Abstract
提供一种粘着带,其具有多孔质基材,即使在采用水类涂敷液作为粘着剂的情况下,也能够抑制透印、且抑制吸音性降低,并且还能够抑制多孔质基材与底漆层的粘接性降低。一种粘着带,其具备:多孔质基材,其单位面积重量为60~150g/m2、厚度为200μm以上、且空隙率为35体积%以上;树脂层,其设置于所述多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面;以及粘着剂层,其设置于所述树脂层上,所述树脂层由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘着带。
背景技术
根据具有吸音性、以抗拉强度为代表的机械强度优异等观点,将以无纺布等为代表的多孔质体用作粘着带用的基材。含有这种多孔质基材的粘着带发挥其吸音性而被用于对电线等进行捆束的粘着带等。
作为粘着带的制造方法,例如,存在如下方法:在基材的表面涂敷含有粘着剂的涂敷液而形成粘着层。作为所述涂敷液,例如,已知含有水、溶剂等溶媒的涂敷液、或者不含有所述溶媒的非溶媒类的涂敷液等。然而,在多孔质基材上涂敷含有溶媒的涂敷液而形成粘着层的情况下,有时产生涂敷液渗透而从基材的里侧渗出的所谓“透印”之类的现象。近年来,受到环保意识提高的影响,对于含有水作为溶媒的水类涂敷液的期望高涨,但因上述透印问题而难以向多孔质基材直接涂敷水类涂敷液。
作为防止上述“透印”的方法,例如,专利文献1中记载有如下粘着带:在具有特定厚度的纸基材的单面或双面设置低密度聚乙烯树脂(以下,记作“LDPE”)等熔融树脂层,并在所述熔融树脂层上设置粘着剂层。另外,专利文献2中记载有如下遮蔽胶带(maskingtape):在多孔质基材与粘着剂层之间设置有由水类丙烯酸乳液形成的底漆层。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
专利文献1所记载的方法存在如下问题:若在无纺布等多孔质体基材的表面利用LDPE等进行底涂,则吸音性会降低。另外,专利文献2所记载的方法存在如下问题:在空隙率较高的多孔质体的情况下,底漆层与多孔质基材的粘接性下降,所述底漆层会剥离。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种粘着带,其具有多孔质基材,即使在采用水类涂敷液作为粘着剂的情况下,也能够抑制透印、且抑制吸音性降低,并且还能够抑制多孔质基材与底漆层的粘接性降低。
用于解决问题的方案
对于上述课题,本申请的发明人进行了潜心研究,结果发现,通过在具有特定构成的多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面设置由含有增粘树脂的树脂形成的树脂层、且进一步在所述树脂层上设置粘着层能够解决所述全部课题,由此完成了本发明。
即,本发明具有以下方式。
[1]一种粘着带,其中,所述粘着带具备:多孔质基材,其单位面积重量为60~150g/m2、厚度为200μm以上、且空隙率为35体积%以上;树脂层,其设置于所述多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面;以及粘着剂层,其设置于所述树脂层上,所述树脂层由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成。
[2]根据[1]记载的粘着带,其中,所述树脂组成物(I)含有乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂。
[3]根据[1]或[2]记载的粘着带,其中,所述增粘树脂含有选自由萜烯树脂以及萜烯衍生物树脂构成的组中的至少一种树脂。
[4]根据[1]至[3]中任一项记载的粘着带,其中,所述多孔质基材为无纺布。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供如下粘着带,其具有多孔质基材,即使在采用水类涂敷液作为粘着剂的情况下,也能够抑制透印、且抑制吸音性降低,并且还能够抑制多孔质基材与底漆层的粘接性降低。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明并不限定于以下方式。
[粘着带]
本发明涉及一种粘着带,其具备:多孔质基材,其单位面积重量为60~150g/m2,厚度为200μm以上、且空隙率为35体积%以上;树脂层,其设置于所述多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面;以及粘着剂层,其设置于所述树脂层上,所述树脂层由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成。在具有如上所述的特定构成的多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面设置含有增粘树脂的树脂层、且在所述树脂层上设置粘着剂层,从而,即使在采用水类涂敷液作为形成所述粘着剂层的粘着剂的情况下,也能够抑制透印。另外,能够获得能抑制吸音性降低、且能抑制多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性降低的粘着带。
