In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 14, a product sorting apparatus for terminal processing includes a table 2, an unlocking mechanism 3, a jig transport robot 4, a transfer platform 5, a product transfer mechanism 6, a non-defective product packing mechanism 7, and a defective product collecting mechanism 8. The jig body 1 can be carried to the unlocking mechanism 3 by the jig carrying manipulator 4, and the unlocking mechanism 3 is transferred to the position right below the product transfer mechanism 6 by the transfer platform 5.
The locking of the connecting shell by all the positioning pins 14 on the jig body 1 can be automatically solved by unlocking the locking mechanism 3, and both ends of the sliding rod 13 are extended to form the extending parts 131 for matching and unlocking the locking mechanism 3. The unlocking mechanism 3 comprises a placing plate 31, two L-shaped supports 32, two lifting assemblies 33 and two pressing assemblies 34, wherein a first avoiding groove 311 is formed in the middle of the placing plate 31, two guide blocks 321 which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the back of the L-shaped supports 32, and a first guide surface 3211 which is in interference fit with the extending part 131 is arranged at the top end of one end side wall of each guide block 321. The placing plate 31 can bear the jig body 1, and since the jig body 1 is heavy, the lifting assembly 33 is arranged to support, and the lifting assembly 33 works again when locking needs to be solved.
The lifting assembly 33 is provided with a first sliding block 331, a first sliding rail 332, a vertical plate 333, a first lifting cylinder 334 and a connecting sleeve 335, the first lifting cylinder 334 is used as a driving force to drive the vertical plate 333 to lift on the first sliding rail 332, the vertical plate 333 drives the placing plate 31 to move downwards integrally, in the downward moving process, the two extending parts 131 are abutted to a first guide surface 3211 on the guide block 321 to move the sliding rod 13 reversely, the positioning spring 15 at the back of the positioning plug 14 is compressed, and each positioning plug 14 is unlocked.
In the process that the placing plate 31 moves down, the two ends of the jig body 1 can be pressed and positioned through the two pressing assemblies 34, and the jig body 1 is prevented from deviating when a product is taken out. The pressing assembly 34 includes a hinge base 341, a hinge head 342, a pressing plate 343 and two first return springs 344, wherein two sides of the hinge head 342 are respectively provided with a first spring connector 3421 and a limiting sliding head 3422, two side walls of the placing plate 31 are respectively provided with two symmetrically arranged second spring connectors 312, the side wall of the guiding block 321 is provided with a guiding raised head 3212 which is in interference fit with the limiting sliding head 3422, and the lower half part of the guiding raised head 3212 is provided with a second guiding surface 3213. The pulling force of the two first return springs 344 is used to pull the hinge 342 in the direction of the jig body 1, so that the pressing plate 343 can press the jig body 1. When the placing plate 31 is not lowered, the pressing plate 343 must be in an open state, so that the joint 342 is limited by the interference of the limiting slider 3422 and the guiding protrusion 3212, and the rotation limitation of the joint 342 can be released by the limiting slider 3422 moving downwards along the second guiding surface 3213 of the guiding protrusion 3212.
Qualified products and defective products in the jig body 1 can be transported through the product transporting mechanism 6. The product transfer mechanism 6 includes a support bracket 61, a translation electric cylinder 62, a right-angle mounting platform 63, an elevation electric cylinder 64, a first mounting plate 65, a main gripper cylinder 66, an auxiliary gripper cylinder 67, and a secondary lowering unit 68. The main clamping cylinder 66 and the auxiliary clamping cylinder 67 are adopted to selectively clamp the product on the jig, and in order to match the clamping of the main clamping cylinder 66 and the auxiliary clamping cylinder 67, a clamping groove 112 convenient for clamping is added in the placing groove 111 of the base plate 11.
The secondary gripper cylinder 67 is required to cooperate with the secondary lowering assembly 68 to enable the gripping operation. The secondary descending module 68 includes a top plate 681, a bottom plate 682, a second lifting cylinder 683, and two second slide rails 684, wherein the bottom plate 682 is provided with a second avoiding groove 6821, and the second slide rails 684 are provided with synchronizing blocks 6841 slidably engaged therewith. The sub-gripper cylinder 67 is driven to descend twice by the second ascent and descent cylinder 683 as a driving force.
