As shown in fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an online account opening device provided in an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a bank online account opening system, where the device includes:
a first receiving module 701, configured to receive an online account opening request initiated by a user through a 5G message, where the online account opening request includes a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
a first sending module 702, configured to send a real-name authentication information acquisition request to an operator 5G message center, where the real-name authentication information acquisition request is used to instruct to acquire user real-name authentication information corresponding to a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
a second receiving module 703, configured to receive user real-name authentication information returned by the operator 5G message center;
the networking check module 704 is used for performing networking check on the user real-name authentication information;
and the online account opening module 705 is configured to perform online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user when the networking check result is that the verification passes.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus shown in fig. 7 further includes a face information checking module 801, configured to, before the online account opening module performs online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user:
sending a request for acquiring the face information of the user in an IVR service mode of a 5G video to the user under the condition that the networking check result is that the verification is passed;
checking user face information submitted by a user through an IVR service of a 5G video;
an online account opening module 705 configured to:
and under the condition that the face information of the user passes the verification, performing online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the 5G message is an encrypted 5G message.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus shown in fig. 7 further includes a second sending module 901, configured to, before the first receiving module receives an online account opening request initiated by the user through a 5G message:
sending notification information to an operator 5G message center, wherein the notification information is used for indicating the operator 5G message center to send a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service to a specified user, the notification information comprises a user mobile phone number, and the specified user is a user corresponding to the user mobile phone number;
a first receiving module 701, configured to:
and receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user according to the 5G message for transacting the online account opening service.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bank online account opening system performs online account opening in an encrypted 5G message mode, and requests the user real-name authentication information reserved in an operator from an operator 5G message center according to the mobile phone number of the user and the SIM card identifier, and the user real-name authentication information is used for online account opening.
As shown in fig. 10, a schematic diagram of another online account opening apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a carrier 5G message center, where the apparatus includes:
the first receiving module 1001 is configured to receive a real-name authentication information acquisition request sent by a bank online account opening system after a user initiates an online account opening request through a 5G message, where the real-name authentication information acquisition request includes a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
the query module 1002 is configured to query whether a mobile phone number of a user is associated with an SIM card identifier;
the information acquisition module 1003 is configured to acquire user real-name authentication information corresponding to the user mobile phone number and the SIM card identifier under the condition that the user mobile phone number is associated with the SIM card identifier;
the first sending module 1004 is configured to send the real-name authentication information of the user to the bank online account opening system.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus shown in fig. 10 further includes:
a second receiving module 1101, configured to receive notification information sent by a bank online account opening system, where the notification information is used to instruct a 5G message for transacting an online account opening service to be sent to a specified user, and the notification information includes a user mobile phone number;
a 5G message generating module 1102, configured to generate a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service according to the notification information;
and the 5G message sending module 1103 is configured to send the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the apparatus shown in fig. 11 further includes an encryption module 1201, configured to, before the 5G message sending module sends the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user:
encrypting the 5G message of the online account opening service;
the 5G messaging module 1103 includes:
and sending the encrypted 5G message of the online account opening service to a user corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operator 5G message center sends the user real-name authentication information corresponding to the user mobile phone number and the SIM card identification to the bank online account opening system for online account opening of the user in the bank online account opening system, so that the authenticity and the safety of the personal information of the user can be ensured, the user does not need to manually input the personal information, the user online account opening process is simplified, and the online account opening efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the encrypted 5G message can be authenticated through the carrier level, so that the information cannot be repudiated or tampered, the forgery of account information is avoided, and the risks of telecommunication fraud such as fake base stations, short message hijacking and the like are effectively prevented.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the online account opening method.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, and the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the online account opening method.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the online account opening method is implemented.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bank online account opening system performs online account opening in a 5G message mode, and requests the user real-name authentication information reserved in the operator from the 5G message center of the operator according to the user mobile phone number and the SIM card identifier, so that the situation that a user fills in fake personal information can be avoided, the authenticity and the safety of the personal information of the user are ensured, meanwhile, the user does not need to download a bank APP, and does not need to manually input the personal information, the user online account opening process is simplified, and the online account opening efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the encrypted 5G message is authenticated by the carrier level, so that the information cannot be repudiated or tampered, the forgery of account information is avoided, and the risks of telecommunication fraud such as fake base stations, short message hijacking and the like are effectively prevented.
In this way, when the real-name authentication information of the user passes verification, the face information of the user is identified and verified again through the IVR service of the 5G video, so that the personal information of the user is confirmed for the second time, and the accuracy and the safety of the personal information of the user can be ensured.

