Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a press fitting and edge riveting technology for a crank oil thrower, in particular to a press fitting and edge riveting tool for the crank oil thrower.
Background
In the operation process of the crankcase, iron chips and other particles formed at the corners of parts such as a crankshaft, a gear and the like in the machining process can fall off from the machine body and flow in the crankcase along with lubricating oil. In order to prevent iron chips flowing in the crankcase from damaging parts such as the crankshaft, the gear and the like, an oil thrower is arranged on the crank disc part. When the crank rotates at a high speed, lubricating oil can be thrown into a gap between the oil thrower and the end face of the crank disc part, so that scrap iron particles mixed in the lubricating oil are gathered, and the damage to parts such as a crankshaft, a gear and the like is avoided. The oil thrower is a circular ring formed by punching a metal sheet, a V-shaped groove (see figure 1, in the figure, a is the oil thrower and b is the V-shaped groove) for pressing the oil thrower on the crank disc part is arranged at the outer edge of the circular ring, and a rectangular groove for pressing the oil thrower is correspondingly arranged on the end face of the crank disc part. During press fitting, the crank is fixed on the working table, the oil thrower is placed on the end face of the crank disc part, and the V-shaped groove of the oil thrower is aligned to the rectangular groove of the crank disc part. In order to ensure that the oil thrower plate does not fall off due to high-speed rotation of the crank during operation of the crankcase. The edge riveting is usually carried out after the oil thrower is pressed. Namely, the outer edge of the rectangular groove with the oil thrower on the edge of the crank disc part is rolled towards the center of the crank by adopting the idler wheels, so that the outer edge of the rectangular groove on the edge of the crank disc part is bent inwards, and the oil thrower is riveted in the rectangular groove on the edge of the crank disc part.
In the prior art, the process of press mounting and edge riveting of the crank oil thrower is completed by two working procedures, namely, the oil thrower is pressed on the end face of a crank, which is afraid of resistance, on an oil press; and clamping the crank with the oil thrower disc pressed on a lathe turntable, and installing rollers on a lathe tool frame, so as to rivet the outer edge of the rectangular groove at the edge of the crank disc part. Because the V-shaped groove of the oil thrower and the rectangular groove at the edge of the crank disc part have machining errors, and the press-fitting errors also exist during press-fitting, the oil thrower falls off from the rectangular groove of the crank when part of the crank is subjected to edge riveting, or the oil thrower is fixed and not fastened during rivet-fitting, so that the oil thrower falls off when the crank rotates at a high speed.
Obviously, the press fitting and edge riveting process of the crank oil thrower in the prior art has the problem that the oil thrower possibly falls off from a rectangular groove of a crank when the edge is riveted, or the rivet fitting is fixed and is not fastened, so that the oil thrower falls off and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a press fitting and edge riveting tool for a crank oil thrower, which aims to solve the problems that the oil thrower possibly falls off from a crank rectangular groove during edge riveting or the oil thrower falls off due to the fact that riveting fixation is not fastened in the prior art.
The invention relates to a crank oil thrower press-fitting and edge-riveting tool, which comprises a fixing mechanism, a press-fitting mechanism and an edge-riveting mechanism; the fixing mechanism is arranged on the working table surface of the oil press and comprises a base, a clamping head and a clamping driving cylinder; the base is of a disc-shaped structure, and three sliding chutes pointing to the circle center from the edge are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the base; the clamping heads are of inverted L-shaped structures and three in number, and are respectively slidably mounted in a sliding chute of the base, a round notch with the diameter matched with that of the crank disc part is arranged at the end of the transverse edge of the inverted L-shaped structure, and a clamping driving cylinder is arranged at the lower part of the vertical edge of the inverted L-shaped structure; the press-fitting mechanism comprises a press punch and a press head; the press punch is movably sleeved outside the crank, and the edge of the bottom of the press punch is provided with a tapered step which is pressed against the V-shaped groove of the oil thrower; the pressure head is cylindrical and is fixedly arranged at the lower end of a piston of the oil press; the riveting edge mechanism is integrally sleeved outside the pressure head and comprises a pressing oil cylinder, a rotating sleeve, a rotating driving mechanism, a rolling pressure foot and a roller; the cylinder body of the pressing oil cylinder is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the pressure head; the rotating sleeve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the piston of the pressure applying oil cylinder; the rotary driving mechanism is arranged in the rotary sleeve and drives the rotary sleeve to rotate relative to the pressure head; the two rolling pressure feet are symmetrically arranged on the circumference of the lower end surface of the rotating sleeve; the roller is axially and horizontally fixed at the lower end of the roller foot, and the outer cylindrical surface of the roller is provided with an upward inclination angle relative to the axis.
Further, the angle of the upward inclination angle of the outer cylindrical surface of the roller relative to the axis is 30 to 45 degrees.

As can be seen from the figure, the crank oil thrower press-fitting and edge-riveting tool comprises a fixing mechanism 1, a press-fitting mechanism 2 and an edge-riveting mechanism 3; the fixing mechanism 1 is arranged on the working table surface of the oil press and comprises a base 1-1, a clamping head 1-2 and a clamping driving cylinder; the base 1 is of a disc-shaped structure, and three sliding grooves pointing to the circle center from the edge are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the base; the clamping heads 1-2 are of inverted L-shaped structures and three in number, are respectively slidably mounted in a sliding chute of the base, a round notch with the diameter matched with that of the crank disc part is arranged at the end of the transverse edge of the inverted L-shaped structure, and a clamping driving cylinder is arranged at the lower part of the vertical edge of the inverted L-shaped structure; the press-mounting mechanism 2 comprises a press punch 2-1 and a press head 2-2; the press punch 2-1 is movably sleeved outside the crank, and the edge of the bottom of the press punch is provided with a tapered step which is pressed against a V-shaped groove of the oil thrower; the pressure head 2-2 is cylindrical and is fixedly arranged at the lower end of a piston of the oil press; the edge riveting mechanism 3 is integrally sleeved outside the pressure head 2-2 and comprises a pressing oil cylinder 3-1, a rotating sleeve 3-2, a rotating driving mechanism, a rolling pin 3-3 and a roller 3-4; the cylinder body of the pressing oil cylinder 3-1 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the pressure head; the rotary sleeve 3-2 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of a piston of the pressure applying oil cylinder; the rotary driving mechanism is arranged in the rotary sleeve and drives the rotary sleeve to rotate relative to the pressure head; the two rolling pressure feet 3-3 are symmetrically arranged on the circumference of the lower end surface of the rotating sleeve; the rollers 3-4 are axially and horizontally fixed at the lower end of the roller foot, and the outer cylindrical surface of the roller is provided with an upward inclination angle relative to the axis. And opening a pressure applying oil cylinder of the edge riveting mechanism, wherein a piston of the pressure applying oil cylinder drives the rotating sleeve to move downwards until the roller is pressed against the edge opening of the outer side edge of the rectangular groove of the crank disc part. And a rotary driving mechanism arranged in the rotary sleeve is started, the rotary sleeve rotates relative to the press punch and drives the roller to rotate, so that the roller rolls the edge opening of the outer side of the rectangular groove of the crank.