The accepted product packing mechanism 7 can perform automatic packing operation for all types of accepted products transferred. The qualified product boxing mechanism 7 is provided with a first support frame 71, a second support frame 72, a third support frame 73, a plurality of packing boxes 74, a plurality of box body fixing mechanisms 75 and a plurality of material pushing cylinders 76, wherein the box body fixing mechanisms 75 are used for limiting and fixing the packing boxes 74, each box body fixing mechanism 75 comprises a detection assembly 751, a first bearing seat 752, a second bearing seat 753, a fixed seat 754, a pressing plate 755 and a temporary bearing table 756, the detection assembly 751 is used for abutting against the head parts of the packing boxes 74 and can detect whether products in the packing boxes 74 are full or not, clamping grooves used for clamping and embedding the packing boxes 74 are formed in the first bearing seat 752 and the second bearing seat 753, an accommodating groove used for accommodating the tail parts of the packing boxes 74 is formed in the fixed seat 754, and a push rod 761 used for pushing the products in the temporary bearing table 756 is installed at the output end of the material pushing cylinders 76; a plurality of packing boxes 74 are fixed by a plurality of box body fixing mechanisms 75, so that qualified products of each type can be loaded into one packing box 74, after the products are conveyed to the temporary receiving platform 756 by the product transferring mechanism 6, the first optical fiber sensor 7561 can detect that the qualified products are received on the temporary receiving platform 756, then the pushing cylinder 76 drives the primary push rod 761 to move forwards once, and the push rod 761 pushes the products on the temporary receiving platform 756 to move towards the packing box 74, so that automatic box packing operation is realized.
When package 74 is filled with product, detection assembly 751 can detect and signal a reminder. The detection unit 751 includes a third slide rail 7511, a second attachment plate 7512, an L-shaped detection plate 7513, a proximity sensor 7514, a pressing base 7515, and two reset members 7516, and a second slider that fits the third slide rail 7511 is provided at the bottom of the second attachment plate 7512. Whether the packaging box 74 is filled with qualified products is judged by detecting the position of the L-shaped detection plate 7513 by using the proximity sensor 7514, and the method comprises the following specific steps: when the packaging box 74 is full, the pushing cylinder 76 drives the push rod 761 to work again, the qualified product at the forefront end of the packaging box 74 can be pressed against the pressing seat 7515 to displace, the pressing seat 7515 drives the second mounting plate 7512 to move on the third slide rail 7511, the L-shaped detection plate 7513 is also separated from the detection end of the proximity sensor 7514, and the proximity sensor 7514 sends a signal accordingly.
Because the pressing base 7515 needs to be reset after the worker replaces the empty packing box 74 with the packing box 74 filled with qualified products, two reset components 7516 are designed, each reset component 7516 is provided with a third spring connector 75161, a fourth spring connector 75162 and a second reset spring 75163, and the elastic force of the second reset spring 75163 is used for realizing the reset of the pressing base 7515.
The defective products of all types can be collected orderly by the defective product collecting mechanism 8, respectively. The defective product collecting mechanism 8 is provided with an inclined mounting plate 81, a second optical fiber sensor 82 and a plurality of collecting channels 83, wherein the bottom of the inclined mounting plate 81 is provided with a plurality of mounting legs 811, the collecting channels 83 are internally provided with bearing steps 831 for bearing sliding defective products, the tail of the collecting channels 83 is provided with a detachable baffle, and the side walls of the collecting channels 83 are provided with through holes 832 matched with the second optical fiber sensor 82. A plurality of collecting material channels 83 are adopted to classify and collect all the defective products, the defective products in the collecting material channels 83 can slide downwards on the bearing steps 831 by utilizing the inclination angle of the inclined mounting plate 81, so that the defective products are orderly arranged in sequence, and the second optical fiber sensors 82 emit light beams to detect whether all the defective products in the collecting hoppers are full or not. Since the defective products are taken out one by one from the collecting channel 83, if there are defective products of the same kind to be placed in the collecting channel 83, the product transfer mechanism 6 needs to wait for a certain time, and therefore two defective product collecting mechanisms 8 are provided under the condition that the space of the table 2 is sufficient, so that the product transfer mechanism 6 can continuously work.