图1是表示本发明的粘着带的一种方式的剖面图。粘着带10在多孔质基材1的一侧的表面层叠有树脂层2,并且在树脂层2上层叠有粘着剂层3。
<多孔质基材>
本发明的多孔质基材是单位面积重量为60~150g/m2、厚度为200μm以上、且空隙率为35体积%以上的多孔质体。作为这种多孔质基材,只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定,例如能够举出木浆、棉、麻等天然纤维、日本纸、皱纹纸、牛皮纸、织布、无纺布等。其中,特别优选为容易抑制吸音性降低、且适合用作电线等捆束用粘着带的基材的无纺布。
多孔质基材的单位面积重量为60~150g/m2,更优选为70~120g/m2。只要多孔质基材的单位面积重量为60g/m2以上,则粘着带的吸音性不会降低。另外,只要单位面积重量为150g/m2以下,则能够抑制多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性降低。
多孔质基材的厚度为200μm以上,更优选为250~350μm。厚度设为200μm以上而能够抑制粘着带的吸音性降低。此外,多孔质基材的厚度是指基于JIS一般无纺布试验方法(JIS L 1913:2010)并利用厚度测定机测定所得的值。
多孔质基材的空隙率为35体积%以上,优选为35~70体积%。本发明的多孔质基材的单位面积重量与厚度设为上述范围,从而,即使具有较高的空隙率,也能够抑制形成粘着剂层时的透印。此外,多孔质基材的空隙率可以通过将测定所得的厚度(t)(cm)、多孔质基材的表面积(A)(cm2)、以及多孔质基材的重量(B)(g)套入下式(1)而进行计算。另外,下式(1)中,M表示多孔质基材的密度(g/cm3)。

在本发明的优选方式中,多孔质基材特别优选采用空隙率为35体积%以上、单位面积重量为60~150g/m2、厚度为200μm以上的无纺布。通过使用这种无纺布作为多孔质基材,容易获得能够抑制吸音性降低、且能够抑制相对于树脂层的粘接性降低的粘着带。另外,更容易抑制从多孔质基材透印。
在采用无纺布作为多孔质基材的情况下,可以采用通过缝编法制作的无纺布、通过纺粘法制作的无纺布、通过水刺(spunlace)法制作的无纺布、通过熔喷(melt blowing)法制作的无纺布等。另外,无纺布可以为单层,也可以为由多层构成的层叠无纺布。另外,在层叠无纺布的情况下,可以使通过不同方法制作的无纺布层叠而成。其中,根据拉伸断裂强度的观点,优选采用通过缝编法或纺粘法制作的无纺布。通过使用由上述无纺布形成的多孔质基材,容易保持带的强度且兼顾吸音性。
作为构成无纺布的纤维,只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定,例如能举出芳纶纤维、玻璃纤维、纤维素纤维、尼龙纤维、维尼纶纤维(vinylon fiber)、聚酯纤维、聚烯烃纤维、人造纤维等。对于上述纤维,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。其中,根据耐热性的观点,优选为聚酯纤维。
根据柔软性、吸音性的观点,构成无纺布的纤维的纤维直径优选为5~150μm,更优选为10~100μm。若无纺布的纤维直径为5~150μm,则吸音性容易变得更好。
<树脂层>
本发明的树脂层是由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成的层。树脂层设置于多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面。本发明的树脂层是指所谓的“底漆层”,通过将由具有这种特征的树脂组成物(I)形成的树脂层以与多孔质基材接触的方式设置于多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面,能够抑制粘着剂从多孔质基材透印。
如前所述,在对无纺布等多孔质基材利用LDPE等树脂实施底涂的情况下,有时吸音性会降低。然而,本发明的发明人发现,在将由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成的本发明的树脂层设置于多孔质基材的表面的情况下,吸音性不但不会降低,反而还会提高。可以认为这是因为通过采用含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)而使得树脂层的弹性提高。另外,在采用空隙率较高的多孔质基材的情况下,有时多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性会成为问题。然而,还发现通过采用含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)而使得树脂层与多孔质基材的粘接性大幅改善。
