Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of converter molten steel production, in particular to a method for transferring molten steel tapping of a converter in steelmaking production. According to the invention, the reverse conveying channels of the molten steel span and the molten iron span in the traditional steelmaking area are opened, the equipment transformation cost is low, one set of converter smelting system can supply molten steel required by the production of the casting machine in the production lines of different areas, the operation is simple, and the use efficiency of converter equipment is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of converter molten steel production, in particular to a method for transferring molten steel tapping of a converter in steelmaking production.
Background
In the traditional section bar manufacturing and steel making area, the adopted mainstream converter steel making smelting mode is generally a one-way design of forward and backward discharge, namely: the train pushes the molten iron into a factory building (molten iron bay), smelts the molten iron in a furnace (charging bay), puts the molten steel tapped by the converter into a ladle (furnace bay), lifts the ladle to an LF furnace for treatment (refining bay), and lifts the ladle to a casting machine platform (molten steel bay) by a crown block. The production mode is a production process of a flow line from the first to the last, molten steel is transported on the flow line, the molten steel is transported to a casting machine table after being discharged, the production requirement of a subsequent continuous casting machine is met, however, along with the development of the steel-making production mode, a plurality of production lines need to be additionally arranged in a steel-making area, such as an ESP (electronic stability program) manufacturing production line, ESP manufacturing needs a converter to produce molten steel for discharge, equipment transformation is needed when the converter of the plurality of production lines is discharged in the existing molten steel transportation mode, the cost is high, the operation is troublesome, the efficiency is low, and the transportation requirement of discharge of the ESP manufacturing production line cannot be well met in the single discharge mode.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems of high equipment modification cost, inconvenience in operation and low efficiency in the process of transferring converter tapping to an ESP manufacturing workshop in the prior art, the invention provides the method for transferring the molten steel tapping of the converter in steelmaking production, which is characterized in that a reverse conveying channel between a molten steel span and a molten iron span in a traditional steelmaking area is opened, the equipment modification cost is low, a set of converter smelting system can supply molten steel required by production line casting machines in different areas, the operation is simple, and the use efficiency of converter equipment is greatly improved.
The invention provides a molten steel tapping transfer method for a converter in steelmaking production, which comprises the steps of extending a lower track of the converter in the reverse direction, connecting the extended lower track with a molten iron cross track, connecting the extended lower track with the molten iron cross track to form an extended track, placing a ladle after tapping of the converter, transferring the ladle to a ladle car of the lower track, transporting the ladle car to the molten iron cross through the extended track, hoisting the ladle to a train tank frame by the molten iron cross crane, and transporting the ladle to a workshop of an ESP manufacturing department by the train. The track only leads to the sediment under the former stove and strides, satisfies the sediment basin transportation demand, needs stride to the molten iron through extension track, just can satisfy the demand of new mode, through leveling to the scene place, the equipment transformation along the passageway, the ground is rebuild, and the track installation has solved the ladle car and can't directly be driven the restriction bottleneck that the molten iron strides.
Furthermore, after tapping of the converter, molten steel is put into a ladle, and the ladle can be transferred to a refining span or a molten steel span, and the molten steel is transferred to the refining span or the molten steel span to meet the molten steel requirement of a continuous casting machine in the existing smelting area. The invention realizes that one set of converter smelting system can supply molten steel required by the production of casting machines in production lines of different areas, thereby greatly improving the service efficiency of converter equipment.
Furthermore, a slag car is arranged on the track, the slag car and the buggy ladle are distributed on two sides of the converter, and the running direction of the buggy ladle is the molten iron crossing direction. In the original production mode, the ladle car is arranged at the south side of the lower track of the furnace, the slag car is arranged at the north side of the lower track of the furnace, and after the production mode is changed, the positions of the ladle car and the slag car need to be changed so as to meet the requirement of smooth operation of the ladle car in the molten iron crossing direction.
Furthermore, the steel ladle is provided with a cover adding and uncovering mechanism, and the aim is to ensure the temperature of molten steel in the steel ladle.
Furthermore, the ladle is subjected to covering and uncovering operation on the extension track, the conventional ladle covering is carried out on a converter argon station platform through a hydraulic covering and uncovering mechanism, a gantry crane is arranged above the extension track, and the ladle is subjected to covering and uncovering operation in a hoisting mode, so that the environmental protection requirement of the ladle out of a factory building is met, and the temperature drop of the ladle is reduced.

