when the transmission roller 9 rotates, the transmission roller can drive a second connecting belt pulley to rotate through a first connecting belt pulley 35 and a connecting belt 16, the second connecting belt pulley can drive a first conical gear 33 to rotate, the first conical gear 33 can drive a reciprocating screw 18 to rotate through a second conical gear 34 meshed with the first conical gear, when the reciprocating screw 18 rotates, a screw sleeve 19 sleeved on the outer wall of the reciprocating screw can drive an extrusion piston 22 to reciprocate left and right in an extrusion cavity 21 through a mandril 20, clear water in a water collecting chamber 29 is further sent into a water storage cavity 24 through a water inlet pipe 23 (the clear water is stored in the water collecting chamber 29 in an initial state), and finally the clear water is sprayed out through a plurality of spray heads 25, so that the ore on the conveying net 10 is washed;

An ore crushing device comprises a crushing box (1) and is characterized in that two crushing rollers are arranged in the crushing box (1), a placing plate (2) is fixed on the side wall of the crushing box (1), a driving motor (3) is arranged above the placing plate (2), two driving belt pulleys (5) connected with the crushing rollers are arranged on the outer wall of the crushing box (1), the two driving belt pulleys (5) are connected through a rotating mechanism, one of the driving belt pulleys (5) is connected with the driving motor (3) through a driving mechanism, cleaning boxes (15) are arranged on two sides of the crushing box (1), driving rollers (9) are arranged on two sides of the cleaning box (15), the two driving rollers (9) are connected with the cleaning box (15) through a first supporting rod (11) and a second supporting rod (14) respectively, and the two driving rollers (9) are connected through a conveying net (10), openings matched with the conveying net (10) are formed in the two sides of the cleaning box (15), and the two symmetrical driving rollers (9) are connected with the driving belt pulley (5) through a linkage mechanism;
the cleaning device is characterized in that grooves (32) are formed in two side walls of the cleaning box (15), first connecting belt pulleys (35) are rotatably connected to the inner walls of the two grooves (32), the first connecting belt pulleys (35) are connected with a transmission roller (9) through a connecting mechanism, two movable cavities (17), extrusion cavities (21) and water storage cavities (24) which are symmetrically arranged are arranged in the upper wall of the cleaning box (15), reciprocating lead screws (18) are rotatably connected in the two movable cavities (17), the reciprocating lead screws (18) are connected with the first connecting belt pulleys (35) through a meshing mechanism, extrusion pistons (22) are hermetically and slidably connected in the two extrusion cavities (21), and the extrusion pistons (22) are connected with the reciprocating lead screws (18) through a reciprocating mechanism;

A mineral crushing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotating mechanism comprises a first transmission gear (7) and a second transmission gear (8) which are respectively arranged on the side walls of the two transmission pulleys (5), and the first transmission gear (7) is meshed with the second transmission gear (8).

A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein said drive mechanism comprises a drive pulley (4) fixed to the end of the output shaft of the drive motor (3) and to the outer wall of the drive pulley (5), and wherein said drive pulleys (4) are connected to each other by a connecting belt (6).
4. A mineral crushing device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the linkage mechanism comprises a linkage belt pulley arranged on the side wall of the drive roller (9), and the linkage belt pulley is connected with the drive belt pulley (5) through a linkage belt (13).
5. A mineral breaking apparatus in accordance with claim 4, wherein the engagement means comprises a second engagement pulley secured to the side wall of the drive roller (9), the first engagement pulley (35) and the second engagement pulley being connected by an engagement belt (16).

A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein said engagement means comprises a first bevel gear (33) secured to a side wall of a first engagement pulley (35), said reciprocating lead screw (18) having an end extending into said recess (32), said reciprocating lead screw (18) having a second bevel gear (34) secured to an end thereof, said first bevel gear (33) engaging said second bevel gear (34).

The ore crushing device as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the reciprocating mechanism comprises a screw sleeve (19) sleeved on the outer wall of the reciprocating screw (18), and the screw sleeve (19) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the extrusion piston (22) through two push rods (20).

A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein said securing means comprises a securing rod (27) fixedly attached to the bottom wall of the scraper (26), the end of said securing rod (27) being fixedly attached to the inner wall of the cleaning tank (15), said securing rod (27) being disposed in an inclined position.
9. A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein said screen (28) is arcuate and a sealed open and close door (36) is provided on the back of said tank (15) to engage said screen (28).