(树脂组成物(I))
本发明的树脂组成物(I)含有增粘树脂。作为树脂组成物(I)中含有的增粘树脂,只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定,例如能够举出脂肪族类共聚物、芳香族类共聚物、脂肪族·芳香族类共聚物类、脂环式共聚物等石油类树脂、苯并呋喃-茚类树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯衍生物树脂、松脂、聚合松脂、加氢松脂等松脂类树脂、(烷基)酚类树脂、二甲苯类树脂或者上述树脂的加氢物等。对于上述树脂,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。其中,作为增粘树脂,根据热稳定性、耐候性的观点,优选含有选自由萜烯树脂以及萜烯衍生物树脂构成的组中的至少一种。此外,作为萜烯衍生物树脂,例如,优选为加氢萜烯、萜烯酚、芳香族改性萜烯酚等。
相对于树脂组成物(I)的总质量,树脂组成物(I)中的增粘树脂的含量优选为10~70质量%,更优选为30~60质量%。若增粘树脂的含量为10~70质量%,则容易实现粘着力与保持力的平衡。
在本发明的一种方式中,树脂层优选为通过热熔而形成的层。在该情况下,树脂组成物(I)优选为热熔粘接剂。另外,所述热熔粘接剂优选含有基底聚合物。
作为所述基底聚合物,例如能够举出乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂(以下,有时还记作“EVA”)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物树脂(以下,有时还记作“EEA”)等乙烯类共聚物、聚乙烯(以下,有时还记作“PE”)、聚丙烯、无定形聚α-烯烃(以下,有时还记作“APAO”)等烯烃类树脂、苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物(例如,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物(以下,有时还记作“SIS”)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物(以下,有时还记作“SBS”)以及上述物质的氢化物等合成橡胶、以及聚氨酯等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。其中,根据柔软性、耐候性的观点,作为基底聚合物,优选为PE、EVA,更优选为EVA。
在本发明的一种方式中,作为用作基底聚合物的EVA,例如,相对于EVA的总质量,乙酸乙烯酯含量优选为1~45质量%。另外,关于用作基底聚合物的PE,例如MFR优选为30g/10min以下。
相对于树脂组成物(I)的总质量,基底聚合物的含量优选为40~80质量%,更优选为45~70质量%。若基底聚合物的含量为40~80质量%,则容易兼顾粘接力和凝聚力。
在树脂组成物(I)中,可以在不使本发明的效果受损的范围内含有除了所述增粘树脂、基底聚合物以外的其他成分。作为其他成分,在本发明的树脂组成物(I)为热熔用的树脂组成物的情况下,例如能够举出蜡、塑化剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、微粒填充剂等。
作为蜡,例如能够举出费托蜡(Fischer-Tropsch wax)、聚烯烃蜡(例如,聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、聚乙烯/聚丙烯蜡)等合成蜡;石蜡、微晶蜡等石油蜡;蓖麻蜡等天然蜡等。上述蜡可以是改性后的蜡。另外,对于上述蜡,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。其中,根据稳定性的观点,优选含有费托蜡或聚乙烯蜡。
在树脂组成物(I)含有蜡的情况下,相对于树脂组成物(I)的总质量,其含量优选为0.1~30质量%,更优选为0.1~20质量%,特别优选为0.5~1.5质量%。若蜡的含量为0.1~30质量%,则容易实现加工时的粘性而容易加工。
以将树脂组成物(I)的熔融粘度、赋予柔软性、提高对被粘接体的润湿性为目的而配合塑化剂。作为塑化剂,只要不使本发明的效果受损即可,并未特别限定,例如可以适当地选用石蜡类油、环烷类油以及芳香族类油等。另外,对于上述物资,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
