The plastic box vertical conveying device 21 intermittently conveys vertical plastic boxes, the plastic box vertical conveying device 21 comprises a vertical conveying rail 211, a chain loading station and a baffle taking station are arranged corresponding to a conveying path of the vertical conveying rail 211, the chain loading 300 is correspondingly operated at the chain loading station, and the baffle 200 in the plastic box is correspondingly taken out at the baffle taking station. The baffle positioning device 22 and the chain loading device are arranged corresponding to the chain loading station, the baffle taking manipulator 27 is arranged corresponding to the baffle taking station, and the cover sleeving device 28 is arranged at the rear side of the baffle taking station.
And, the transfer of the plastic box from the vertical positive placing station to the chain loading station is also realized by the plastic box vertical conveying device 21. As shown in fig. 3, the plastic box vertical conveying device 21 further includes a conveying connection board 212 disposed on a side surface of the vertical conveying rail 211, a plurality of conveying forks connected to the conveying connection board 212 and distributed at intervals along the conveying direction, and a bidirectional driver for driving the conveying connection board to move back and forth and move left and right. The chain loading station is correspondingly positioned at the input end of the vertical conveying track, the vertical conveying track 211 comprises a conveying plane and baffle plates arranged on two sides of the conveying plane, and the space distance between the baffle plates on two sides is slightly larger than the thickness of the plastic box, so that the plastic box 100 is conveyed in the vertical conveying track 211 in a vertical state. The bidirectional driver comprises an X-axis driving assembly 213 and a Y-axis driving assembly 214 which are driven by air cylinders and are correspondingly provided with linear sliding rails for guiding, namely an X-axis air cylinder, a Y-axis air cylinder, and an X-axis sliding rail and a Y-axis sliding rail which are correspondingly arranged. When the plastic box needs to be driven to be transferred from the vertical position to the chain loading station, the conveying connection plate 212 moves back and forth and moves left and right, so that the conveying fork is separated from the vertical conveying rail and retreats by one step, then moves back and right again to enter the vertical conveying rail, meanwhile, the conveying fork can act on the plastic box at the vertical position, and then the conveying fork pushes the plastic box to move forward by one step and just to be sent to the chain loading station.
In addition, the biggest difficulty of automatic chain placement into the plastic box in which the labels and the specifications are placed is that the specifications in the folded state can be scattered after the plastic box is vertically placed, and the chain placement is blocked, so that manual chain placement is adopted at present, namely, the specifications are held by one hand, and the chain is placed by the other hand. Therefore, in order to realize the automatic falling of the chain into the plastic box, the baffle positioning device 22 is designed.
As shown in fig. 4, the shutter positioning device 22 includes a shutter block 223 disposed on one side of the vertical conveying rail, a shutter pushing cylinder 221 disposed on the other side of the vertical conveying rail, and a shutter 200 driven by the shutter pushing cylinder 221 to abut against the shutter block 223. After the baffle is propped against the baffle leaning block by the driving of the pushing baffle cylinder, the baffle needs to return again, and in order to avoid the baffle from toppling over again after standing upright, an adsorption magnet for adsorbing the baffle is arranged on the baffle leaning block. It will be appreciated that the height of the baffle is greater than the height of the plastic box, so that the upper portion of the baffle can only expose the edge of the plastic box, and the baffle 200 can be conveniently pushed against the baffle leaning block 223. In addition, the pushing baffle cylinder 221 is connected with a baffle push plate 222, the baffle push plate is L-shaped, one side of the baffle push plate is vertically arranged and connected with the pushing baffle cylinder 221, the horizontal part of the other side of the baffle push plate is horizontally arranged and used for directly pushing the baffle, the horizontal part is positioned above the vertical plastic box, and the baffle is pushed above the plastic box.
After the baffle is adsorbed by the adsorption magnet to keep upright and presses the label and the instruction book, the chain can be conveniently put into the plastic box. The chain loading device shown in fig. 6 and 7 is used for directly feeding the chain 300 into the plastic box in the upright state staying at the upright conveying rail chain dropping station, or feeding the longer chain into the plastic box after folding the longer chain when the chain is longer. The chain loading device comprises a chain dropping slideway 25, a chain conveying mechanism 23, a chain connecting mechanism 24 and the baffle positioning device 22.
Wherein, the chain falling slide 25 is arranged above the chain falling station, so that the chain slides into the plastic box by gravity. The middle upper part of the falling chain slideway is a semi-closed structure, and an opening of the semi-closed structure faces the chain conveying mechanism 23, so that after the chain conveying mechanism 23 is connected with a chain, the chain in a hanging state is positioned in the semi-closed structure at the upper part. The lower part of the chain dropping slide way 25 is provided with a chain dropping funnel 251, and the lower opening of the chain dropping funnel is aligned with the opening of the plastic box, so that the chain automatically falls into the plastic box after sliding along the chain dropping slide way.
As shown in fig. 7, the chain feeding mechanism 23 includes a chain suspension arm 231, a chain pusher 232 slidably disposed on the chain suspension arm 231, and a pusher driver for pushing the chain pusher 232 to slide along the chain suspension arm 231 toward the head end to push the chain to be fed out from the chain suspension arm 231. The push block driver comprises a sliding bracket 236 arranged on the linear sliding rail mechanism and a push block driving cylinder for driving the sliding bracket 236 to slide along the linear sliding rail mechanism. The sliding support 236 is provided with a lifting cylinder 235, and the lifting cylinder 235 is connected with a clamping block 234. The chain pushing block 232 is provided with a ring groove, and the clamping block 234 is provided with a clamping groove clamped with the ring groove. The chains on the chain suspension arm 231 are aligned one at a time along their length, and the pusher driver advances the chain pusher 232 a distance of about one chain width at a time, so that only one chain is pushed out of the chain suspension arm 231 at a time. After the lifting cylinder 235 drives the clamping block 234 to lift and separate from the annular groove of the chain pushing block 232, the chain pushing block 232 can slide freely along the chain hanging cantilever 231, so that after the chain is completely sent out on the chain hanging cantilever 231, the chain pushing block 232 can be retreated to the initial position, and the chain is loaded on the chain hanging cantilever 231 again.
Further, the chain feeding mechanism 23 further includes a chain storage turntable 233, and two chain suspension cantilevers 231 are circumferentially spaced apart from the chain storage turntable 233. When one of the chain suspension cantilevers rotates to the upper chain feeding station, the other chain suspension cantilever is positioned below, and can load chains thereon, the loading of the chains can be completed manually, and the loading process does not affect the continuous chain feeding of the chains on the chain suspension cantilevers 231 at the chain feeding station.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the chain connecting mechanism 24 includes a chain connecting block 241, a chain connecting rail 242, and a chain connecting cylinder for driving the chain connecting block 241 to slide on the chain connecting rail 242, wherein a chain connecting head 2411 for hanging the chain sent from the chain hanging cantilever 231 and a magnetic head 2412 for fixing the chain to the chain connecting head 2411 are provided on the chain connecting block 241 in a protruding manner. The chain connecting cylinder drives the chain connecting block 241 to move towards the chain conveying mechanism 23 and approaches the chain hanging cantilever 231, the chain conveyed out of the chain hanging cantilever can be directly hung on the chain connecting head 2411 and then is adsorbed by the magnetic head 2412, and thus the chain can not drop in the process that the chain connecting cylinder drives the chain connecting block 241 to retreat to the chain dropping station. The chain joint 2411 is a flat square column, and two sides thereof are respectively provided with a magnetic suction head 2412.
