking stalls:

acquiring all the undetermined parking spaces with the parking space price as a target price from the plurality of undetermined parking spaces to obtain a plurality of first undetermined parking spaces;
acquiring all the first to-be-determined parking spaces with the lowest accumulated income from the plurality of first to-be-determined parking spaces to obtain a second to-be-determined parking space;
and taking the second undetermined parking space as the target parking space.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the parking information comprises a parking owner type, the parking owner type comprising an individual type and an enterprise type; the method further comprises the following steps:
if the number of the second undetermined parking spaces is multiple, acquiring the parking space main type of each second undetermined parking space;
and selecting the second undetermined parking space with the parking space main type being the individual type from all the second undetermined parking spaces as the target parking space.

The parking space resource management device is applied to a server, the server is in communication connection with a mobile terminal, the server stores parking space information of a plurality of parking spaces and each parking space in advance, and the parking space information comprises parking space prices; the device comprises:
