The multifunctional archive scanning device is characterized by comprising a controller and a workbench, wherein the controller is provided with a control display screen, a scanner is erected above the workbench, the scanner is connected with the controller through a circuit, an image-text identification module, a classifying and filing module, a storage module, a parameter setting module, an index logic module, a judging module, a timing module, a monitoring module, an encryption module and a warning module are arranged in the controller, and the controller is connected with a monitor through network signals; a flange is erected on one side of the workbench, a page pushing assembly is arranged outside the opposite side of the flange, a page turning assembly is arranged outside the adjacent side of the flange, the page pushing assembly comprises a base, a page pushing device is arranged on the base, a telescopic page pushing rod of the page pushing device extends to the upper side of the workbench, a rubber block is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the front end of the page pushing rod, the page turning assembly comprises a bottom plate, an inserting device is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate, the inserting device is provided with a telescopic page inserting plate, the inserting plate extends to the upper side of the workbench, the inserting plate is vertically arranged with the page pushing rod, a page turning device is fixedly arranged below the workbench, the page turning device is provided with a reciprocating swing shaft, the reciprocating swing shaft is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the bottom plate through a connecting seat, and the page pushing device, the inserting device and the page turning device are electrically controlled by the controller;
the base is connected with the page pushing device through an elastic supporting layer, and the elastic supporting layer comprises a plurality of spring columns which are arranged in an array;
the page pusher is specifically provided with an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod; the inserting device specifically adopts an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod; the page turner particularly adopts a reciprocating swing motor;
mechanical automation scanning process:
1) Placing the paper file on a workbench, abutting one side of the paper file against the flange for alignment, and starting a scanner to align the scanner above the workbench for scanning the first paper;
2) After the front paper piece is scanned, the controller firstly starts the page pushing device to enable the page pushing device to extend out of the page pushing rod towards the workbench, the front paper piece is contacted and rubbed by the rubber block below the page pushing rod, and the paper piece is arched upwards under the friction force of the rubber block due to the fact that the opposite edge of the paper piece is abutted against the flange;
3) The controller starts the insert device to extend the insert plate to the workbench, the insert plate extends into a gap between the first paper piece and the lower paper piece, the controller controls the page pushing device to retract the page pushing rod, and meanwhile the controller starts the page turning device to enable the reciprocating swing shaft to drive the whole insert device to turn outwards to a certain angle, so that the first paper piece is turned over through the insert plate;
4) And then the scanner scans the second paper, and after the scanning is finished, the step 2) is repeated, the page turner and the page inserting device are synchronously restored to the initial positions, and the step 3) is repeated again until all the paper files are scanned.
2. A method of operating a multifunctional archive scanning device as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1. establishing a parameter model:
1) Establishing a plurality of different file types, setting at least one corresponding type keyword for each type of file, and setting at least one tree-shaped folder group corresponding to each type of file;
2) At least two index keywords are set according to the characteristics of each type of files, and the logical relationship among the index keywords comprises the following three types:
(1) Index key one and index key two;
(2) Index keyword one or index keyword two;
(3) Index keyword one not index keyword two;
3) Setting corresponding monitoring elements corresponding to the characteristics of each type of files, wherein the monitoring elements comprise an effective period, a payment date and a confidentiality level;

3) Retrieving the pointing content of the index key words in the new filing data, comparing the pointing content of the index key words with the pointing content of the index key words in the similar old data, sending out warning words if the pointing content of the index key words is inconsistent with the pointing content of the index key words in the similar old data, reminding a worker to correct and confirm, and if the worker judges that the data content has a problem, carrying out manual change, update or replacement operation according to the problem type;
4) Performing behavior trace recording on each manual operation of modification, updating or replacement so as to facilitate subsequent supervision and tracing;

and according to the monitoring elements set by each type of files, performing management warning of corresponding time to remind workers to check at regular intervals, so as to make corresponding measures.

A method of operating a multifunctional archive scanning device according to claim 2, wherein in step 1), the tree folder group includes a total folder, the total folder includes a plurality of primary subfolders, the primary subfolders include a plurality of secondary subfolders, and the secondary subfolders include a plurality of tertiary subfolders, so as to be layered step by step.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein in step 2), the files are archived in the subfolders of the corresponding levels according to the suffix name levels of the files, the archiving times are further recorded, and the numbers are sequentially arranged according to the archiving times.