作为紫外线吸收剂,例如能够举出苯并***类紫外线吸收剂、二苯基酮类紫外线吸收剂、内酯类稳定剂等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
作为抗氧化剂,例如能够举出酚类抗氧化剂、硫类抗氧化剂、磷类抗氧化剂等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
作为微粒填充剂,例如能够举出云母、碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石、氧化钛、硅藻土、脲类树脂、苯乙烯珠粒、烧成粘土、淀粉等。上述物质的形状优选为球状,关于其尺寸(球状的情况下为直径),只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定。另外,对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
在本发明的一种方式中,树脂层的厚度优选为5~30μm,更优选为10~20μm。若树脂层的厚度为5~30μm,则容易抑制粘着剂的透印。
<粘着剂层>
本发明的粘着剂层设置于所述树脂层上。在多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面设置树脂层、且在所述树脂层上设置粘着剂层,从而在形成粘着剂层时能够抑制透印。另外,优选粘着剂层设置为与树脂层接触。
(粘着剂)
粘着剂层是由粘着剂形成的层。作为形成粘着剂层的粘着剂,只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定,通常,可以适当地采用用于粘着带的粘着剂。具体而言,作为粘着剂,可以采用丙烯酸类粘着剂、橡胶类粘着剂、聚硅氧类粘着剂、氨基甲酸酯类粘着剂等。
作为所述丙烯酸类粘着剂,例如可以采用以丙烯酸类聚合物为主成分的粘着剂。
作为所述丙烯酸类聚合物,例如能够举出(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯以及含有羧基的不饱和单体的聚合物等。
作为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,例如能够举出丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸仲丁酯、甲基丙烯酸仲丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸正壬酯、甲基丙烯酸正壬酯、丙烯酸异壬酯、甲基丙烯酸异壬酯等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
作为含有羧基的不饱和单体,若能够与所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯共聚,只要具有本发明的效果即可,并未特别限定,例如可以采用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、反丁烯二酸、顺丁烯二酸等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
所述丙烯酸类聚合物还可以设为含有除了如上所述举例示出的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯、含有羧基的不饱和单体以外的其他单体的共聚物。
作为其他单体,例如能够举出(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟己酯等含有羟基的单体;(甲基)丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰吗啉、(甲基)丙烯腈等含氮(甲基)丙烯酸酯;乙酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯、丙酸乙烯酯等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
作为橡胶类粘着剂,例如能够举出在选自由天然橡胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、所述苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物的氢化物(SIPS、SEBS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、聚异丁烯(PIB)、以及丁基橡胶(IIR)等构成的组中的至少一种橡胶成分中适当地配合选自由松脂类树脂、萜烯类树脂、石油类树脂等构成的组中的至少一种增粘剂而成的物质等。