The invention has the advantages that the transfer mode of the existing converter smelting molten steel is improved, the one-way design of the converter molten steel from forward to backward is changed into the production mode of forward to forward, the improvement cost is low, meanwhile, the invention can effectively reduce the time from the cross transfer of the steel ladle to the molten steel and shorten the turnover time of the steel ladle; the invention realizes that one set of converter smelting system can additionally supply molten steel required by the production of the casting machine of the production line of the ESP manufacturing area, thereby greatly improving the service efficiency of converter equipment.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 2, the production flow of steelmaking in the section bar manufacturing part in the prior art is shown, the whole area is in the north-south direction, a train rail for transportation is arranged on the north side of the steelmaking area, the train transports molten iron on the train rail, the train pushes the molten iron into a factory building (molten iron bay), the molten iron enters a furnace for smelting (charging bay), molten steel discharged from a converter is put into a ladle (furnace bay), the ladle is hoisted to an LF furnace for treatment (refining bay), the ladle is hoisted to a casting machine platform (molten steel bay) by a crown block, and the tapping mode of the whole converter is forward and backward (south-north direction), so that the production requirements of a subsequent continuous casting machine are met. In actual production, according to actual needs, molten steel produced by a converter needs to be supplied to an ESP manufacturing part externally to meet production requirements of the ESP manufacturing part, and therefore molten steel produced by a 120T-type steel converter needs to be rotated to a molten steel bay, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 shows a molten steel tapping production line for producing the converter in an ESP manufacturing area in the prior art, after steel is tapped by the converter, a steel ladle filled with the molten steel is opened to a refining bay or a molten steel bay, then the steel ladle is hung to a cross-over vehicle connected with the molten steel bay by a crown block, after the steel ladle reaches the molten steel bay, the molten steel bay crown block is hung to a train tank frame, and the train transports the steel ladle to a workshop of the ESP manufacturing part for use by a continuous casting machine of the ESP manufacturing part.
According to the invention, as shown in figure 4, a lower track of a converter furnace in figures 2 and 3 is extended reversely, and the extended track is connected with a molten iron cross track, as shown in figure 1, a steel ladle is placed after the converter steel is tapped, the steel ladle is placed on a ladle car of the lower track of the converter furnace, the ladle car is transported to the molten iron cross track through the extended track, the molten iron cross crown block directly hoists the steel ladle to a train tank frame, and the train transports the steel ladle to a workshop of an ESP manufacturing department.
The invention is an improvement of the traditional molten steel external supply transfer method, and the molten steel span and the molten iron span are communicated through a reverse conveying channel, so that two tapping modes of forward-forward/forward-backward tapping of a converter are realized, and the molten steel after the converter is transferred to a workshop of an ESP manufacturing department for use while the molten steel is supplied to a casting machine table in a smelting area; after the molten steel is transferred to the ladle, the ladle can also be transferred to a refining span or a molten steel span, and the molten steel requirement of a continuous casting machine in the existing smelting area is met. The invention realizes that one set of converter smelting system can supply molten steel required by the production of casting machines in production lines of different areas, thereby greatly improving the service efficiency of converter equipment.
The track only leads to the sediment under current converter stove and strides, satisfies the sediment basin transportation demand, need stride to the molten iron through the extension track, just can satisfy the demand of new mode, through leveling to the scene place, the equipment transformation along the passageway, the ground is rebuild, and the track installation has solved the ladle car and can't directly be driven the restriction bottleneck that the molten iron strides.
In the existing production mode, the ladle car is arranged at the south side of the lower track of the furnace, the slag car is arranged at the north side of the lower track of the furnace, and the positions of the ladle car and the slag car on the tracks need to be changed, so that the ladle car smoothly runs in the molten iron crossing direction. After the slag car and the buggy ladle are adjusted and positioned, the cable drum of the buggy ladle is positioned in the south side because the cable drum is not transformed and displaced, the cable drum of the buggy ladle is positioned in the north side, the position of the drum is opposite to the running direction of the car body, and when field workers operate the buggy ladle or the buggy ladle, the mutual winding phenomenon of the cable wire of the buggy ladle and the cable wire of the buggy ladle is frequently generated, the cable wire is easily scraped, and the car body does not move. The invention shifts the cable drum of the trolley body, the shifting north side of the cable drum of the buggy ladle is consistent with the running direction of the buggy ladle, and the shifting south side of the cable drum of the slag car is consistent with the running direction of the slag car. Through the transformation, the problem that cables of the buggy ladle and the slag car are mutually wound is solved, and the fault rate of the buggy body is greatly reduced.
By the transfer method of the embodiment 1, the molten steel transportation time is reduced by 15-20 min/furnace according to the existing production distance compared with the method of the production route in the figure 3, and the transfer efficiency is greatly improved.
Example 2
The steel ladle is provided with the cover adding and uncovering mechanism, and aims to ensure the temperature of molten steel in the steel ladle. Furthermore, the ladle is subjected to covering and uncovering operation on the extension track, the conventional ladle covering is carried out on a converter argon station platform through a hydraulic covering and uncovering mechanism, the gantry cranes are arranged above the extension track, the number of the gantry cranes is 2, and the ladle is subjected to covering and uncovering operation in a hoisting mode, so that the environment-friendly requirement of the ladle out of a factory building is met, and the temperature drop of the ladle is reduced. By the operation of adding and uncovering the ladle cover by the gantry crane, the temperature drop of the molten steel is reduced by 30 percent.

A method for transferring molten steel tapping of a converter in steelmaking production is characterized in that a lower track of the converter is extended reversely, the extended lower track of the converter is connected with a molten iron cross track, the extended lower track which is connected with the lower track of the converter and the molten iron cross track is an extended track, a ladle is placed after tapping of the converter, the ladle is transferred to a ladle car of the lower track of the converter, the ladle car is transported to the molten iron cross through the extended track, the molten iron cross crown block lifts the ladle to a train tank frame, and the train transports the ladle to a workshop of an ESP manufacturing department.
2. The method for transferring molten steel tapping from a converter for steelmaking according to claim 1, wherein after tapping from the converter, the molten steel is placed in a ladle, and the ladle is further transferred to a refining bay or a molten steel bay.

The method for transporting molten steel tapping from a converter for steelmaking production as claimed in claim 1, wherein a slag car is provided on the lower track of the converter, the slag car and the ladle car are disposed on both sides of the converter, and the direction of travel of the ladle car is the molten iron-striding direction.
