Meanwhile, the side surface of the hanging seat 91 is adopted for hanging, the hanging piece 83 and the hanging seat 91 are in clearance fit, fault tolerance is good, flexibility is good, a certain activity amount of the battery pack 8 is allowed in the installation part, and excessive positioning between the battery pack 8 and an electric automobile is avoided, so that the interaction force is large.

As shown in fig. 8-11, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a battery pack mounting portion 9 of the battery pack 8 mounted on the bottom of an electric vehicle, and this embodiment provides a battery pack mounting portion 9 for mounting the battery pack 8 in embodiment 1, which is disposed on the bottom of the electric vehicle, and a hanging seat 91 is disposed on the battery pack mounting portion 9, and cooperates with a hanging member 83 to hang the battery pack 8 on the electric vehicle along the horizontal direction.
In the present embodiment, the side portion 911 of the hanging seat 91 has a side opening 9111 into which the hanging piece 83 enters, and a hanging slot 912 extending inward from the side opening 9111 in the horizontal direction, and the hanging piece 83 moves in the vertical direction to a first position corresponding to the side opening 9111, from which it enters the hanging point in the hanging slot 912 in the horizontal direction. Side openings 9111 are provided to facilitate entry of the catch 83 into the catch seat 91 during horizontal movement of the battery pack 8.
In the present embodiment, the side portion 911 includes an upper side portion 9112 located above the opening 9131 and a lower side portion 9113 located below the opening 9131, the upper side portion 9112 is connected to the hanging groove top wall 9123 by an arc guide surface, and the lower side portion 9113 is connected to the hanging groove bottom wall 9121 by an arc guide surface. In the present embodiment, the hanging member 83 has a connection portion 831 and a hanging portion 832, the hanging portion 832 is disposed on top of the connection portion 831, and the hanging member 83 is hung on a hanging point on the hanging groove bottom wall 9121 through the hanging portion 832. The hooking groove 912 is in clearance fit with the hooking portion 832, and when the hooking portion 832 is hooked to the hooking point on the hooking groove bottom wall 9121, the clearance between the hooking portion 832 and the hooking groove top wall 9123 is greater than 0 and less than 0.1mm. The hooking groove 912 also includes a side wall 9122 between the bottom wall 9121 and the top wall 9123, and when the hooking portion 832 is hooked to a hooking point on the hooking groove bottom wall 9121, the gap between the hooking portion 832 and the hooking groove side wall 9122 is greater than 2mm. The hooking recess 912 also includes a sidewall 9122 positioned between the bottom wall 9121 and the top wall 9123, the sidewall 9122 being an arcuate sidewall 9122, the top of the arcuate sidewall 9122 being tangential to the top wall 9123, and the bottom of the arcuate sidewall 9122 being tangential to the bottom wall 9121. The side wall 9122 of the hooking recess 912 is shaped to mate with a cylindrical hooking rod. The hooking seat 91 has a receiving groove 913 communicating with the hooking groove 912, and the connecting portion 831 is partially received in the receiving groove 913 when the hooking portion 832 is positioned at the hooking point in the hooking groove 912. When the hooking portion 832 is hooked to the hooking point in the hooking groove 912, the gap between the connecting portion 831 and the receiving groove 913 is greater than 2mm. The hanging member 83 is in clearance fit with the hanging seat 91, so that the hanging member 83 can conveniently enter the hanging seat 91. The receiving groove opening 9131 has a guide surface for guiding the connecting portion 831 into the receiving groove 913.
In the present embodiment, the top of the hanging seat 91 is provided with a mounting hole 914 for mounting the hanging seat 91 to the bottom of the electric automobile.
In this embodiment, the battery pack mounting portion 9 further includes a quick-change bracket 92, a locking mechanism 93 is provided on the quick-change bracket 92, the locking mechanism 93 has an opening 9131 slot extending along a vertical direction and a locking slot extending along a horizontal direction, the locking slot is used for inserting and locking a lock shaft on the battery pack 8, the opening 9131 slot is communicated with the locking slot, the lock shaft enters the locking slot from the opening 9131 slot along the vertical direction, the lock shaft moves to a locking position in the locking slot, and the hitching portion 832 reaches a hitching point in the hitching slot 912. The quick-change bracket 92 is annular or double-sided bar-shaped. The hanging seat 91 is provided at an intermediate position on the side of the quick-change bracket 92 provided with a locking mechanism 93 at the bottom. As shown in fig. 12-15, this embodiment provides a battery pack mounting portion for mounting a battery pack, and based on embodiments 1-2, further improvement of the structure of the battery pack mounting portion is expected to achieve connection of the battery pack by using a hooking groove formed in a hooking seat, so as to achieve the technical effects of small occupied space, simple structure, convenience in processing, and the like; specifically, a hanging slot is designed on the hanging seat, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, in this embodiment, the top of the hanging seat 1 has a hanging slot 11 recessed downward, a hanging slot inlet 110 is opened at the bottom of the hanging seat 1, and the hanging piece 2 on the battery pack passes through the hanging slot inlet 110 and moves to the hanging point in the hanging slot 11, so that the battery pack is fixedly connected to the electric automobile.
In other embodiments, the hanging seat 1 and the hanging piece 2 are matched with each other in any mode of screwing, clamping, buckling, inserting, hooking and joggling to realize hanging of the battery pack.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the hooking groove inlet 110 includes an open groove 1101 and a locking groove 1102 which are communicated with each other, the hooking member 2 extends into the hooking groove 11 through the open groove 1101, and the hooking member 2 moves from the open groove 1101 to a first position corresponding to the locking groove 1102, and moves from the first position to the hooking point along the locking groove 1102. The hanging seat 1 has a supporting portion 1103, and the hanging member 2 is hung on the supporting portion 1103 after reaching the hanging point. The structure in this embodiment makes the articulated part mounting structure intensity high, and the anticreep is effectual. The provision of the open slot 1101 facilitates the entry of the battery pack into the docking station 1. The battery pack is connected with the bottom of the electric automobile in a hanging mode in the vertical direction, on one hand, the connection point between the battery pack and the electric automobile is increased, the installation stability is improved, on the other hand, the movement of the battery pack relative to the electric automobile in the vertical direction is limited, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is improved. In particular from the middle region of the two-sided or four-sided locking position.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, in order to make the two ends of the hanging member 2 stressed uniformly and stably, the positional relationship between the open slot 1101 and the locking slot 1102 may be further designed correspondingly, for example, the extending directions of the open slot 1101 and the locking slot 1102 are not parallel; for example, the open groove 1101 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the lock groove 1102. In this embodiment, the cross section between the open groove 1101 and the lock groove 1102 is in a "T" or "cross" shape.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the hanging seat 1 is provided with a avoiding opening 1104, the avoiding opening 1104 is communicated with the hanging groove inlet 110, and the avoiding opening 1104 is arranged on two sides of the opening groove 1101 opposite to the locking groove 1102. The avoidance port 1104 may allow the hitching member 2 to enter the hitching groove 11 more conveniently without obstruction.
In this embodiment, the top of the hanging seat 1 has a top opening 111, and the top opening 111 is communicated with the hanging slot inlet 110. The top opening 111 is larger than the hooking groove inlet 110 and penetrates to the surface of the hooking portion. In this embodiment, the mounting strength is further enhanced, the mounting portion may be further utilized to mount the hanging seat and the electric vehicle, in this embodiment, the hanging seat 1 may further be provided with a mounting portion 12, and the mounting portion 12 is provided with a connection hole 121 for mounting the hanging seat 1 on the bottom of the electric vehicle. The mounting plate is only exemplified in the present embodiment, and is not limited to the mounting plate. In the above case, the mounting portion 12 and the hanging seat 1 may be integrally formed, and in other embodiments, the adjustment may be made accordingly.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve the force balance of the hanging seat 1 by the mounting portions at both ends, the hanging seat 1 has a hanging portion 13, a hanging groove 11 is provided in the hanging portion 13, and a mounting portion 12 is provided on at least one side of the hanging portion 13. The top surface of the mounting part 12 and the top surface of the hanging part 13 are positioned on the same plane; and/or the bottom surface of the mounting portion 12 is located on the same plane as the bottom surface of the hooking portion 13. The installation position of the installation part 12 can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and the operation is convenient. The thickness of the mounting portion 12 is less than or equal to the thickness of the hitch base 1. The stress can be enhanced according to the actual situation by adjusting the thickness.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the weight of the structure and save space while reducing the weight, the hanging seat 1 may have a hollowed portion 14, and the connection nut may be installed in this hollowed portion 14 and may not protrude from the surface of the mounting plate, thereby saving space and being attractive.