作为聚硅氧类粘着剂,例如能够举出在聚硅氧橡胶中适当地配合聚硅氧树脂、聚硅氧油等而成的物质等。
作为氨基甲酸酯类粘着剂,例如能够举出使聚醚类多元醇、聚酯类多元醇等多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(xylylenediisocyanate,XDI)等多异氰酸酯发生反应而成的物质。
关于形成粘着剂层的粘着剂,可以使所述粘着剂含有任意添加剂。
作为添加剂,例如能够举出软化剂、增粘剂、表面润滑剂、调平剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂、耐热稳定剂、聚合抑制剂、硅烷偶合剂、润滑剂、无机或有机的填充剂、金属粉、颜料等。对于上述物质,可以单独使用一种,也可以组合使用两种以上。
在本发明的一种方式中,形成粘着剂层的粘着剂优选为粘着剂成分在水中分散后的水类粘着剂(水类涂敷液)。如上所述,本发明的粘着带在多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面设置有特定的树脂层,因此,即使在利用水类粘着剂在多孔质基材上形成粘着剂层的情况下,也难以产生透印。
水类涂敷液可以通过使所述各粘着剂在作为分散介质的水中分散而制备。
在本发明的一种方式中,粘着剂层优选为利用丙烯酸类聚合物在水中分散后的水类涂敷液形成的层。另外,作为丙烯酸系聚合物,可以使用丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、以任意比例使得丙烯酸等单体聚合后的聚合物。
作为水类涂敷液的粘度,根据稳定涂敷的观点,优选为3000~9000mPa·s/23℃。另外,所述粘度是利用B型粘度计在使用与粘度相应的转轴(spindle)的60rpm的条件下测定的值。
关于粘着剂层的厚度,只要能够作为粘着带而体现出充足的粘着力的程度即可,并未特别限定,例如,优选为10~60μm,更优选为20~50μm。
<制造工序>
本发明的粘着带的制造方法包含如下工序:在多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面涂敷(或涂布)树脂组成物(I)而形成树脂层,并在所述树脂层上涂敷粘着剂而形成粘着剂层。在树脂组成物(I)为热熔粘接剂的情况下,将热熔粘接剂(树脂组成物(I))从模具挤压至多孔质基材的表面并使其冷却而形成树脂层。树脂层可以为单层,也可以为多层。另外,在粘着剂为水类涂敷液的情况下,在所述树脂层上通过辊涂、优选利用逗点涂布机(commacoater)涂敷水类涂敷液而形成粘着剂层。
<评价方法>
(对从基材透印的评价)
本发明的粘着带能够防止形成粘着剂层时从多孔质基材透印。
对于是否从多孔质基材透印,可以按照以下所示的流程进行评价。
使制作的粘着带在液氮中浸渍1分钟而使其浸润。然后,对粘着带进行垂直切割。利用激光显微镜观察粘着带的剖面,确认粘着剂是否未浸润至多孔质基材的背面。
(吸音性评价)
本发明的粘着带具备由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成的树脂层,因此能够抑制吸音性降低。
对于粘着带的吸音性,可以按照以下所示的流程进行评价。
使板厚为0.3mm、尺寸为350mm×190mm的铝板弯曲成直径为290mm的半圆状,使直径为8mm的钢棒从铝板顶点的上方20mm的位置以0.16N的载荷下落。此时,利用设置于冲击位置上方50mm的麦克风测定冲击时的声压。将利用钢棒单体测定出的声压值设为空白值,将在钢棒的冲击位置粘贴1层粘着带而测定出的声压值与空白值的差异设为衰减值。衰减值越大,吸音性越优异。
(耐磨损性评价)
本发明的粘着带具备由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成的树脂层,因此耐磨损性也优异。
对于粘着带的耐磨损性,可以按照以下所示的流程进行评价。
利用刮擦磨损试验机(安田精机制作所(股份)制,型号:No.210,设定条件:针直径:动作速度:55循环/分钟,针的移动量:20mm,磨损长度:15.5mm),根据ISO6722-1对耐磨损性进行评价。
将粘着带卷绕于直径为1cm的不锈钢棒,利用刮具(scrape)的前端的针磨削粘着带,使得针与不锈钢棒接触,测定直至导通为止的循环数。
(多孔质基材与树脂层的粘着性评价)
本发明的粘着带的多孔质基材与树脂层的粘着力并未降低。
对于多孔质基材与树脂层的粘着力,可以按照以下所示的流程进行评价。
基于JIS K5600利用切刀按照以下流程将树脂层贯通,对使得到达多孔质基材的切口形成为棋盘格状时的状态进行评价。此外,对于测定样本,使用使得粘着剂层层叠之前的由多孔质基材和树脂层构成的带。