For shorter chains, it is possible to feed directly into the plastic box, but for longer chains it is not possible to feed directly into the smaller plastic box. In order to enable the saw chain with the length of more than 500mm to be automatically placed in a small plastic box, the chain must be folded in half to be completely placed in the plastic box, and the process is completely completed by manual operation at present, so that the efficiency is low. Thus, the hinge device 26 is further designed.
As shown in fig. 8, the chain is required to be folded by the chain folding device 26 when the chain is conveyed to the chain dropping position by the chain connecting mechanism.
As shown in fig. 6 to 11, the chain folding device 26 includes a chain splitting mechanism 261, a chain stay mechanism 262, and a chain folding mechanism 263. The chain splitting mechanism 261 comprises a chain splitting cylinder and a chain splitting rod which is driven by the chain splitting cylinder to stretch back and forth, the chain splitting rod can be inserted into the middle of a chain, the chain splitting mechanism 262 comprises a horizontal sliding rail, a chain splitting sliding block which is arranged on the horizontal sliding rail in a sliding mode, and a chain splitting cylinder which drives the chain splitting sliding block to translate along the horizontal sliding rail, a piston rod of the chain splitting cylinder is connected with the chain splitting sliding block, and the chain splitting mechanism 261 is arranged on the chain splitting sliding block, so that the chain splitting mechanism 261 can be driven to translate left and right, and the chain is split. After the chain is spread, the chain folding mechanism 263 can be inserted into the work. The chain folding mechanism 263 comprises a chain folding cylinder and a chain folding head driven by a piston rod of the chain folding cylinder to stretch up and down, and a chain folding roller 2631 is arranged on the chain folding head. The chain folding head is connected with the guide rod through the connecting block, and the guide rod is in sliding fit with the guide sleeve, so that the chain folding head is guided to linearly slide up and down, and the chain folding roller 2631 is pressed down to act on the chain.
When the chain connecting mechanism sends the chain to the chain falling position, as shown in fig. 9, the chain splitting cylinder drives the chain splitting rod to enter the middle of a chain gap, and then the chain stretching cylinder translates to drive the chain splitting rod to translate so as to separate the chain; then, the chain folding cylinder drives the chain folding roller to press down the chain (the pressing depth can be adjusted and controlled), and when the chain folding roller is pressed down to the set depth, the chain is folded in place as shown in fig. 10. As shown in fig. 11, the chain folding cylinder automatically withdraws upwards after the chain is folded in place, and simultaneously the chain stretching cylinder withdraws, so that the chain is folded in half. Finally, the chain connecting mechanism 24 continues to move a certain distance to enable the chain to touch the chain falling slide way 25, overcomes the suction force of the magnetic suction head 2412, is separated from the chain connecting head 2411, and then automatically enters the plastic box along the chain falling slide way 25 under the action of dead weight.
In addition, when the chain is longer, the downward stroke of the chain folding cylinder can be increased, so that the chain can be automatically folded in half according to the length of the chain, and the folding length can be set and adjusted.
After the chain is put into the plastic box, the baffle needs to be taken out, so that the box cover can be assembled next, and the baffle is taken out automatically. As shown in fig. 6, a shutter taking manipulator 27 is further provided for taking out a shutter after the chain is put into the plastic box, and a shutter recovery box 273 is correspondingly provided, and the shutter recovery box 273 is provided outside the upright conveying rail. The catch picking manipulator 27 comprises a catch 271, a catch cylinder for driving the catch to act and a catch moving mechanism 272 for driving the catch to move, wherein the catch moving mechanism 272 comprises a Z-axis cylinder for driving the catch to lift and an X-direction cylinder for driving the catch to horizontally reciprocate perpendicular to the conveying direction. The catch manipulator 27 picks up the catch through the catch 271, and then moves the catch to the position above the catch recovery box 273 through the catch moving mechanism 272, releases the catch 271, and the catch falls into the catch recovery box 273.
After the baffle is taken out, the box cover can be installed. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the cover device 28 is correspondingly provided, the cover device 28 includes a cover feeding mechanism and a cover pressing mechanism, the cover feeding mechanism includes a feeder 282, a vibration feeding tray 283 and a feeding track connected with the vibration feeding tray, the vibration feeding tray 283 is fed by the feeder 282, and the cover sent by the vibration feeding tray 283 is conveyed along the feeding track. The end of the feeding track is provided with an intermittent feeding cylinder, the intermittent feeding cylinder is used for blocking the subsequent box cover and extruding the front box cover, so that the box cover is conveyed to a box sleeving station, and a plastic box is positioned at the box sleeving station, so that the box cover is positioned above the opening of the plastic box. The box cover pressing mechanism comprises a box pressing cylinder and a pressing head 281 driven by the box pressing cylinder, wherein the pressing head is positioned right above a box sleeving station, presses down the box cover 400 and is tightly sleeved at the mouth of the plastic box.
Further, two pressure heads 281 are arranged along the conveying direction of the vertical rail, and the same box pressing cylinder drives the synchronous motion. The pressure head 281 is U-shaped, and can be sleeved on the box cover, and the depth of the second pressure head is smaller than that of the first pressure head, so that the box cover is pressed twice. The first time of preliminary pressing the box cover makes the box cover the plastic box opening, and the second time of pressing is deeper, so that the box cover is completely tightly sleeved on the plastic box opening.
Further, the packaging box automatic labeling machine further comprises a labeling conveying belt, the conveying path of the labeling conveying belt is lower than the conveying path of the vertical rail, so that the packaging box naturally lies down, labeling machines 29 are arranged on two sides of the labeling conveying belt, the front side and the back side of the packaging box are labeled, and the label position corresponds to the connecting position of the plastic box and the box cover. And the label is output by a discharging conveyor belt 3 after the label is attached.
It will be appreciated that the foregoing embodiments also relate to sensors, which are not specifically described, for detecting the in-place condition of the component, and will not be described in detail herein.
The automatic chain packaging production line thoroughly replaces manual operation by automation, solves the problems of low efficiency and quality caused by manual operation, and also solves the requirements of multiple specifications and special packaging of customer products. Through actual production test, the cost can be obviously reduced by saving effect:
the manual packaging efficiency is 5 people x8h approximately equal to 6500pcs, and the quality is more than 99.5 percent of qualification rate;
automated packaging line: 2 people x8h are approximately equal to 9000pcs, and the quality qualification rate is more than 99.9 percent.

