A multifunctional archive scanning device is characterized by comprising a controller and a workbench, wherein the controller is provided with an operation display screen, a scanner is erected above the workbench and is connected with the controller through a circuit, an image-text recognition module, a classification and filing module, a storage module, a parameter setting module, an index logic module, a judgment module, a timing module, a monitoring module, an encryption module and a warning module are arranged in the controller, and the controller is connected with a monitor through a network signal; a flange is erected on one side edge of the workbench, a page pushing component is arranged outside the opposite side edge of the flange, a page turning component is arranged outside the adjacent side edge of the flange, the page pushing component comprises a base, a page pusher is arranged on the base, a telescopic page pushing rod of the page pushing device extends to the upper part of the workbench, a rubber block is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the front end of the page pushing rod, the page turning component comprises a bottom plate, the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly provided with an inserter, the inserter is provided with a telescopic inserter plate, the page inserting plate extends to the upper part of the workbench, the page inserting plate and the page pushing rod are vertically arranged, the page turner is fixedly arranged below the workbench and provided with a reciprocating swing rotating shaft which is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the bottom plate through a connecting seat, and the controller is electrically connected with the page pusher, the page inserter and the page turner.
2. The multi-functional document scanning device of claim 1, wherein the base is coupled to the leaf pusher via a flexible support layer, the flexible support layer comprising a plurality of spring posts arranged in an array.

The multi-functional document scanning device of claim 1, wherein the page pusher is embodied as a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or an electric push rod; the inserter specifically adopts an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod; the page turner specifically adopts a reciprocating swing motor.
4. The method of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
firstly, establishing a parameter model:
1) establishing a plurality of different file types, setting at least one corresponding type keyword for each type of file, and setting at least one tree-shaped folder group corresponding to each type of file;
2) at least two index key words are set according to the characteristics of each type of archives, and the logical relationship among the index key words comprises the following three types:
(1) index key word one and index key word two;
(2) index key word one or index key word two;
(3) indexing a keyword one not indexing a keyword two;
3) setting corresponding monitoring elements according to the characteristics of each type of files, wherein the monitoring elements comprise an expiration date, a payment date and a confidentiality grade;
secondly, archiving and recording operations:
A. mechanical automated scanning process:
1) placing the paper file on a workbench, enabling one edge of the paper file to abut against and align with the flange, and starting a scanner to align above the workbench to scan the home page paper;
2) after the scanning of the first paper is finished, the controller firstly starts the paper pusher to extend out of the paper pushing rod towards the workbench, and the rubber block below the paper pushing rod is utilized to contact and rub the first paper;
3) then the controller starts the inserter to extend out of the inserter plate towards the workbench, so that the inserter plate extends into a gap between the first paper piece and the lower paper piece, then the controller controls the page pusher to retract the page pushing rod, and simultaneously the controller starts the page turner to drive the whole inserter to be turned outwards to a certain angle through the reciprocating swing rotating shaft, so that the first paper piece is turned over through the inserter plate;
4) then the scanner scans a second paper piece, the step 2) is repeated after the scanning is finished, the page turners and the page inserters are synchronously returned to the initial positions, and the step 3) is repeated again until all the paper files are scanned;
B. the computer intelligent filing process:
1) scanning and inputting the archival material page by page through a scanner, and identifying, recording and storing the image and text on the archival material;
2) performing type keyword search on the recorded and stored data content, and correspondingly filing the data content into a tree-shaped folder group of the same type of files according to the searched type keywords;
3) searching the pointed content of the index key words in the new filing data, comparing the pointed content with the pointed content of the index key words in the same type of old data, if the pointed contents of the index key words in the new filing data and the pointed contents of the index key words in the same type of old data are inconsistent, sending out a warning message to remind a worker to correct and confirm, and if the worker judges that the data content has a problem, manually changing, updating or replacing the data content according to the type of the problem;
4) the manual operation of each change, update or replacement is carried out with behavior trace recording so as to facilitate the subsequent supervision and tracing;
thirdly, automatic monitoring management:
and according to the monitoring elements set by each type of file, managing and warning at corresponding time, and reminding workers to check and check at regular intervals, thereby making corresponding measures.

The method of claim 4, wherein in step 1), the plurality of different file types comprise enterprise files, personnel files, personal medical files, and document files; the type keywords of the enterprise files comprise enterprises, companies and brands, the type keywords of the personnel files comprise personnel, records and resumes, the type keywords of the personal medical files comprise medical treatment, hospitals, diagnoses and prescriptions, and the type keywords of the document files comprise files, data and documents.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein in step one, the index key words of the enterprise archive at least comprise an enterprise name, an organization code, and a legal person; the index key words of the personnel file at least comprise name, gender, age, academic calendar and political face; the index key words of the personal medical record at least comprise name, gender, age, case and medical history; the indexing keywords of the document archive include commands, directives, decisions, postings, requests, reports, replies, notifications, letters, briefs, meeting records, plans, and summaries.

The method of claim 4, wherein in step 1), the tree-shaped folder group comprises a main folder, the main folder comprises a plurality of primary subfolders, the primary subfolders comprise a plurality of secondary subfolders, and the secondary subfolders comprise a plurality of tertiary subfolders, so as to be hierarchically arranged in a level-by-level manner.

The operating method of the multifunctional file scanning device as claimed in claim 7, wherein in step two, 2), the files are filed into the subfolders of the corresponding levels according to the suffix name level of the file material, and further the filing time is recorded and the serial numbers are sequentially arranged according to the filing time.