(流程)
(1)在样本的树脂层侧,利用切刀切出到达多孔质基材的11个切口,然后旋转90°且进一步切出11个切口。此外,对于切刀的刀刃,始终使用全新的刀刃。
(2)以附着约50mm的方式将透明粘着带粘贴于切割后的树脂层表面,利用橡皮擦摩擦而使得透明粘着带附着于树脂层。
(3)在使得透明粘着带附着之后的1~2分钟之后,握持透明粘着带的端部而将树脂层面保持为直角,并瞬间地撕下。
(4)以10个等级对附着于透明粘着带表面的树脂层的量进行评价,由此评价多孔质基材与树脂层的粘着性。
(粘着力评价)
例如,可以基于JIS Z0237:2009年度版而对本发明的粘着带的粘着力进行评价。
[用途]
如前所述,根据本发明的粘着带,即使在多孔质基材、优选为由无纺布构成的基材直接涂敷水类涂敷液而形成粘着剂层,也能够抑制从多孔质基材透印。另外,能够抑制吸音性降低,并且能够抑制多孔质基材与底漆层的粘接性降低。因此,本发明的粘着带例如可以优选用作对配置于车的引擎室等的电线等进行捆束的粘着带。此外,当然,本发明的粘着带的用途并不限定于电线捆束用途。

[实施例1]
<树脂组成物(I)的制备>
制备热熔粘接剂作为树脂组成物(I)。首先,在设定为180℃的Teflon(注册商标)烧杯内对40质量份的作为基底聚合物的EVA(DU PONT-MITSUI POLYCHEMICALS(股份),商品名称为“EVAFLEX(注册商标)EV250”)、40质量份的作为增粘树脂的缩合松脂树脂(荒川化学工业(股份)制,商品名称为“Aradim(注册商标)R-95”)、以及20质量份的费托蜡(Sasol公司制,商品名称为“Sasol(注册商标)蜡H1”)混练1小时,由此获得热熔粘接剂。此外,树脂组成物(I)中的各成分的配合比例(质量%)如表1所示。
<粘着带的制作>
在180℃的挤压温度下从模具将通过上述方式获得的热熔粘接剂挤压至由单位面积重量为70g/m2、厚度为280μm、空隙率为70体积%的缝编无纺布构成的多孔质基材上,通过冷却辊进行卷绕,在多孔质基材的表面形成树脂层。树脂层的厚度为20μm。接下来,使用逗点反向涂布机(comma reverse coater)在所述树脂层上涂敷水类的丙烯酸粘着剂(水类涂敷液)(TOYOCHEM(股份)制,商品名称为“BPW6441”),以130℃的温度进行干燥,形成厚度为30μm的粘着剂层而获得粘着带。此时的涂敷量为30g/m2。通过以下评价方法对获得的粘着带的各种物性进行了评价。表1中示出了结果。
(透印评价)
通过以下评价方法进行了评价。
使制作的粘着带在液氮中浸渍1分钟而使其浸润。然后,对粘着带进行垂直切割。利用激光显微镜观察粘着带的剖面,确认粘着剂是否未浸润至多孔质基材的背面。未产生透印则评价为“合格”,产生透印则评价为“不合格”。
(吸音性评价)
通过以下评价方法进行了评价。
使板厚为0.3mm、尺寸为350mm×190mm的铝板弯曲成直径为290mm的半圆状,使直径为8mm的钢棒从铝板顶点的上方20mm的位置以0.16N的载荷下落。此时,利用设置于冲击位置上方50mm的麦克风测定冲击时的声压。将利用钢棒单体测定出的声压值设为空白值,将在钢棒的冲击位置粘贴1层粘着带而测定出的声压值与空白值的差异设为衰减值。另外,基于以下评价基准对吸音性进行了评价。
(评价基准)
合格:衰减值为4.0dB以上。
不合格:衰减值小于4.0dB。
(多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性评价)
通过以下评价方法进行了评价。另外,在以下评价基准中,C以上设为合格。
基于JIS K5600利用截切刀按照以下流程将树脂层贯通,对使得到达多孔质基材的切口形成为棋盘格状时的状态进行了评价。此外,对于测定样本,使用使粘着剂层层叠之前的由多孔质基材以及树脂层构成的带。
(流程)
(1)在样本的树脂层侧,利用切刀切出到达多孔质基材的11个切口,然后旋转90°进一步切出11个切口。此外,对于切刀的刀刃,始终使用全新的刀刃。
(2)以附着约50mm的方式将透明粘着带粘贴于切割后的树脂层表面,利用橡皮擦摩擦而使得透明粘着带附着于树脂层。
(3)在使得透明粘着带附着之后的1~2分钟之后,握持透明粘着带的端部而将树脂层面保持为直角,并瞬间地撕下。
(4)以10个等级对附着于透明粘着带表面的树脂层的量进行评价,由此评价多孔质基材与树脂层的粘着性。此外,树脂完全未附着于透明粘着带表面则评价为10分(A),树脂附着于透明粘着带整面则评价为0分(D),以2分为单位评价树脂层的附着比例。
另外,各分数与评价记号的关系如下。
A:10分,B:8分,C:4~6分,D:0~2分
(耐磨损性评价)
通过以下评价方法进行了评价。另外,耐磨损次数为100次以上则设为合格。