Claims (9)

1. The automatic boxing equipment for the chain saw chain is characterized by comprising a plastic box vertical aligning mechanism, a plastic box vertical conveying device, a baffle positioning device, a chain loading device, a baffle taking manipulator and a cover sleeving device;
the plastic box vertical conveying device comprises a vertical conveying rail, a conveying connecting plate arranged on the side surface of the vertical conveying rail, a plurality of conveying forks connected with the conveying connecting plate and distributed at intervals along the conveying direction, and a bidirectional driver for driving the conveying connecting plate to move back and forth and move left and right, wherein a chain loading station and a blocking piece taking station are arranged on a conveying path corresponding to the vertical conveying rail;
the plastic box vertical aligning mechanism comprises an upright space arranged between the stepping conveying part and the upright conveying track, an upright plate arranged on one side of the upright space, and a box pushing cylinder for driving the upright plate to move to the other side of the upright space so as to enable the plastic box to be upright;
the baffle positioning device is arranged corresponding to the chain mounting station and comprises a baffle leaning block arranged on one side of the vertical conveying track, a baffle pushing cylinder and a baffle pushing block driven by the baffle pushing cylinder to lean against the baffle leaning block;
the chain loading device comprises a chain dropping slideway, a chain conveying mechanism and a chain connecting mechanism, wherein the chain conveying mechanism is used for conveying a chain to the chain connecting mechanism, the chain connecting mechanism is used for receiving the chain from the chain conveying mechanism and transferring the chain to the chain dropping slideway, and the chain dropping slideway is arranged above a chain loading station so that the chain slides into the plastic box by means of gravity;
the baffle taking manipulator is arranged corresponding to a baffle taking station, and takes out the baffle after the chain is put into the plastic box by the chain loading device and puts the baffle into the baffle recovery box;
the cover sleeving device comprises a cover feeding mechanism and a cover pressing mechanism, wherein the cover feeding mechanism conveys a cover to the upper part of a plastic box opening, the cover pressing mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder and a pressure head driven by the lifting cylinder, the cover is pressed on the plastic box opening through the pressure head, two pressure heads are arranged along the conveying direction, and the pressure head is U-shaped.
2. An automatic boxing apparatus of a chain saw according to claim 1, wherein the other side of the vertical space is provided with a guide slope, and the upper portion of the vertical plate is provided with a bending portion.
3. The automatic boxing apparatus of a chain saw according to claim 1, wherein the blocking piece is provided with an attracting magnet for attracting the blocking piece.