In this embodiment, the number of the hanging seats 1 is plural, and the plurality of hanging seats 1 are disposed on the bottom plate of the electric automobile. The connection to the battery pack is more stable.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 16 to 18, on the basis of embodiment 3, a limit groove 15 may be further formed on the top of the hanging seat 1. The limiting groove 15 is used as a limiting guide structure of the hanging piece 2, so that the hanging piece 2 is more convenient to hang along the limiting groove 15.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the limiting groove 15 includes a first limiting groove 151 and a second limiting groove 152 that are mutually communicated, and the abutting portion 212 and the second hooking portion 21 of the hooking member 2 abut against the first limiting groove 151 and the second limiting groove 152. The top limit structure enables the mounting structure of the hanging piece to be high in strength and better in anti-falling effect.
In this embodiment, in order to make the top end of the hooking member 2 uniformly and stably stressed, the shape formed between the first limiting groove 151 and the second limiting groove 152 is in a "T" shape or a "cross" shape. The top surface of the limit groove 15 and the top surface of the hanging seat 1 are positioned on the same plane.
In other embodiments, the height of the limiting groove 15 may be adjusted, and thus the height of the hitching member 2 may be adjusted, and in this embodiment, the distance between the limiting groove 15 and the bottom of the hitching seat 1 is about equal to or greater than the height of the hitching member 2. By adopting the structural form, the wearing of the parts of the hanging piece 2 and the bottom of the automobile can be prevented, and the service lives of the hanging seat 1 and the bottom parts of the automobile can be prolonged.
In this embodiment, the number of the hanging seats 1 is plural, and the plurality of hanging seats 1 are disposed on the bottom plate of the electric automobile. The connection to the battery pack is more stable.
Example 5
An electric automobile, which includes the battery pack mounting part and the battery pack according to any one of the above embodiments, wherein the battery pack is provided with a hanging piece, and the hanging piece 2 is hung in the hanging seat 1 along the horizontal direction.
The hanging piece 2 is provided with a hanging shaft 211 and a connecting rod 221, the hanging shaft 211 moves to the first position through the inlet of the opening slot 1101, and the connecting rod 221 moves along the locking slot 1102 to drive the hanging shaft 211 to move to the hanging point.
The top of the battery pack is provided with a hanging piece 2 which is used for being in hanging fit with the hanging seat 1, when the battery pack is hung, the battery pack is moved along the vertical direction, the hanging piece 2 is moved onto the hanging seat 1 along the vertical direction, then the hanging piece 2 is moved to a hanging point in the hanging seat 1 along the horizontal direction, the battery pack is hung on the hanging seat 1, the hanging piece 2 is arranged in the middle area of the top of the battery pack, and corresponds to the positions of the transverse beam and the longitudinal beam on the lower box body of the battery pack, and the hanging piece 2 can be fixedly connected with the lower box body through a mounting seat fixed on the transverse beam and the longitudinal beam.
In other embodiments, the hanging member 2 may be fixedly connected with the upper cover of the battery pack through a connection member.

Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, but such changes and modifications fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (25)

1. The battery pack mounting part is arranged at the bottom of the electric automobile and used for mounting the battery pack, and is characterized in that a hanging seat is arranged on the battery pack mounting part and used for being matched with a hanging piece to hang the battery pack on the electric automobile along the horizontal direction;
the battery pack is provided with an upper cover and a lower box body, a battery module is arranged between the upper cover and the lower box body, and a hanging piece is arranged on the upper cover and used for moving to a position corresponding to a hanging seat at the bottom of the electric automobile along the vertical direction and moving into the hanging seat along the horizontal direction so that the battery pack is hung in the hanging seat on the electric automobile;
The battery pack is fixedly connected to the electric automobile through the hanging connection point which is arranged in the hanging connection groove;
the hanging groove inlet comprises an opening groove and a locking groove which are communicated with each other, the hanging piece stretches into the hanging groove through the opening groove, and moves from the opening groove to a first position corresponding to the locking groove, and moves from the first position to the hanging point along the locking groove.
2. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the opening groove is non-parallel to the extending direction of the locking groove.
3. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the open groove is perpendicular to an extending direction of the locking groove.
4. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein the hanger has a support portion, the hanger being hooked to the support portion upon reaching the hooking point.
5. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the hanging seat is provided with an avoidance port, the avoidance port is communicated with the inlet of the hanging groove, and the avoidance port and the locking groove are oppositely arranged on two sides of the opening groove.
6. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein a cross section between the open groove and the locking groove is in a "T" or "cross" shape.
7. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein the top of the cradle has a top opening that communicates with the cradle inlet.
8. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 7 wherein said top opening is larger than said hooking recess entrance and extends through to a surface of the hooking portion.
9. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the hooking member has a connecting portion and a hooking portion, the hooking portion is provided at the top of the connecting portion, and the hooking member is hooked to the hooking point on the bottom wall of the hooking groove by the hooking portion.
10. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1, wherein the hanging socket has a mounting portion with a connection hole thereon for mounting the hanging socket to a bottom of the electric vehicle.
11. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 10 wherein the cradle has a hooking portion, the hooking groove is provided in the hooking portion, and the mounting portion is provided on at least one side of the hooking portion.
12. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 11, wherein a top surface of said mounting portion is in the same plane as a top surface of said hitching portion; and/or the bottom surface of the installation part and the bottom surface of the hanging part are positioned on the same plane.
13. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 10, wherein the thickness of the mounting portion is less than or equal to the thickness of the cradle.
14. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1, wherein the hanging seat has a hollowed-out portion thereon.
15. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, further comprising a quick-change bracket provided with a locking mechanism having an opening groove extending in a vertical direction and a locking groove extending in a horizontal direction, the locking groove being for insertion locking of a lock shaft on the battery pack, the opening groove being in communication with the locking groove, the lock shaft entering the locking groove from the opening groove in the vertical direction, movement of the lock shaft in the locking groove to a locking position, the hitching member reaching a hitching point in the hitching groove.
16. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 15 wherein said quick-change bracket is annular or double sided bar-shaped.
17. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 15, wherein the hooking seat is provided at a middle position of a quick-change bracket side provided with a locking mechanism at a bottom thereof.
18. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1, further comprising a bolt locking mechanism and a bead-expanding locking mechanism for locking the battery pack to the electric vehicle.
19. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein the top of the cradle has a limit slot.
20. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 19 wherein said limit slot includes a first limit slot and a second limit slot in communication with each other, said abutment portion and said hooking portion of said hooking member being in abutment with said first limit slot and said second limit slot.
21. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 20, wherein the first and second limiting grooves are formed in a T-shape or a cross-shape.
22. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 19 wherein the top surface of the limit slot is coplanar with the top surface of the hanger bracket.
23. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the number of the hanging seats is plural, and the plural hanging seats are provided on a floor panel of the electric vehicle.
24. An electric automobile, characterized in that the electric automobile comprises the battery pack mounting part and the battery pack according to any one of claims 1-23, wherein a hanging piece is arranged on the battery pack and is hung in a hanging seat along the horizontal direction.
25. The electric vehicle of claim 24, characterized in that the hitch member has a hitch shaft that moves to the first position through the open slot entrance, and a connecting rod that moves along the locking slot to move the hitch shaft to the hitch point.