利用刮擦磨损试验机(安田精机制作所(股份)制,型号:No.210,设定条件:针直径:动作速度:55循环/分钟,针的移动量:20mm,磨损长度:15.5mm),根据ISO6722-1对耐磨损性进行评价。
将粘着带卷绕于直径为1cm的不锈钢棒,利用刮具的前端的针磨削粘着带,使得针与不锈钢棒接触,将直至导通为止的循环数设为“耐磨损次数”。
(粘着力评价)
基于JIS Z0237:2009年度版而对粘着带的粘着力进行评价。另外,粘着力为8.0N/20mm以上则设为合格。
此外,水类的丙烯酸粘着剂的组成如下。
作为丙烯酸类聚合物,采用TOYOCHEM(股份)制的商品名称“Oribain(注册商标)BPW6441”。该水类涂敷液的粘度(B型粘度计,60rpm的条件)为6000mPa·s/23℃。
[实施例2~9、比较例1~3]
多孔质基材的种类、树脂组成物(I)的组成如表1所示,除此以外,利用与实施例1相同的方法制作了粘着带。针对获得的各例的粘着带,利用与实施例1相同的方法对透印、吸音性、多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性、耐磨损性以及粘接力进行了评价。表1~2中示出了结果。
表中的各成分的详情如下。
(多孔质基材)
缝编无纺布:聚酯纤维,纤维直径为5~100μm。
纺粘无纺布:聚酯纤维,纤维直径为5~100μm。
(树脂组成物(I))
EVA:DU PONT-MITSUI POLYCHEMICALS(股份)制,商品名称为“EVAFLEXEV250”。
PE:日本聚乙烯(股份)制,商品名称为“NH745”、
缩合松脂树脂:荒川化学工业(股份)制,商品名称为“Aradim(注册商标)R-95”。
氢化松脂:荒川化学工业(股份)制,商品名称为“Hyper(注册商标)CH”。
加氢萜烯(萜烯衍生物树脂):YASUHARACHEMICAL(股份)公司制,商品名称为“CLEARLON(注册商标)M/K”。
萜烯酚(萜烯衍生物树脂):YASUHARACHEMICAL(股份)制,商品名称为“YSPolystar U130”。
萜烯树脂:YASUHARA CHEMICAL(股份)制,商品名称为“RESIN TO105”。
蜡(费托蜡):Sasol公司制,商品名称为“Sasol wax H1”。
另外,表中的粘着剂的“水类丙烯酸”是指与实施例1中使用的丙烯酸类粘着剂(水类涂敷液)相同的物质。

如表1~2所示,关于满足本发明的构成的实施例1~9的粘着带,即使利用水类涂敷液形成粘着剂层,也不会产生透印,能够抑制吸音性降低,并且能够抑制多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性降低。另一方面,多孔质基材的单位面积重量小于60g/m2的比较例1的粘着带的吸音性较低。另外,采用单位面积重量大于150g/m2的多孔质基材的比较例2的粘着带产生了透印。另外,多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性也降低。可以认为多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性降低的理由如下,若单位面积重量较大且无纺布变厚,则呈现出表面的凹凸增大的趋势,因此,多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性变差。另外,利用不含有增粘树脂的热熔粘接剂形成树脂层的比较例3的粘着带产生了透印,并且多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性也降低。根据以上结果能够确认:本发明的粘着带即使在将水类涂敷液用作粘着剂的情况下也能够抑制透印,能够抑制吸音性降低,并且能够抑制多孔质基材与树脂层的粘接性降低。

Claims (5)
1.一种粘着带,其中,
所述粘着带具备:
多孔质基材,其单位面积重量为60~150g/m2、厚度为200μm以上、且空隙率为35体积%以上且小于70体积%;
树脂层,其设置于所述多孔质基材的至少一侧的表面;以及
粘着剂层,其设置于所述树脂层上,
所述树脂层由含有增粘树脂的树脂组成物(I)形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘着带,其中,
所述树脂组成物(I)含有乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘着带,其中,
所述增粘树脂含有选自由萜烯树脂以及萜烯衍生物树脂构成的组中的至少1种树脂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘着带,其中,
所述多孔质基材为无纺布。
5.根据权利要求3所述的粘着带,其中,
所述多孔质基材为无纺布。