The automatic boxing apparatus of a chain saw according to claim 1, wherein the pushing block cylinder is connected with a block push plate, the block push plate is L-shaped, one side is vertically arranged and connected with the pushing block cylinder, the other side is horizontally arranged for pushing the block, and the horizontal part is located above the vertical plastic box.

An automatic boxing apparatus for chain saw chains according to claim 1, wherein the chain feeding mechanism comprises a chain suspension arm, a chain pusher slidably disposed on the chain suspension arm, and a pusher driver for pushing the chain pusher to slide along the chain suspension arm toward the head end to push the chain to be fed out from the chain suspension arm.

The automatic boxing apparatus of a chain saw according to claim 5, wherein the push block driver comprises a sliding bracket arranged on the sliding rail mechanism and a push block driving cylinder for driving the sliding bracket to slide along the sliding rail mechanism, wherein the sliding bracket is provided with a lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder is connected with a clamping block, the chain push block is provided with a ring groove, and the clamping block is provided with a clamping groove clamped with the ring groove.
7. The automatic boxing apparatus of chain saw according to claim 1, wherein the middle upper portion of the chain dropping slide is of a semi-closed structure, and the lower portion of the chain dropping slide is provided with a chain dropping funnel.

The automatic boxing apparatus of a chain saw according to claim 1, wherein the chain receiving mechanism comprises a chain receiving block, a chain receiving slide rail, a chain receiving cylinder driving the chain receiving block to slide on the chain receiving slide rail, a chain receiving head for hanging a chain sent out from a chain hanging cantilever and a magnetic suction head for fixing the chain to the chain receiving head are provided on the chain receiving block in a protruding manner.

The automatic boxing apparatus of chain saw chain according to claim 1, wherein the catch picking manipulator comprises a catch, a catch cylinder driving the catch to act, a Z-axis cylinder driving the catch to lift and an X-direction cylinder driving the catch to reciprocate perpendicular to the conveying direction.
