背景技术
现有技术中已揭示了电动车辆。对此,使用电能来驱动电动车辆。这里的一些新概念是,有别于由单独驾驶员操作的机动车辆。这类车辆又称为运人***(People Mover)。其目标在于,特别是在市区内,尽量舒适地运输多位人员或多件货物。
通用型运人***例如参阅专利文献WO 2018/222375 A1。
该***存在车身或底盘。底板本身耦接有车轴模块。这类电动车辆可在两个方向上行驶。因此,典型的前进和倒退行驶方向不再适用。
其目标在于,尽量减小离地净高,以便多人能够轻松进入或离开所谓的低层区域,或为身体残障人士提供便利。替选地或补充地,特别是在运输货物时,使内室中可用的体积最大化。
发明内容

这里示例性描述为在前轴模块7上,但对于后轴模块8,也能通过四个悬挂点11悬挂在车架结构2上。各两个悬挂点11组合成一对。在机动车辆垂直方向Z上,前上悬挂点11布置成高于机动车辆垂直方向Z下方的后悬挂点12。各悬挂点12处优选地布置有橡胶弹性体轴承,各悬挂点11、12经由该橡胶弹性体轴承耦接至车架结构2。
图2中示出前轴模块7的透视正视图,并且图3示出自下而上观察的透视图。前轴模具7具有上围框架13。在此情况下,框架13本身构成用于容纳蓄电池14的蓄电池架。该蓄电池架就是前轴模块7的一体组成部分。在框架13本身上,原位臂部15在机动车辆横向方向Y上侧向布置。下侧构造有车轴副架16。车轴副架16也形成前轴模块7的一体组成部分。进一步布置有横向板簧17。横向导臂18经由该横向板簧17耦接至车轴副架16。减震支柱19布置在顶托轴承20上,其中,该顶托轴承20紧固至框架13上。进一步构造有例如车载充电器形式的电力电子器件21。图中未具体示出,冷却***可以例如是前轴模块7的组成部分。图中进一步示出驱动车轮9的可选轮毂电机。
图4和图5示出前轴模块7的示意性正视图和侧视图。参照图4,示出蓄电池14或蓄电池架的质心22和车轮9的车轮中心23。另外示出,上悬挂点11和机动车辆垂直方向Z上位于下方的下悬挂点12各自成对,图中同样示出轴承的轴向方向A沿机动车辆垂直方向Z取向。当在悬挂点11、12中使用橡胶金属轴承时,由于机动车辆垂直方向Z上的轴向定向,可以在垂直方向上进行支撑。同时,轴承在机动车辆纵向方向X上和机动车辆横向方向Y上的径向刚度可以设计成在越过障碍物时获得更佳的舒适度。
图5示出机动车辆横截面Y的侧视图。在该侧视图中,一条直线连线穿过车轮中心23和/或蓄电池架的质心22。但这并非意指各点22、23必须处于直线上。在投影侧视图中,直线连线24穿过两点22、23中的至少一点。
同样地,图6中再次示出悬挂点11、12在机动车辆垂直方向Z上的轴向定向。

Claims (11)

1.一种带车轴模块的电动车辆,包括车架结构(2)以及耦接至所述车架结构(2)的车轴模块,即前轴模块(7)和后轴模块(8),车轮(9)在运动学上耦接至所述车轴模块,其中,至少一个所述车轴模块(7、8)具有驱动器和/或能量源,
其特征在于,
至少一个所述车轴模块(7、8)具有四个悬挂点(11、12),用于借助弹性轴承连接至所述车架结构(2),其中,各两个悬挂点(11、12)形成一对,并且这些对在机动车辆垂直方向(Z)上位于不同的高度上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴模块具有蓄电池架,所述蓄电池架居中布置在所述车轴模块中,尤其是所述车轴模块的一体组成部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴模块(7、8)上构造有上围框架(13),其中,两个上悬挂点布置成自所述框架(13)侧向突出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴模块的下部区域中布置有车轴副架(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴副架(16)上布置有两个下悬挂点(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述下悬挂点(12)在机动车辆纵向方向(X)上布置在所述车轴模块(7、8)的与所述上悬挂点(11)相对的一侧上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,从所述上悬挂点(12)到所述下悬挂点(11)的连线(24)在侧视中穿过车轮中心(22),或在所述机动车辆垂直方向(Z)上相对于所述车轮中心(2)偏移车轮中心±100mm,并/或穿过蓄电池匣的质心(23)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴模块(7、8)具有轮毂电机和/或横向板簧(17)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车轴模块(7、8)具有用于所述蓄电池架的冷却结构。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,所述车架结构(2)由型材制成,尤其是制为格式框架。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆(1),其特征在于,轴向方向(A)从所述悬挂点(11)和/或(12)沿所述机动车辆垂直方向(Z)定向。