Claims (17)

1. An online account opening method is applied to a bank online account opening system and comprises the following steps:
receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user through a 5G message, wherein the online account opening request comprises a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
sending a real-name authentication information acquisition request to an operator 5G message center, wherein the real-name authentication information acquisition request is used for indicating to acquire user real-name authentication information corresponding to a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
receiving user real-name authentication information returned by the operator 5G message center;
performing networking check on the user real-name authentication information;
and under the condition that the networking check result is that the check is passed, performing online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before conducting the online account opening based on the user's mobile phone number and the user's real-name authentication information, further comprising:
sending a request for acquiring the face information of the user in an IVR service mode of a 5G video to the user under the condition that the networking check result is that the verification is passed;
checking user face information submitted by a user through an IVR service of a 5G video;
the method for opening an account on line based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the face information of the user passes the verification, performing online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the 5G message is an encrypted 5G message.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user via a 5G message, further comprising:
sending notification information to an operator 5G message center, wherein the notification information is used for indicating the operator 5G message center to send a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service to a specified user, the notification information comprises a user mobile phone number, and the specified user is a user corresponding to the user mobile phone number;
receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user through a 5G message, wherein the online account opening request comprises the following steps:
and receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user according to the 5G message for transacting the online account opening service.
5. An online account opening method is applied to an operator 5G message center and comprises the following steps:
after a user initiates an online account opening request through a 5G message, receiving a real-name authentication information acquisition request sent by a bank online account opening system, wherein the real-name authentication information acquisition request comprises a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
inquiring whether the mobile phone number of the user is associated with the SIM card identifier;
under the condition that the user mobile phone number is associated with the SIM card identification, acquiring user real-name authentication information corresponding to the user mobile phone number and the SIM card identification;
and sending the real-name authentication information of the user to the bank online account opening system.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein after the user initiates the online account opening request through the 5G message, before receiving the real-name authentication information acquisition request sent by the bank online account opening system, the method further comprises:
receiving notification information sent by a bank online account opening system, wherein the notification information is used for indicating a 5G message for handling online account opening business to be sent to a specified user, and the notification information comprises a user mobile phone number;
generating a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service according to the notification information;
and sending the 5G message of the online account opening service to a user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein before sending the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user, the method further comprises:
encrypting the 5G message of the online account opening service;
the method for sending the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user comprises the following steps:
and sending the encrypted 5G message of the online account opening service to a user corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user.
8. An online account opening device, which is applied to a bank online account opening system, comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user through a 5G message, wherein the online account opening request comprises a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
the first sending module is used for sending a real-name authentication information acquisition request to an operator 5G message center, wherein the real-name authentication information acquisition request is used for indicating to acquire user real-name authentication information corresponding to a user mobile phone number and an SIM card identifier;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the user real-name authentication information returned by the operator 5G message center;
the network checking module is used for performing network checking on the user real-name authentication information;
and the online account opening module is used for performing online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user under the condition that the networking check result is that the verification passes.
9. The device of claim 8, further comprising a face information checking module, configured to, before the online account opening module performs online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user:
sending a request for acquiring the face information of the user in an IVR service mode of a 5G video to the user under the condition that the networking check result is that the verification is passed;
checking user face information submitted by a user through an IVR service of a 5G video;
an online account opening module for:
and under the condition that the face information of the user passes the verification, performing online account opening based on the mobile phone number of the user and the real-name authentication information of the user.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the 5G message is an encrypted 5G message.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a second sending module, configured to, before the first receiving module receives an online account opening request initiated by a user through a 5G message:
sending notification information to an operator 5G message center, wherein the notification information is used for indicating the operator 5G message center to send a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service to a specified user, the notification information comprises a user mobile phone number, and the specified user is a user corresponding to the user mobile phone number;
a first receiving module to:
and receiving an online account opening request initiated by a user according to the 5G message for transacting the online account opening service.
12. An online account opening device, which is applied to a carrier 5G message center, and comprises:

the inquiry module is used for inquiring whether the mobile phone number of the user is related to the SIM card identification;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring user real-name authentication information corresponding to the user mobile phone number and the SIM card identification under the condition that the user mobile phone number is associated with the SIM card identification;
and the first sending module is used for sending the real-name authentication information of the user to the bank online account opening system.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving notification information sent by the bank online account opening system, wherein the notification information is used for indicating that 5G information for handling online account opening business is sent to a specified user, and the notification information comprises a mobile phone number of the user;
the 5G message generating module is used for generating a 5G message for transacting the online account opening service according to the notification information;
and the 5G message sending module is used for sending the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising an encryption module, configured to, before the 5G message sending module sends the 5G message of the online account opening service to the user terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user:
encrypting the 5G message of the online account opening service;
